The person said he would put on his "personnel shopper hat" and look up the tool. He would not give me his name and said that Steve or Dave could help me when I arrive. I rest of the conversation was not professional. There is a recently new AutoZone in Burke. I am not making all of my car part purchases at this Auto Zone. They'll tell you on the phone that the part is on the way and then 2 or 3 hours later we'll find out that it hasn't left the store and our customers are waiting longer because of them.
