    I am writing an updated review for a review I left this week. The manager after seeing my review…read morehas communicated very well with me to address my issues with items I purchased. Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order.     Bought a car battery here on Monday 2/9/26 and installed it the same day. Car still had issues…read morestarting so I spent additional time and money on diagnosing the issue and ultimately had to take the car to the mechanic. $200 later my mechanic tells me the "new" battery I installed was in fact over 3 years old and was completely worthless. Took it back to this same store I bought it from and was treated extremely poorly. Staff questioned if I had really bought this battery at this store this week. They then tested the battery and agreed it was dead and I would get a refund. However, for no reason, staff began to question what kind of car I had and insisted this battery wasn't acceptable for my car. My mechanic installed the exact same model NAPA battery in the car that I drove to the store. They mentioned that - if the battery was new but wasn't compatible with my car - that it wouldn't have been covered under warranty. I explained that I knew this but that isn't what happened, they sold me an old battery and that old battery does not hold a charge and wouldn't have worked in ANY car. She raised her voice to talk over me and explain how I was still wrong. I got my refund but I am livid at my treatment here. A quick google search shows that a car battery shouldn't be sold even just 6-9 months after manufacture so they had no business selling me a battery that was made in 2022 in the first place. I went an entire week without my car, had to rely on rides from my friends and Uber, spent money on diagnostic tools to fix my car myself, and ultimately paid someone else to diagnose and replace the battery that I had already "fixed". What a waste.
