I knew the car I wanted because I did my research before arriving. William was my salesman and I will never forget his face. I was in and out in 30 min. I was greeted at the door by him, showed him the car and he took my licenses so I could take it for a test drive. The car only had one thousand miles, it drove perfect and William answered any questions that I had. He made me feel confident that I had made the right choice. I walked off the lot on New Years Eve with a new car. It was the best day ever.

Kudos to Martavion at Wolfchase Honda…read more He and Abdul, the Service Manager, have shown nothing but patience and professionalism with me. The service manager (Abdul) came out personally to greet customers, and when I shared my concerns, he made sure I was fully taken care of. I've been calling because I was still having issues with my brakes, and not once did they become impatient with me. They always returned my calls when I left voicemails and made sure my concerns were addressed. Hopefully everything is finally resolved and I won't have to bother them anymore about this issue If you're looking for great service, go see Martavion at Wolfchase Honda and tell him Celia sent you! Thanks again, Tay and Abdul!

I was the only customer along with 3 other Advance Auto staff. After waiting about 3-5 mins, none of the staff acknowledged my presence. Finally Fred barked from behind the counter and said it will be a minute. He proceeded to do something with the register and finally after another 2 mins asked ' what do you want' in a tone that was rather offensive. I explained that I would like to have the battery tested. Once again he barked at me saying 'it won't happen'. I have to wait 10-15 mins. I will definitely reach out to Mitchell for any other problem than we have and know that we will be dealt in a fair and competent manner.

I was approached by Jimmy and he allowed me to take a ride around block. I remained in the parking lot. Because of this, I learned of features present in the car I previously had not known about. After we got done, he searched for the specific setup I was interested in across different Toyota dealers. There were unfortunately no results for what I was looking for. He did not try to force me into a car I did not want and he gave me his business card to reach back out for whenever I was ready. I ended up buying a car from a different dealer due to how they handled a sale to a family member, but my satisfaction with my experience at this dealer was worth leaving a review for. I did not feel as though I was backed into a corner to buy a vehicle I did not want, I didn't feel lied to, and my decision to not purchase a car that day was respected.
