Left my car for about 1.5 years while I lived overseas... my roommate started the engine frequently, but I didn't realize that non-use of wiper blades would create some icky damage to my windshield. On the first foggy day that I drove my car, the blades left clumps of plastic concrete on each side of my windshield. Also, one blade had shredded & waved around like a cheerleader's pompom. Thank goodness for AutoZone in Marina!! The cashier-tech chose the best wiper replacements & took the time to put them on my car. The process was quick, price was good, and I learned that AutoZone has many more perks than just auto supplies. Staff can help diagnose Check Engine Light problems, assist with battery replacement, advise on the best parts for our cars, & it's all done with excellent customer service + a good selection of products for decent prices. I came for a battery replacement for my 2017 Prius. Unfortunately they didn't have it. Prius 12v batteries are hard to come by, who knew? However the associate was kind enough to call multiple stores in the area until he was able to locate and secure one. Really lousy customer service here. Walked in and not one of the four employees looked at us or greeted us, they we're just standing around talking to each other. So we started to look around to find some oil gaskets and nobody would help us. We couldn't find the item so we went to the counter and asked for help. He walked over pointed it out and left that's it. Rude. I came here to get my new license plate replaced and I wasn't looking for any other tools. The woman who replaced my new license plates had a condescending tone of voice and made it seem like it was my fault for not having the tools when all I wanted was for it to be replaced and nothing else. This place needs to have better management and more technicians to do actual car work like this I'm never coming back to this auto zone again. If you work with Linda or Lina don't work with her she was the most rude person I ever interacted with her and it made me angry that she expected me to have all the tools. read more

I have had great support in the past, but today.. was unacceptable. I placed an order for a broken back windshield wiper and walked into the store my happy go lucky self "hi.. i am excited to pick up my new windshield wiper but could use your help on how to attach this new windshield wiper" one guy laughed but the guy that pulled the order for me was RUDE. I told him the order, he then asked for payment for the wiper blade. I explained i already paid for it, he then demanded a receipt.. which took me back :( Sure i have the receipt on my phone i then went to show him and he refused to look at it and said "fine" He then handed me the blades and I continued to ask him for help on how I attache this new arm he replies " We are not allowed to help attach for customers" WHAT? Is this not the place to purchase and ask for help? I have never experienced this here before so I hope that management sees this comment and does some customer service training for I can go to any auto store but preferred to be local. read more

I arrived in Marina in August, 2015. Since then I've been purchasing auto parts and and items at Autozone in Marina. All I can say is that I have never been disappointed with the service I receive, especially from David. Wanting to change the spark plugs on my Honda Accord, I needed the correct size of Allen wrench. David opened a package and came out to the car with me trying different sizes until we found the correct size (7 mm). When changing the oil and filter on a friend's truck, I got the oil filter wrench we bought was too big; David exchanged it with no questions, suggesting a universal expanding oil filter wrench, which worked perfect. Also, when needing a part not in stock, they have in a day, or if ordered early enough, the same day. Over the years I have done a lot of business with auto parts stores, and I will say that this Autozone in Marina is at the top of my list in customer service. read more
