Well where to begin. Worried that i had been screwed over i took the car to auto zone and got a code read on it and it was the catalytic converter which the part alone would cost almost 900 dollars and the transmission started to act funny as well. Reached out to the online portal and was told to bring the car back and they would fix the issue and give me a loaner to drive while that was all being handled. They have been working on my car now fixing all of the issues involved with the vehicle turns out it was multiple things not just the CC. Eli and the crew have been generous enough to go through it and fix all the issues that it had when they didnt need to and i am thankful for that. We spent 1,200 on a new battery and the time it took a dealership to sync the battery to the car. Contacted the company and they had us bring the car in for them to do their diagnostic on it. They had the vehicle for almost 3 weeks and hardly any response from them when we tried to find out what was going on. We didn't have the car long enough to even license it. We finally just said we were coming to get the car. We took the car for trade-in and the dealership pulled up a car fax that showed this car was a lemon and worth only 2100.00 at auction. We were given 2,500.00 for a trade-in for a vehicle that cost us 11,000.00 and 1,200.00 for a new battery. Our loss was 9,700.00. Stay away from this company. They are crooks.

Then comes up with all these these things and finally say we need a skid steer to get it out, ummm ok. $1200, ouch but ok. Walk back up and then he comes back up says updated price $2029, at this point I say nope, bye. I called On My Way and this family owned family run business from the get go put me at ease. The mom said the Dad and son were coming back from rescues on the pass and would call me within the hour, 20 minutes later I get a call back and they were dropping off the car and will be right there. Seth was there within the hour and was one of the nicest guys I've ever met. We walked down and looked and I told him the same as I told the kid, which Seth looked to be close to the same age but anyway, told him my buddy and drove on the grad side and didn't break through and could get within 110 ft. He says no problem let's go. He drives down turns around pulls me out no problem and I'm out. We get up top and I say how much? $256 he say, huh? $2029-$256=$1,773.00. I gave him $300, probably should have gave him more thinking back but... I will never use any other towing company other than On My Way Towing and neither should you. When I brought it in for repair the technician said that it was indeed a chip, that at one point had already been filled, but he said he would clean it up for me free of charge, I had no idea and I don't think alot of girls would have known this. In this day and age it's been pretty hard, in my opinion to meet honest folks. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating and 10/10 recommend!
