Prior to becoming part of Federated, this store was a family owned parts store called Mancini's Auto Parts, and it still feels a little like a mom and pop shop. And that's all good to me. There is nothing a big shiny parts store can do for you that these guys can't, but the atmosphere, service and sense of integrity I get is never matched. The big places never have the same guys working in the store when I return, Federated is the same guys always. It just gives me confidence. Prices aren't different, either. It just feels like a place your dad or grandad might have gotten parts from. It's comfortable.

After ordering, I was emailed to be informed that they could not offer 2 day shipping for this part after all and that the charges would be automatically refunded. I decided to cancel the order and order a different part from a website that could actually stand by their 2 day shipping. Upon calling customer service I was told no one had yet put in a cancelation order, despite my request the day before and despite their claim that a refund was being processed. In the meantime of the back and forth emails and calls, I received an email from them stating that the original part was not even in stock. Not only had they happily taken my money for 2 day shipping they couldn't offer, but also for a part they didn't have. Though I needed my money back, as to be able to order a better part from elsewhere, they said they would not be able to refund my money for 2-7 business days, while in the same breath claiming they had never charged my card (though my banking institution shows a hold placed by Stylin Trucks on my account). I was on the phone with them for nearly an hour and their only resolution was to tell me to contact my bank to request they expedite the fixing of Stylin Trucks mistake. They are a dishonorable company for charging for both parts and shipping they don't have in the first place. I would highly recommend not ordering from them and instead ordering from a more reputable company that will stand by their parts and shipping policies and not prematurely charge you for what they cannot offer.

You should know that I am just getting into car care products and know very little. ECP obviously didn't focus on car care products so their selection is not extensive or intensive. That said, I found everything that I needed to specifically care for my care. I only needed products for leather, interior protector, and wash because I had all the other products. I found Groit and Chemical Brothers products here that met my needs. I also found application pads and microfiber towels for cleaning. I noticed that they have all the other products I bought at another place for car care. I noticed that they had a power tool for buffing. Chemical Brothers sells a whole lot of products and ECP doesn't sell them all. It's best to call ahead to see if they have a product you are looking for. For instance, they had the VRP in a kit but not by itself but they did sell a another protectant. They had the Chemical Brothers leather protectant but not their leather wash and conditioner. But they sell Groit's 3-1 leather. Walking around the shop floor I thought the displays seemed informative and helpful to the buyer. The service was excellent and went above and beyond. One person who helped me said she uses all the products on her vehicle because she doesn't like to sell a product she hasn't used. She even offered to go outside to look at my car's interior so we could pick the right product for it. She was knowledgeable of the products of course and could give her experienced opinion. That's impressive because they have such metal forming tools in stock so you can play with them before you invest. They have MIG & TIG welders, painting tools, powder coating tools, auto body tools, and much, much more. Don't know how to weld? That's okay, Eastwood's gotcha covered. They have a shop where you can practice and a YouTube channel with instructional videos! I don't always work on cars, but when I do, I prefer Eastwood tools. Get ya some of that!
