He was the friendliest guy imaginable. AND he gave me a discount without my asking. I expected the whole "it costs this much but you have to pay a core charge, you'll get that back when you return the old one" but nope. It was a very simple transaction. A couple of weeks later I take the old one back, because what else would I do with it. I just wanted to drop it off. A different guy, every bit as friendly as the first, said "hold on, it's worth something to you" and handed me a fiver. Are you kidding? I was just expecting to get rid of it, but I walked away five bucks to the good. 100% I would recommend this location to anyone.

Following a recommendation from my son-in-law after we moved back to Ohio, I started going there and will not consider going anywhere else. When I asked why the difference between the quote and the final charge, they said that they got the replacement part cheaper than expected. Keep in mind that I authorized a charge of $550, they could have charged me the full amount, but they only charged the real cost of the part plus labor. Totally honest folks!

Then went above and beyond and went outside in the freezing temperatures to take a look for himself. He was right, we didn't need a fuse we needed not one but low beam head lights. He showed us four different options and explained each one. He not only sold us the correct part but he came out and installed them for us.
