The guys are friendly, helpful and professional. It's perfect for the small town it's in. Prior to becoming part of Federated, this store was a family owned parts store called Mancini's Auto Parts, and it still feels a little like a mom and pop shop. And that's all good to me. There is nothing a big shiny parts store can do for you that these guys can't, but the atmosphere, service and sense of integrity I get is never matched. The big places never have the same guys working in the store when I return, Federated is the same guys always. It just gives me confidence. Prices aren't different, either. It just feels like a place your dad or grandad might have gotten parts from. It's comfortable.

The part was in stock, as stated on their website at the time of order and confirmed by two customer service agents (via online chat and email). After ordering, I was emailed to be informed that they could not offer 2 day shipping for this part after all and that the charges would be automatically refunded. I decided to cancel the order and order a different part from a website that could actually stand by their 2 day shipping. Upon calling customer service I was told no one had yet put in a cancelation order, despite my request the day before and despite their claim that a refund was being processed. In the meantime of the back and forth emails and calls, I received an email from them stating that the original part was not even in stock. Not only had they happily taken my money for 2 day shipping they couldn't offer, but also for a part they didn't have. Though I needed my money back, as to be able to order a better part from elsewhere, they said they would not be able to refund my money for 2-7 business days, while in the same breath claiming they had never charged my card (though my banking institution shows a hold placed by Stylin Trucks on my account). I was on the phone with them for nearly an hour and their only resolution was to tell me to contact my bank to request they expedite the fixing of Stylin Trucks mistake. They are a dishonorable company for charging for both parts and shipping they don't have in the first place. I would highly recommend not ordering from them and instead ordering from a more reputable company that will stand by their parts and shipping policies and not prematurely charge you for what they cannot offer.

So, I got in one and my niece got in another. They were so slow. Two of them look slow. Meaning they was walking slow and looking like they didn't know what they were doing. Now my niece finally gets service. And the boy tells me that, I'm in the wrong line that I have to get in another line. Behind a bunch of people. I said that not fair. He said they only had one register open. So I ask, why didn't u posts sign or announce it. He looked stupid and didn't know what to say. So I ask for the manager. I ask him the same thing. He told me they don't do post or announcement. He was rude and ghetto. I don't feel he had any customer service skills or manager skills either. It's sad that when in the hood u get hood service, Auto Zone on Lee Rd. I then left out displease with the service, his tone of voice and his attitude. Now I go across the street to O' REILLY AUTO STORE. I walk in 3 to 5 register computer lines. I ask the gentleman is there a line for just cash out. He said,that we will cash u out at any line and laugh. I ask why are u laughing? He ask did I just leave Auto Zone? I said, yes how u know?
