Mine had died earlier in the morning and I was able to get a jump start to get to work. Knowing that the temperatures were going to be in the single digits overnight, it was important for me to get this fixed quick or risk being stuck again. Upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by José who listened to my story and found the battery that was recommended for my vehicle. Before selling me anything, he wanted to verify that it was really the battery that was at fault and not the alternator or anything else. He had me pop the hood and hooked up his battery tester to confirm the fault was indeed with the battery. It was pretty cold out- in the 20's- but he was able to remove the old battery and install the new one in minutes. José was a great technician to deal with - professional, friendly, & competent. I definitely recommend this store for anyone needing a battery replaced and will use them for my minor automotive needs going forward.

"Are you from around here?" he asked. "No." "I don't know of any places who would just drop everything to fix your car." That surprised me, as over the years, I've dropped by a lot of garages all over New England for quick OBD reads. I knew that it probably didn't need to get fixed immediately, just that the car's computer was upset about an oxygen or emission reading. Apparently, A Plus doesn't extend the courtesy of a diagnostic test that takes 90 seconds to do. And it doesn't realize that there are garages out there who do. (Thanks Monro Muffler in Chicopee!)

I'm normally a DIY type of guy but do not have the appropriate dealer-level equipment, and actually, not many other shops around have it either, but these guys did! I mostly just needed a TCM system reset, but Bruno went above and beyond, helping me diagnose some other minor issues I had with the car. My son purchased a vehicle from them in early January and less than three weeks later the car broke down. Our Mechanic found SIGNIFICANT issues (including one very serious safety hazard) which were not shared by dealer. We had asked to bring the vehicle to our mechanic prior to purchase for him to inspect it but dealer said he didn't have any plates to put on vehicle for us to do that. (What dealer doesn't have dealer plates??!) Should have been a flag I know! But he assured us the car was in GREAT condition, soooo we trusted him. BIG MISTAKE! I reached out to them immediately after discovering issues and asked him to remedy the situation in good faith. Told him that we would even be willing to except a reduced amount on the refund so as to resolve it amicably. He immediately said NO and then proceeded to accuse us of 'breaking the car and making those issues (that were clearly there for a long while) ourselves in the 3 weeks we had it. Shame on me for not finding these other reviews before we bought it. He's done this very thing to many others and his attitude clearly demonstrated to me that he's got ZERO shame about it. This dealership is the poster child of 'sleazy car sales'.
