I entered through the street with the traffic light so I parked and entered along the side entrance. I was in and out in under several minutes because of how efficient the layout was. --Service/Staff-- Shoutout to the staff member for letting me use the restroom to wash my hands. Early Saturday morning it can sometimes be difficult to find a restroom and a business that would allow customers to use them. --Products/Service-- I grab the O'Reilly brand of oil. It was quick and easy. No issues with their products. --Capacity-- Big open, but not super sized, can holder 40-50 people. Stand auto parts size store. --Overall-- Recommended for your parts needs if you are in the area. Great inventory selection. I had my choices of different motor oil to choose from.

I was here to have all four rotors and brakes replaced on my company fleet vehicle. I arrived…read morearound 9:30 a.m. and decided to wait for the vehicle while the work was completed. The shop had to order parts, but unfortunately, the wrong parts arrived multiple times. I believe it took three separate orders before the correct front rotors and remaining brake parts finally arrived shortly after 4:00 p.m. Once the correct parts arrived, all of the remaining work was completed by one technician. After spending nearly the entire day waiting due to the repeated parts issues, I would have expected a greater sense of urgency in getting the vehicle finished once everything was finally on hand. I ultimately did not receive my vehicle until almost 6:00 p.m.--more than eight hours after I arrived. I understand that the errors resulting in the incorrect parts being delivered may not have been entirely Pep Boys' fault. However, the extended delays caused my company vehicle to be out of service for the entire workday. Because my coworkers also rely on these fleet vehicles to do their jobs, I feel obligated to recommend that they consider other shops before using Pep Boys for future fleet service.

I've always been against going to tire shops over the dealership because I've never had the best experiences, but this location 100% changed my mind! Everyone was incredibly kind, efficient, quick and the whole process was so smooth. I was going to have to pay for a tire repair at the dealership but they fixed mine up for free. Being a woman, sometimes it's hard to walk into a place like this when you don't know what you're talking about, but they helped me out so much, even when they were super busy themselves. Thank you all!

I wanted to take my car home and it had seemed clean enough when we test drove it an hour before but they insisted and gave me a loaner instead. When I came to pick up the car it smelled vaguely of gas but I didn't think too much of it. By that evening the gasoline smell was nauseating. They never admitted it but it seems they'd overfilled the gas tank. It took a week before the smell went away. On top of that, within about week or two one of the wipers was falling off and the battery for the one key fob they'd given me was in need of a change. Given all this I have no confidence in their mechanical team's attention to detail. Wish that were the end though. After a month and a half and several phone calls they still hadn't sent out my license plate and couldn't explain why not. Spoke with several finance people who promised to look into it and call back with an answer and they never did. Bottom line go elsewhere if you can. This place has serious problems at many levels. Even if they have a slightly better price you'll get a much better experience at other nearby dealerships.
