Matt and a lady (did not get her name) Helped us in our price range and made sure we got the right things!

Every single person can relate to the horrific movement when you have your only vehicle taken apart and the part or parts that you needed to get the vehicle fixed IS NOT THE CORRECT ONE SOLD TO YOU BY AUTOZONE EMPLOYEE. My truck is sitting there with one of the brake lines cut off and as I am putting it back together the fitting that he told me twice. Not once but twice even with eye contact that .yes Sir this the correct one. Nope as I lay there cover in brake fluid unable to fix my ONLY VEHICLE THAT IS DRIVEN DAILY. God knows that I truly try to be a good human everyday sometimes I have slip ups and right there in my very public driveway I tell you that I let it slip out. You know I haven't found that 3/8 wrench yet but I would of love to seen just how far it went. I believe it might be one of my best public F*#King F*#K moments. But it was really just my fault for not going to O'Reilly in the first place because believe it or not they actually hire people who Know about vehicles and how to pick the RIGHT F*#KING PART FOR THE CUSTOMER. . Ok that's my opinion and you don't have to agree but I am not going to change it read more

I was dropping my son off at college but need some minor parts for his license plate assembly. Jeff H. was supremely helpful and walked me through what I needed. The manager, Nick, even came by to say hello. By time I was finished I felt like I'd known both of them for a long time. The service and Custer foul use was NEXT LEVEL and appreciated! read more

If there were an option for zero stars, I would have given it. I ordered a part for same day pickup from the Bloomington, IN store. I did not receive the pickup email, so I called - was put on hold for six minutes - then the call disconnected. I went to the store anyway, but it was closed, despite the fact that the hours posted on the door and the website stated it was open. I went to the store the next day, but it was closed, despite the fact that the hours posted on the door and the website stated it was open. My calls that day were not answered. I filled out a customer service contact form to request a refund on the store's website, but the 'submit' button did not work. I finally called the corporate 800 number and was assured that my refund would be processed in 3-5 days. After my second trip to Autozone, I bought my part at Advanced Auto Parts and had a wonderful experience. read more

Just stopped to get new batteries for my key fobs after getting a warning the batteries were low. The attendants did not take the time to review how to open the fob, even tho I suggested they start with pushing a small button on the back of it so they could pull the key out. It was pried open with a screwdriver and completely fell apart. After more than 20 minutes of patiently waiting while 3 different employees tried unsuccessfully to put it back together, we left with a new battery and unassembled fob (we were able to start the car, unlock the doors). Thank you to to You Tube for good videos; I put it back together in about 3 minutes at home. To the store's credit, they did give us the battery for free. If they had just said they weren't sure how to open it up correctly, I would have gladly bought the battery and problem solved it myself. I left the store feeling very frustrated. read more

This place knows customer service! I live in Indianapolis and have been having car issues for the past couple of weeks. My check engine light has been turning on and off and my battery even died a couple times, then miraculously started back up. The first time that happened I went to the AutoZone in Indianapolis on Washington St. The guy checked my check engine light and told me it was my coolant levels being low most likely. He said he was busy and couldn't leave the storefront because the other guy was busy doing something in the back. He did tell me to come back in a few hours and he'd help, but I didn't have time for that. I drove a couple miles east and stopped at the other AutoZone. I told the guys there what happened and they also ran the test and said about the same thing. I bought antifreeze/coolant and the guy there helped me pour it in. I thought I was good to go. WRONG. My check engine light came back on and my battery died and then a few minutes later turned back on. My girlfriend lives in Bloomington and so we thought we'd just go drop off my car and here and have them charge my battery because that's all I thought was needed. Wrong again. I told Scott, the manager, the whole story. He told Mark to run pretty much every test and check everything for me. He seemed upset by the fact that I had already been to two other AutoZones. It was nice to feel like he cared. Mark was amazing. He ran all the tests, helped me and even explained to me what was wrong and why. He also helped me fix everything. He wasn't trying to upset anything either, which felt nice to know I wasn't being cheated. Seriously, one the the best costumer service experiences I've ever had. Oh and did I mention it was sprinkling/raining the entire hour+ I was there? Thanks for all the help! read more

It was nice to be greeted when I entered the Auto Zone store. Immediately a service tech named Christopher requested to assist me in my search for winter accessories for my Auto. Christopher was friendly, and attentive to my request. The store was clean, and well organized. Upon leaving the store the conversation did not end without Christopher inviting me back to the store. read more

This is the only place both my brother and I always took our car too. I figured it would be decent and I was going to be happy if they didnt take a female college student for a "ride" or rip me off or whatever. I still cannot find technicians as good as them in my hometown (where I have grown up all my life, and asked numerous people). The prices are the best around and they do a very solid job. I seriously can't speak highly enough about this place. Cheapest oil changes you'll find. read more

Super friendly and nice staff. Evelyn was great and knew exactly what to check on my car. She was helpful and eager to assist. They were very busy but took the time to come out to my car to check it out. Highly recommend over other similar places around for the fast and friendly service. read more

This place is awesome! I'm so used to having auto mechanics try to convince me to pay ridiculous prices for easy fixes because of my gender, but the guy I talked to here was great and talked to me like someone who was perfectly capable of fixing small problems on my own car. He checked the code on my check engine light (turns out it was just a loose gas cap), then told me the steps for resetting the light myself and testing for further problems. He also came out to the parking lot and showed me how to replace my burnt out brake light, and all I paid for was the cost of the bulbs! I really appreciated how friendly, helpful, and affordable this place is. I thought fixing this stuff would turn into an all-day ordeal, but I was in and out in 20 minutes! read more

This is a great place to shop for parts. They have good instocks, good prices, also you can rent with no charge tools to replace many parts and do repairs yourself, I bought serpentine belt tensioner there and replaced it right on their parking lot with provided tools! And by the way, if your Check Engine light is on - just take your car to Autozone, they will scan code for free and will print you a list of possible reasons! Saved me a lot of money then I saw on the list of possible reasons vacuum leakage and checked hoses - I spent just a few bucks on a piece of hose and I had no ideas what could be with my engine when light came on out of nothing. read more

The customer service I received was superb. I was struggling with my car battery and had no idea what to do. Jeremiah was extremely kind and helpful, even offering to make sure the problem was my battery by testing it in my car. He helped me like I was his own daughter and made the experience as enjoyable as possible. I would never go anywhere else and give my highest recommendation to this Autozone. read more

Awesome for parts and tools!! You guys really helped me get a hard job done after Pep Boys wasted two days of my time. Your the best!

I went to AutoZone because in the past they were happy to change a light, or install wiper blades. In fact, I beleive this service (of installing simple things) is part of their advertising. Whatever. Today, I went in and asked to purchase a light bulb for the one that went out over my liscense plate and asked if they would please install it for me. I was told this was a "courtesy' which is sometimes done. WTF? I stood there like I was sort of stupidly figuring out if this 'courtesy' was going to be offered to me, and finally the guy said he'd take a look at it, but when he could not do it he gave up. I thanked him for trying, but my wife pointed out as we were leaving that perhaps his reluctance to help me this time was because I was with my wife (we are an inter-racial couple). She's told me not to go to this place again and I won't. In all fairness, it might not be a racial thing, it might be just that they did not want to help me this time (though they were not crowded or busy). Too bad, because in the past I had really enjoyed going there. read more
