I asked an associate named Jeremy if he had a tool that would open the flashlight. Jeremy not only was able to open the compartment to the batteries but also took his time to help me fix the flashlight. The 9 AA batteries it takes were all corroded so I bought some new ones there and Jeremy rang me out while continuing to have the patience to help me fix it. This was perhaps the best costumer service I have ever received from any store ever and I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the associate for his patience, customer service skills, and for not giving up on helping me fix my flashlight.
