Very disappointed with my experience at Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists…read more I brought my 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate in for wheel repair, and after several days with little communication, I picked it up to find that the one wheel they "repaired" actually looked worse than it did before I brought it in--even after paying for the service. I sent photos and videos to one of their employees, who even admitted the workmanship looked bad. When I tried to get rescheduled to have it fixed and finish the rest of the wheels, they told me they were "too busy" and tried to push me out THREE WEEKS. That's completely unacceptable considering the poor quality of work they delivered in the first place. A reputable business should stand behind their work and make things right quickly--not make customers wait weeks to fix their mistakes. Between the poor workmanship and lack of urgency to correct the issue, this is not a company I would recommend.

I drove in the lot with my steering wheel tilting right, left with it tilting left. I took it back immediately and they redone it for free. The guy even drove it off lot and when he came back he said it's fine now. As soon as I drive it off lot there goes my wheel again tilting left. If I make it straight while I'm driving I'm pulled to the right. Wasted 100 bucks at this place! Not to mention half of the staff have attitude issues here. At $1000 a pop I really didn't want to have to purchase a new wheel from Tesla. That's where Brian and Acu-Tru Rim and wheel repair come in: For a little over $200 Brian was able to repair the wheel and match the complicated black metallic powder coat finish perfectly.
