I trust Nick and his guys implicitly and will drive from Richmond simply to maintain routine work and make sure my car runs as smooth as possible. Their shop is clean. Nick's wife, Flo and Melissa maintain a tight ship. They will welcome you into the family and give you a great cup of coffee while you wait. The price is fair and Nick is honest about the things that will affect your car's performance and what needs to be taken care of immediately vs what can wait for future work. Appointments are easy to schedule online but they will also have no problem fitting you in over the phone. I always leave from there knowing my car and I were in the best hands.

I came across this shop and decided to give it a shot . Armando at Califas Mufflers is the only mechanic who will ever touch my car. He's done multiple oil changes for me, changed my battery, patched up my tire, and replaced my radiator all for very reasonable prices. He definitely is more interested in helping you fix your problems as opposed to draining you of every cent you have , unlike most mechanics in the Houston area. 1000/10 would recommend .

I have never had a worse experience with a dealership…read more I purchased a brand new CFMOTO UFORCE U10 Pro XL from Tejas Motorsports in mid May. Since then, it has spent more time in the dealership's possession than in mine. This latest visit alone has lasted nearly 30 days. After almost a month, I was told the problem was corrosion and rust that simply needed to be cleaned off. A brand new machine with corrosion causing warranty issues is disappointing enough. What's completely unacceptable is that I've now been told my UTV has been repaired for over a week, but Tejas Motorsports refuses to release it because they are waiting for CFMOTO to reimburse them for the warranty work. That is not my problem. I paid for a new machine, not to become collateral in a payment dispute between a dealer and a manufacturer. If Tejas Motorsports cannot or will not release a customer's paid for vehicle because they are waiting to be reimbursed, that is a serious business problem and customers should not be the ones paying the price. Communication has been poor from the beginning. I've repeatedly had to call for updates, and no one has taken ownership of resolving the situation. At this point, my brand new UTV has spent more time at Tejas Motorsports than it has with me. I regret buying from this dealership, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to anyone.

I came in to let them know about a broken part on my bike that was not damaged when I dropped it off for repairs. Instead of listening to my concern or trying to help, I felt completely dismissed and laughed at while trying to explain the issue, which was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Whether it was because of my accent or something else, I was made to feel like I wasn't being taken seriously. I went there to tell them about a broken part on my bike that was not damaged when I dropped it off. The bike came back from repairs with a problem that wasn't there before. Instead of listening to my concerns or trying to help, they laughed in my face while I was explaining the issue. Sorry for my accent, I guess. They made me feel like I was stupid or that what I was saying didn't matter. I told them I would bring the bike back so they could see the problem for themselves. After making the trip back with the bike, all of a sudden they were "closed." Funny how they were open when I pick up the bike, but when I showed up to have them look at it, nobody wanted to deal with it anymore. The whole experience was disrespectful, unprofessional, and frustrating. You expect quality work and basic respect. Instead, I was laughed at, dismissed, and left with more problems than I started with. Let me not get started on the part that was broken it look like they try to glue the piece back , which it wasn't like that. If you're thinking about taking your bike or anything else there to get fixed, I'd think twice. Based on my experience, you might end up with more problems than you had before. Customer service was terrible, accountability was nonexistent, and they clearly didn't care about making things right. 0/10 service guess you have to be white to get good service

They haven't overpromised and underdelivered like so many auto service centers tend to do. They're affordable and discuss what the job entails before the work begins. In my case, I had completed an expensive restoration on the car in January 2016. While in Oklahoma City on business, I became distracted while driving, jumped a curb and collided with a telephone pole. The insurance company declared the Jag a total loss, however, I had put way too much money into the car just to salvage it, so I ate my loss and committed to repairing and restoring the car all over again with the settlement money. After towing the car to Houston from OKC, we had to remove and replace the front subframe, suspension, ball joints, tie rods etc. A big mess. Then, after we were ready to get the car running and back on the road, we discovered metal shavings in the oil pan. The engine was severely damaged from the collision. We found a good used Jag replacement motor and are in the middle of installing it. Throughout the entire ordeal, David and Benny have been very professional and hardworking. So far so good. As of right now, I strongly recommend them.
