The price for a center console is $21.69 per their website. I spent an hour removing the console from the vehicle it was hard and laborious. At the check out window, the casher gave me price of almost $108. I know exactly their business model and it's unethical and borderline immoral. They insult the customer's intelligence by up charging them with their asinine verbal gibberish about wires, plugs, cables which is a part of the console and can't be removed. So the uneducated casher and her supervisor, both broadline illiterate tried to pull a fast one on me, price jumped from the advertised price for a complete console from, $21.69 to $108 dollars. Their logic is the price of $21.69 is for 1/5 of the console the rest is add on according to the mood of the casher and how much he/she like to embezzle/rob unsuspecting customer(s) that day. They treat you like if you are in a third world country with total arrogance, assuming that you are stupid customer. This so unscrupulous and borderline thuggery, robbing their customer in the open with full immunity. Absolutely no moral conviction as they lie about the price on their website and try to rob you at the checkout window. I just left the console and walked out. Wasted the unwarranted $5 dollars entrance fee to walk on dirty. Stay at home and buy on Facebook Marketplace or Ebay and save yourself the humiliation dealing with this unscrupulous so called business.

They have incorrectly filed my vin number under another person, and seem to be in no rush to rectify it. The service side is everything wrong with car mechanics today. I'd give them negative three stars. Since I can't issue an average rating of zero, one star it is. That's a generous "rounding up." Communication is absolutely terrible. They don't follow up when they say they will, and their website is either way behind or the service reps are just outright lying to you about where your car is in the process. The service reps have no clue about what's under warranty and not. On one visit I was told to bring my car in immediately because it was almost out of warranty, so I did, but then I was notified that the warranty expired months ago. I knew that it had, but the technician didn't until she tried to comp my repair. If they provide you with a time estimate, double it and presume that you'll need to follow up multiple times with them for updates. For example, "you can pick it up today" means "it will actually be ready tomorrow," and "we'll have an estimate to you in an hour, hour-and-a-half max" means "you'll be reaching out at the 2 and 3 hour marks and we'll finally get back to you only because you kept bothering us." On my previous visit, I came in for an AC repair. They held the vehicle and extra day and all of a sudden recommended a serpentine belt repair that required extra charge and an hour of waiting. The belt they installed failed in less than a year. When I took the car to my usual mechanic for a replacement, his tech pulled off the old one, compared it to the new one, and showed me that it was the right length but the wrong width. $80 wasted to replace a repair that probably wasn't even originally needed. On my more recent visit, I came in for three specific needs on my vehicle. One was a specific recall and the rest were apparently known issues from the manufacturer regarding my model year. The technicians did their supposed "multi-point inspection" and came back with seven recommendations, which somehow only covered TWO of the three issues I brought the vehicle in for. One issue was completely ignored. Out of the five extraneous items that they added, three of them had been completed in the last six weeks and reported by the repair shop to Carfax, so there was zero reason to include those items. The other two were similarly unnecessary but the last servicing had happened months ago so it wasn't as egregious as the first three. Despite these items being known issues needing repair, none of the parts are in stock and they have to order them, so I have to wait and come back in a week or two. Unless you need a Hyundai specific repair job, such as a warranty or recall repair, skip this place entirely. Their diagnosticians and mechanics are complete scam artists.

I bought a new truck with a 2 1/2" receiver. Even with the reducer, the play in the motorcycle carrier was unusable. They grinded down the ubolt stabilizer so it would properly fit my receiver. It improved the situation about 50% Then Brian told me about a product that could possibly remedy my dilemma.. He warned me it was a bit pricey but we had nothing to lose to try it out to see if it would work....and I'll be damned....worked like a charm. It was expensive, but not as much as buying a new motorcycle carrier. I wish all companies still operated like these guys. (If they did the world wold be a much better place). That's not covered either. So much for that 138 point inspection they do on used vehicles. You would think they might think to check the vehicle's battery power during that. Nope. When I called up there, didn't get the service department. Spoke to some arrogant sales person who just wanted to make excuses and not own up to their responsibilities of checking vehicles properly. I knew, as I was driving on the freeway that my RX 450h was in dire need of some sort of repair. So I went straight away to the southwest location. After the tech diagnosis, Marlon and his manager calmly explained the issues and the solution. Despite my dire state of anxiety, I was treated with patience and kindness. Plus, I was back driving my vehicle safely within a day. They were informative, efficient and gave 'above and beyond' service, and I am truly grateful! Top marks are truly well earned.

For one we dropped a vehicle off at 9:30. They said the most it will take would be two hours so it should be ready by 11:30 AM right? There's no communication at all around 12 o'clock. I told my girlfriend to reach out to her service advisor to see where they're at. He tells us they arbitrarily did some recalls and it's not ready yet. Where is the disconnect? We appreciate you doing the recalls but why didn't you let us know that it wasn't gonna be ready for the time you gave us luckily we showed up at 12:30 and it was ready but the lack of communication could've caused us delays Wood really did because it should've been ready at 11:30 but we gave him time just to grab lunch since we haven't heard back from him. If you're gonna add services to the appointment, that's gonna delay the pick up of the vehicle you should let someone know that. The simple lack of communication and breakdown is a reason why you're getting such a low review. All I took was a quick phone call or text or even ask if you wanted to get the recall done. What if we had a plane to catch or what if we were on a tight schedule. It's New Year's Eve and it took three hours to get an oil change. Unbelievable. Also, the customer service it's hard to even get someone on the phone. North side Lexus and Westside Lexus have been my go to. My girlfriend tried them because they're close to her job, but this will probably be the last time we visited this location. Guys your job is a service advisor is to keep the client updated and let them know what's going on. Three hours for an oil change is ridiculous.
