My fiancé and I visited this location on a Sunday evening to purchase a new battery for his car…read more After waiting a few minutes for the cashier to finish helping a customer, we were quickly helped and able to purchase the battery. We decided to switch the battery in the parking lot, and they let us use a few of their tools to do this. We were also able to not pay the money for the core of the old battery, as we were able to return it right away. There was some corrosion on the old battery and it wasn't coming apart easily. Ellie was very helpful and came out to lend us a hand. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. The next time we need anything for either of our cars we will definitely return here.

Hubby and I took the plunge and decided to share a car. He went to make a run to the store.... And…read moreOUR ONLY CAR WOULD NOT START. Thankfully this happened on a day that we didn't have to work and the car was parked safely in the garage. Hubby thought he identified the issue and checked AutoZone's online inventory. They appeared to have what we needed so he called to confirm. The person that answered the phone said they did not actually have the item in stock. We decided to walk the two mile trip anyway to explore .. there is another auto parts store in close proximity so we were planning to go there as well. The young man we encountered at AutoZone (Josh) was extremely helpful. He helped us understand what we were buying and how the options differed ... he even located the missing inventory item. We really appreciated that Josh was so thorough in our interaction.

Yikes. This was a rough experience. After getting in my car to head to the gym, it made the…read moredreading clicking noise and I knew that the winter had claimed my car battery. I was able to get a friend to come give me a jump so that I could drive to AutoZone to get the battery replaced. I entered the store and saw two employees behind the counter (I believe there was one other customer in the store). I stood at the counter. Neither employee acknowledged my existence and both walked from behind the counter to another part in the store. It's 100% not a big deal if they were in the middle of assisting the other customer/wrapping up another project, but a brief "we'll be right with you" could have fixed this problem. When the gentleman came back to the counter, I described what was needed and he grabbed his kit to test my battery which verified that the battery was bad. He seemed to struggle with finding where to attach the device on my battery. I explained to him that attaching it to any of the metal clamps on the battery would still yield a reading. I bought the battery and he grabbed it and his tools to install it. The installation process felt as poor as my initial experience. The gentleman dropped one of his tools in my engine (again, no problem, mistakes happen), but waited for my brother to start reaching under the car to find where it landed. The battery installation process took a long time. I'm no mechanic, but the experience made me feel that I may have been equally or more qualified to install the battery myself. I don't say that to sound arrogant/condescending - it's just that I understand that in situations like these, people rely on these locations to help them in a pinch. Some customer service 101 and some practice/supervision on the process could have made this whole experience much better. The next time I'm in need of a battery or other quick fix, I cannot say that I would return to this location.

Five stars for Bryson H! I'd give ten if I could…read more There were two employees in the store and 10-15 customers. I needed windshield wipers and I wasn't going to ask Bryson to put them on but he offered so I took him up on it. He did it very quickly, and it only took a minute or two but in that time I asked him if he likes his job and he said he loves it. Loves helping people, loves the organization. Very polite young man with wonderful customer service skills. While I was waiting my turn he was incredibly courteous and pleasant to every customer he helped. Great work ethic and positive attitude!

I came in with a 'check engine' light; Robert ran the tester on my truck and put the info in the computer - he let me read the error, which could have been in Latin for all I knew. In layman's terms, Robert explained it perfectly, so I purchased the parts. I told Robert I was probably going to have a mechanic do the work but he offered some advice and knowledgeable suggestions so I thought I would try. I was able to replace one of the parts easily but needed additional tools to replace the other, so I returned to the same AutoZone. Very professionally, Robert (and his co-worker, but I don't have his name) loaned me three different tools. I was able to complete the job in the parking lot, but had to come in and out of the store once or twice with a question. Robert was able to multitask and quickly answer my question while working with other customers. The "above and beyond" aspect of my interaction with Robert was when he stopped-out to check on me. That was awesome! I do minimal work on my truck but with Robert's helpfulness, I did the job, and easily saved several hundred dollars (by not going to mechanic). AutoZone...you have a very good employee, keep him happy (for your customers sake). Thanks again, Robert. Preciatecha!!!
