I spent an hour removing the console from the vehicle it was hard and laborious. At the check out window, the casher gave me price of almost $108. I know exactly their business model and it's unethical and borderline immoral. They insult the customer's intelligence by up charging them with their asinine verbal gibberish about wires, plugs, cables which is a part of the console and can't be removed. So the uneducated casher and her supervisor, both broadline illiterate tried to pull a fast one on me, price jumped from the advertised price for a complete console from, $21.69 to $108 dollars. Their logic is the price of $21.69 is for 1/5 of the console the rest is add on according to the mood of the casher and how much he/she like to embezzle/rob unsuspecting customer(s) that day. They treat you like if you are in a third world country with total arrogance, assuming that you are stupid customer. This so unscrupulous and borderline thuggery, robbing their customer in the open with full immunity. Absolutely no moral conviction as they lie about the price on their website and try to rob you at the checkout window. I just left the console and walked out. Wasted the unwarranted $5 dollars entrance fee to walk on dirty. Stay at home and buy on Facebook Marketplace or Ebay and save yourself the humiliation dealing with this unscrupulous so called business. read more

Very rude and unprofessional manager. The security guard instead of doing her duty of advising the customers on what to do upon entering, was worried about where my husband had bought his ring. My husband misunderstood this lady thinking he could go and pick the part and then pay at the window for the entrance fee AND the part since he was paying with card. But the manager refused to sell him the part accusing him of being a thief. Totally unprofessional, it was his first time being here. I then proceeded to enter the building and ask exactly how or what to do so that I could take the part and tried to explain her that it was our first time being there, and this so called manager refused to sell me the part as well. Waste of time! If I could give zero stars I would. I called first looking for parts for a 2007-2012 suburban. They said they had plenty to choose from. I haven't been to a junkyard in 20 years so I was surprised I had to pay $2 just to get in. I paid thinking i Would find what I need. I wondered back to the trucks and they were all old and pretty stripped. Walked around one and some dude was peeing between the vehicles. Classy.... I then find my way back to the front only to be told I had to pay another dollar to get into the new cars.... So I paid AGAIN! I go back to where the trucks are and they are all from 1996-2000 there's nothing newer. The entire time you are stepping on items that have been stripped off the cars and thrown on the ground. Needless to say I didn't find the sunvisors I was looking for. Staff was rude and unfriendly to say the least. The crowd was sketchy. On a funny note we are leaving and two Mexican dudes are out on the dirt/rock lot by the fence in an old ford ranger. They are picking up the items they threw over the fence. Nothing like watching theft. If you are looking for a good salvage yard go elsewhere. read more

I called and got a quote for an old car. Set an appointment for 11:30 for them to pick it up, they never called or showed up. I called again, was told to wait until 3:30 because they were "low on drivers". Called back at 3:30, I was told that all they could do was reschedule. We set the appointment for 12:30 the next day, and the woman told me to call and ask for a manager if I hadn't been called by noon. Next day at noon, no call. I called back, got the same girl from the previous day who told me the same thing. I asked for a manager as instructed, she said "she's just going to tell you the same thing." I told her I didn't care, so I was transferred to a voicemail. I left a message, and never heard back from them. TLDR: They won't pick up your car, don't waste your time. read more

When in line to pay, there was a guy buying some rims but he didn't want the tires so they told him he had to wait 30 MINUTES for the guy that removed the tires to come back from lunch. This is your typical LKQ location. It is $3 to get in and check out the older model cars. The newer models are $3 more in admission charges. The good points for this yard: Online inventory is updated 6 days a week and you can sign up to get an email alert for the kind of car you are looking for. Inventory turnover is quick. I estimate a car sits in their yard 8-10 weeks instead of 6-12 months at smaller junkyards. They will get rare and hard to find cars from time to time so when new parts are unavailable they are a lifesaver. Major holidays have a 40-50% off all parts sale They installed a hand washing station (with soap) near the checkout area. The bad points for this yard: Prices are very high on many things. In many cases you are better off buying a new part (even OEM from the dealer) instead of paying 60-70% of the price on something used. Do your research and don't buy something if it is over 30% of the price new. The yard is a mess in many areas. Trash and parts are all over the ground and many of the cars have just been vandalized and destroyed for no reason than to be destructive. Super long lines and a 20-40 minute wait time to get to the cashier during peak hours on the weekend. They never have more than 2 cashiers working. Insane core charges. They count on your not returning the core to get your money back. If you can, remove the old part and take it with you the day you buy the replacement. Do not ever let them keep core charges. They put 20+ year old trucks in the newer model section to charge more for the parts. This was a recent change. A good example are 10th generation Ford F150 trucks made from 1997 to 2004. These used to be in the old model section but now they are all in the new model section. Overall, it is worth buying things here if you know the market price for your parts and are very selective. read more

I called and set an appointment to have my car towed by this company. My appointment was for 8:30 a.m, it is now almost 11 a.m and I am still waiting. I have called to get an estimate as to when the tow truck will be here and none of the staff even knows where the tow truck driver is! What was the point of setting an appointment if these guys just come whenever they feel like it? Horrible service would not recommend. read more

I told the operator that I found that hard to believe and so I clarified it. She said once again that they don't verify if they have the vehicle you are looking for. They expect you to drive across town and just hope that you are not wasting your time and gas on the endeavor. What idiots. I went here with my Hubby to get parts for our truck....can I say OVER PRICED! First you pay $2 per person to enter to see vehicle models UNDER 1996, if your model is OVER 1996 then you pay an additional $1 per person to enter that side...you pull and pick your own parts which is not bad at all there are tons of vehicles to choose from bu the problem is they are OVER PRICED...for the rubber siding to keep the air out of vehicle they charged us $14.99 (keep in mind its just rubber and we had to find and pull it off), for a used carburator cover they wanted to charge $39 (and its used) ...they had a paper posted if using a credit /debit card and additional $4.50 and also $2 core charge ....We will NOT be going here again...on to the next location that are resonable for old, used parts....If I wanted to pay these prices then I could have went to AutoZone, O'Rileys or another car place read more

I just lost $44.00 trying to replace a computer module with 30 return policy. I brought the first one back cuz mechanic said it was bad. Paid the mechanic 20.00 (a break) took it back without receipt but after 30 minutes it was verified I bought it there. I left it with them and was written a ticket to replace when I came back. Just left there after 2 hours pulling another one. They refused to let me have saying I was 3 days over 30 days. I explained to them I had turned the i i bought into them and had that receipt. I was referred to this ''company'' by a mechanic so I contacted them on a Monday morning. I left a message as it went to voicemail every time I called, and no one returned all week; although i called several other times throughout the week. The following week when I called back I kept getting transferred to the same guys voicemail!! Finally, after calling time and time again I was transferred and the guy picks up with an attitude, lol. i tell him i was looking to sell my daughters car and he ask what year, make and model. After I told him, he immediately responded saying that they don't buy vehicles that old, not knowing the vehicle is in great shape, just getting her something newer. When i ask him at what year they stop buying, he stammered and said ''we don't have a particular year, we just dont buy that year of vehicle''. after i read all the other terrible reviews, i have to agree with them..........THIS COMPANY STINKS!!!! read more
