They've also helped me put on windshield wipers and also helped me with my license plates when I couldn't get the bolts off because they were too rusted on. lol. Just helpful guys. They don't act like you are disturbing their time or anything, which I love because if they wanted to they could have been rude with me and not helped, but they went out of their way. Also! There is a really cool girl who works here! Her name is Brianna! Anyways I definitely recommend this little O'Reilly's right off of Seltice.

A Walmart employee pushing a stack of tire came by and said I needed to check in inside. I went inside and told the lady I didn't know they had changed their check in policy. She said they didn't change it, the employee had called off sick.??? How the hell was I supposed to know that. While waiting in line I noticed their sign saying they opened at 7:00 am and closed at 7:00 PM. so a week later I brought my pick-up for an oil change and came at exactly 7:00 AM. There was one car ahead of me. Ok! The attendant came up to my window and asked if I had an appointment ??? I said no I was a drive up. The sign said they opened at 7:00. He told me they don't accept drive ups until 9:00 am, I asked him how I was supposed to know that?? Their sign said they opened at 7:00am. I told him I had driven 20 minutes to there at 7:00, he refused me service. You need to divine their policy's from the "ethers". Their service is pathetic! Nothing but contempt and indifference to their customers! I wouldn't recommend and wish I could give zero stars!

These guys are extremely knowledgeable and do fantastic work. I took my Jeep in to get front and…read morerear trusses, regeared, new frame side LCA brackets, and aligned. When they pulled it apart they were quick to call with the extra stuff they found wrong. Best of all, they were completely honest in which of the stuff they found they thought should be fixed, and it wasn't all of it. The parts they needed didn't arrive until last in the week and I was on a hard deadline to pickup the Jeep. They put in a couple late nights and ensured the Jeep was ready to be picked up on time. My Jeep is wheeled pretty hard and a bit beat up, but they worked right around it all and did some minor fan work to get everything installed. After putting about 100 miles on it, the Jeep started pulling to the left. I'm 3.5 hours from their shop, but they worked with me to trouble shoot the possible issues. With a little tinkering the Jeep drives as straight has and arrow. It's hard to find a good shop you can trust with an offroad vehicle who also has incredible customer service. Cutting Edge Custom has earn my trust and future business!
