First off thanks for coming to help fix my trailer tires!…read more But shame on you for not telling me the truth! You installed one 10 ply tire and one 2 ply tire! You charged me the same price! That tire didnt get me home! I'm disappointed that you didn't tell me ! You only had one ten ply tire! Again I'm disappointed that the truth was to hard to reveal! That two ply tire went flat for the last mile ! Luckily I made it to my driveway! But because it was flat my axle that tire was on bottomed out and was ripped off of its bolts! Needless to say that more work your omission caused ! I should have known something was up when you hide the tire sticker! But luckily for me I have it ! Wondering which way to proceed! Get a lawyer and sue you! Or have you call me and make this right! You decide what kind of bus man you wanna be ? An honest one or some shady one! Either way you still failed me! Overcharged me and deceived me! Shame on you essè!

I dropped my car off around 10am, they called me an uber to school, and by 1:30 I received a text with a detailed evaluation of my vehicle and an itemized list of recommended repairs/maintenance. I picked my vehicle up later that same day and they walked me through the evaluation--they were super transparent and even recommended I forego some maintenance that was not immediately necessary since I sought the eval with the goal of ultimately selling the car. Their evaluation of my car was free and they didn't press me to schedule repairs or bring cars back to them in the future, but I will definitely be back because of their professionalism and transparency. Thank you!!!

Then when they failed, couldn't set the timing on the vehicle, they just start supposedly changing parts and doing work that has not been discussed. You are supposed to reach out, communicate, and get approval or denied. They had approval to do specific work that totaled $2500, but did silly things without permission as changed out the spark plugs. Really?! And some sensors! They were supposed to do the water pump and timing chain. Then, when they didn't know how to set the timing and ran the bill up to $3300, they want me to let them change the motor out for an additional $8000. When I said no, they tried to convince me how good that they were and that they had done over $4000 in work. I think they wanted me to bow to them and thank them and their greatness. Don't go. Hook and hold em scheme. It started as a water pump service. End as a broke disaster.

My daughter and I experienced car troubles on our way from Austin to Ft Worth. We thought the issue…read morehad to do with the back tire so we googled and found that this shop was 4 mins away from us. We inched our way there... very slowly and scared that the tire would just roll off. I called to be sure they were open just in case. When we finally arrived about 45 mins later we explained our issue to Lance. He quickly propped up the car while we remained inside and looked underneath to see what the issue was. Turns out it was something other than the tire and since we're not from the area he took the time to call another shop down the street to make sure they could take care of the repair. He sent us over there and didn't even ask for payment for taking a look at the car. Once at the mechanic shop we found out that the repair was a little more extensive than we thought. Due to the car's age we'd have to go to a Kia Dealership for parts, etc. By this time we had a ride coming to get us from Waco and didn't know what to do. I called Lance back to ask for advice. Since we're not familiar with the area I asked if he happened to know of a spot where we might be able to park the car for a few days while we figured everything out. He was so nice and patient with us and allowed us to come back to his shop and park the car there. I don't know what we would've done had we not come across someone so willing to help others in their moment of trouble. For that reason, I'd definitely recommend his shop to others!
