If you happen to need plastic fenderwell or trim retainers, you will find here a selection that is utterly disorganized. Each retainer part number has a stock tag to indicate location of each stock number. Each stock item has a six or seven digit number. The stock tags are located completely out of order in a random arrangement. Not Toyota with Toyota or GM with GM. Not in numerical order by stock number. Many boxes are placed in front of the wrong stock tag, sometimes hiding the correct stock for that tag. So if you need two boxes of the same clips or to put the wrong one back in place, you have to search. Twice I have asked counter staff to inform the manager. Twice I have been told that it is the customers fault. NO IT IS NOT! Arrange the stock tags in numerical order! Then correct location will be obvious! read more

Do people check Yelp for reviews of auto parts stores? I came here around 11 am on weekday after my car battery had to get recharged by roadside assistance. I couldn't tell which workers were working and which were available to help a customer with buying & installing a car battery, so I just waited in line and got Steve, Store Manager. He was great! He analyzed my battery, helped me buy the right kind of battery, told me which was the best value, and then installed it for me. For no further cost or tip. I only go to auto parts stores when I have to, not for fun, so this was great. Steve was helpful. Thanks! read more

I came in a few days ago to buy a new car battery. Matt W was at the register and helped me find the one I was looking for quickly. The whole buying process took less than five minutes. He also installed it for me which was also quick, even w a fair amount of corrosion on the hookups (def helps to have the right tools for the job). I was in and out within half an hour. This female manager ignored me standing here for over 3 minutes when an Asian customer came in she asked him if he needed help. I had to say I was here in line and still she didn't help me, another employee did. She walked by me 2 times while I stood there waiting for help. Racist actions, I guess I needed to be Asian or Hispanic for help, anything other than Black. I emailed the corporate office I'll see if they correct this UNACCEPTABLE behavior. read more

My dad bought a battery here and the car was already discharged front of the Autozone. Dad couldn't change the battery by himself because he was an disabled person. he asked the staff to replace the battery, but they ignored him. He waited in front of the store for more than one hour in the heat of over 90 degrees. Maybe my dad didn't understand what they were saying and just waited for their help. I did not understand about their attitude. Why? Is this because of he was an asian disabled person? When I heard the story, I felt so unfair and angry. If i could i want to give them a "No Star" Do not go there unless you have lots of time! I went to auto zone today to look for splash retainer clips and returned some other clips because I purchased the wrong clips. I was waiting in line until it was finally my turn, when this young Hispanic man with earbuds tangling from his shirt said to come. We talked to him, and we were asking questions and he answered back in an aggressive tone. When we asked if we returned the two clips, he responded with a very angry "what?!?!" and just walked away. Very rude and poor customer service and ruined my experience with autozone. read more

Just like the other reviewers I would rate this particular Autozone to have very poor customer service with associates that don't care. I didn't have to wait in line for 20 minutes but had to wait about 5 minutes until two associates finished up their conversation. I interrupted their conversation twice with a response of "give me one second." By the way their conversation was not work related. Luckily this is not the only auto parts store around. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! the sales people are extremely rude and ignore you! we waited on several different times 15-20 mins till we finally left while they were on the phone with the same person chit chatting or the tech behind the counter was talking and "helping" his buddies from school. His friends even asked him if he should help us since we were in line and he told him no that we could wait!!! I will never shop at that location again! Extremely rude. I have purchased tail lights for my Honda at the Auto Zone in Sugar Hill and they have always offered to replace them for me. This time I chose the location in Duluth due to proximity to work and the staff acted offended that I even asked. He gave the excuse that he would have to take something apart to replace the bulb. He didn't seem too bright, so maybe I'll stay with the Auto Zone in Sugar Hill. read more

The Short Version: Do not go here. It is awful. The Long Version: The customer service at this Autozone is miserable. I've been here quite a few times because Autozone is my Mechanic's favourite shop (he was a rewards card there). Each and every time I go there I am treated like an incompetent fool. They advertise free installation of wiper blades, then complain when you ask them to put them on. The associate actually MADE FUN OF my boyfriend because he didn't know how to do it. They advertise free battery installation... unless you have a car that's a littler harder to work on. Then they tell you that they can't because they'd "have to use tools" and that's "not allowed". The manager of the store is no better. She would not honor my warranty purchased at another Autozone and I had to return to the store I purchased it at in order to redeem it. The associates are rude, the management is rude. There are better places to go for your car parts. Advanced Auto Parts is less than a minute down the road.
