Then, on my way from Pennsylvania to Ohio, it became more apparent that I would probably need to replace it very soon. When I arrived my destination in Ohio, looked this store up on Yelp and called them. Arland took the call, and he guided me thru with what I would need for my vehicle. I headed over to the store as soon as I could hoping my car would start. Fortunately, it did. When I arrived, there were a few customers already waiting in line, and Arland took care of me right away. He was very helpful, and offered to help me install the battery in the car when I asked if I could borrow some tools to take my old one out. The old one came out, and the new one got put in. They tested the battery and said it was good and that the issue was my starter. The next day I had a dead battery again. I took it to the dealer who showed me via a testing monitor that the battery was indeed bad, not the starter or the alternator. I had to buy another battery for $300 from the dealer. Then the guy right next to me was told to "finish his sentence" like a child because the dumb girl at the counter didn't know what part he was looking for even though he very clearly explained it and she misunderstood. There's more competent employees at a McDonald's on Cleveland avenue than this store.
