I left and everything was fine with my car until 3 weeks later. I saw my oil pressure light pop on, so I went back to them to see if everything was okay, they checked my car to see if I had any leaks, and refilled the liquids. Everything was fine until a week later, a week later which is today, 2/7/22 the oil pressure light came back on, so I go to the other Kwik Kar location in Bellmead and they tell me there is no oil in my car, they also told me that the oil was never changed and they showed me proof with how dark my oil was. I paid about $65 to get a synthetic oil change and I'm upset because this could've cost me my whole engine after they kept telling me everything was good. I do not recommend this location.

I was extremely disappointed by my vehicle inspection Friday at Precision Tune Auto Care. After an…read morehour + wait, I received a phone call letting me know that my car isn't passing inspection due to Improper switching indication of the Beam Indicator, dysfunctional stop lamp and a missing license plate lamp. When I asked about the costs, the lady on the phone explained that in order to fix these they must run first a further electrical inspection (at a cost of $95 an hour) just to diagnose the problem, and then there will be further costs to fix these of course. When I asked why there's a need for this extra electrical inspection she explained that there are clearly some electrical wiring issues in my car that require further special electrical inspection. I thought it was a bit odd and decided to get a second opinion at the Firestone around the corner. There the mechanic inspected my car and informed me that all that was needed was to replace the light bulbs in the license plate lamp and to tighten up a slightly loose wire for the stop light (he said it seems like someone yanked it out of place). When I asked about the beam indicator he said that's not even a thing and that my indicator works fine.  Save yourself the hassle and money and don't go to Precision Tune Auto Care.

After Walmart auto and tire declined to sell me a new tire and service me because they do not work on Volkswagen, I desperately ended up here. I had a phenomenal experience here. From the moment I arrived, I was kindly greeted before I even parked my car. I walk inside and was immediately comforted after a brief conversation with a guy named Rick. I told him I need to buy a tire and that my tire was un-repairable based on what Walmart told me. Instead of just taking my money upfront and selling me the tire, he asked if we can walk over to my car and take a look at the tire to make sure it was in fact not able to be repaired. Once he confirmed the condition of my tire, he helped me find the right tire to buy. He was completely understanding of my situation and handled everything with such urgency. I was on my way with a new tire in about 30-45 min. Customer service rating for this place is 5 star, A+.

What a joke. According to Yelp, they've crashed other people's cars too. Beware of this auto shop.

Furthermore, my mechanic says that my oil drain plug was stripped from the last oil change... and the finger is pointed at these guys. I cannot prove it because I did not spot the issue as I was driving off, but I have not taken my car to anyone else for oil changes. This issue will cost me almost $800 to replace the oil pan because someone over-tightened a plug! If you have read my reviews there should be no mystery where I will take my car for preventative maintenance from now on...
