I ordered a catalytic converter from this website specifically because they were the only website to offer 2 day shipping on the part I needed. The part was in stock, as stated on their website at the time of order and confirmed by two customer service agents (via online chat and email). After ordering, I was emailed to be informed that they could not offer 2 day shipping for this part after all and that the charges would be automatically refunded. I decided to cancel the order and order a different part from a website that could actually stand by their 2 day shipping. Upon calling customer service I was told no one had yet put in a cancelation order, despite my request the day before and despite their claim that a refund was being processed. In the meantime of the back and forth emails and calls, I received an email from them stating that the original part was not even in stock. Not only had they happily taken my money for 2 day shipping they couldn't offer, but also for a part they didn't have. Though I needed my money back, as to be able to order a better part from elsewhere, they said they would not be able to refund my money for 2-7 business days, while in the same breath claiming they had never charged my card (though my banking institution shows a hold placed by Stylin Trucks on my account). I was on the phone with them for nearly an hour and their only resolution was to tell me to contact my bank to request they expedite the fixing of Stylin Trucks mistake. They are a dishonorable company for charging for both parts and shipping they don't have in the first place. I would highly recommend not ordering from them and instead ordering from a more reputable company that will stand by their parts and shipping policies and not prematurely charge you for what they cannot offer. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I should have read the yelp reviews before ordering from this site. I can't believe that they are a google trusted site, google needs to do it's homework and drop them. Like many of the other reviewers this company has a real problem with their shipping. First their website advertises that the item will be shipped within a day after ordering if the item is in stock. That turned out not to be the case, the item i ordered was in stock and it took them 2 days to ship it. To add insult to injury I paid to have it sent FedEx and they sent it economy USPS. If I could give it zero stars I would, I placed an order, and it took the address directly from my paypal, I called immediately because I don't live there anymore they told me the only option was to cancel the order, so I did, I talked to several people and they told me I would get a full refund there was no problem and they were going to refund my money, only... they didn't. I was charged 100 for shipping my item I received a partial refund because they did ship one of the items to the house where I don't live there anymore. how can this happen? One part of the company gets notified and the other one doesn't? Seems this company has a habit of sending the wrong parts. i bought a radiator and they sent me two headlights instead. What a pain. I had to send back the headlights and wait until they received them before they sent me my radiator. I removed my old catalytic converter from my vehicle which is very difficult and time consuming and, trustingly, ready to install the new part only to find out it was for the other side! In addition, I got a wrong gasket used to mount the cat to the engine. Free shipping is not enough of a deal for all the effort I went through. read more

Ordered a truck bed mattress using their site but the mattress the site told me was right for my truck was incorrect. I called them and told them I would be returning and they gave me an RMA #. I sent it back using USPS and they promptly refunded my money back to my account, including the cost of my return ship. No problems, great customer service and when I called to verify they had received my return package, the guy at Stylin' Trucks told me that he did not carry the mattress we needed, but gave me the URL to the site that did and I ordered it there with no problems. Ordered carpet for my 94 Dodge and was sent carpet for a Dakota so I sent it back. After numerous emails and phone calls to their customer service department I am still waiting for my refund. I have the tracking number for the return and they received it 16 days ago and still no money. Next step is to call my Visa Card Bank and get my money that way. Very Bad Business! I used their website to order Power Stop breaks kits for my 2010 Ram 2 months ago. The shipping info says I was getting 2 boxes. 1 box came at the promised date. But when I opened it, it was the wrong rotors. The 2nd box??? Well, the second box never came!!! After tons of back and forth calling, they finally agreed to send a replacement set. went on site, found what i thought was best deal on the control arms i was looking for, and site said in stock! i wanted these parts quick, so i paid the extra for faster shipping. my card was charged, and i didnt receive a tracking number. 2 days later i get an email saying my parts are on back order. how can parts they have listed as in stock be on back order? so i give them a few days, and decide since the prices are pretty good, ill ad more parts to my order. website says in stock. talk to company rep, and low and behold, those parts are also not in stock, and cant be added to my order anyway. they dont allow orders to be added to, even though they havent even received the parts im waiting for yet. now im stuck here with no parts, waiting for my refund, so i can reorder them from somewhere else. read more
