I spoke with them 3 times and was assured they would replace it and what time I needed to be there to get it done. Arrived with the tow truck to find that they didn't have the battery in stock. He said they would order it and it would be there at 715 the next morning and I could come any time to have it replaced. Called 3 times the next morning before finally hearing at 1p that the delivery had arrived. I took an Uber to the store only to be told that they don't replace batteries in a Prius. So now I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting for roadside assistance. There's a Napa right down the street. 2 stars because the guy who was here last night was ready to replace it when I got here 15 minutes before close even tho that's the same guy who didn't check if they had the battery in stock when i called.

I started to have some battery issue towards the end of my trip from Texas to Pennsylvania. Then, on my way from Pennsylvania to Ohio, it became more apparent that I would probably need to replace it very soon. When I arrived my destination in Ohio, looked this store up on Yelp and called them. Arland took the call, and he guided me thru with what I would need for my vehicle. I headed over to the store as soon as I could hoping my car would start. Fortunately, it did. When I arrived, there were a few customers already waiting in line, and Arland took care of me right away. He was very helpful, and offered to help me install the battery in the car when I asked if I could borrow some tools to take my old one out. The old one came out, and the new one got put in. He offered very little advise in helping me make the proper fuse selection for my vehicle and had to google it myself. Long and short, Autozone is literally across the street and they'll come out to the car and offer as much help as possible. Not sure what made me change my mind on giving Napa a try this time, but certainly never again!

They tested the battery and said it was good and that the issue was my starter. The next day I had a dead battery again. I took it to the dealer who showed me via a testing monitor that the battery was indeed bad, not the starter or the alternator. I had to buy another battery for $300 from the dealer.
