I love that I can trust to get the same quality from a company that supplied me tires as well as attend to the upkeep. Was pleasantly surprised by the attention and quality provided by the staff. The young lady who serviced my vehicle from start to finish was knowledgeable, attentive to all of my concerns, and seemed genuinely concerned about my personal and vehicle safety, and I didn't feel like I was being up sold something that I did not need. Got a nail in my tire and came in for a patch-huge thanks to Alex and the techs for fitting me in on a busy day. Alex listened to all my concerns and made sure my forged wheels were handled with care. They dismounted, patched, and remounted the tire without a single scratch. I checked torque specs at home-spot on. Tire pressure was set to factory, and the wheel was rebalanced perfectly. Big props to the technician that handled my car. I'll definitely be coming back here for a full set of tires. Offering a free patch service and executing it with this level of diligence shows they care about long-term customer relationships. Other nearby shops should take note-charging $15-65 for a patch and risking a $1500 tire sale just doesn't make sense. Big props to Discount Tire for making this a corporate-wide policy. Went by yesterday to simply get air in my tires that were purchased at Discount tire. Pulled up to the front. 3 employees (young young kids) were trying not to make eye contact with me. So stupid. After a said excuse me 3x. 1 guy looked up and told me to come around to the side of the building and he would meet me to put air in the tires. Great! Waited 10 min, couple other cars pulled up behind me, I had to leave to get my child. I mean why make something so simple so painful? Seriously will just go back to buying my tires from Costco and Sam's. Please avoid this place and spend your money where it counts read more

We used to go to the old Discount tire near Ocee elementary but appreciate this new location-- it is near a large shopping center (Publix, hobby lobby -- across from target, Home Depot, Starbucks, etc). The service here is outstanding-- they are informative, not sketchy, honest. They always play wholesome music inside the stores. I booked an appointment through their website to get my tires changed. The process was easy and simple. Once the parts arrived, they called me to let me know and to see if I would like to come by earlier than the appointment date which I appreciated. I was helped as soon as I entered the store. Everyone was very professional and helpful and friendly. Cole helped me check in and get the initial documents done and went as far as to recommend different set of bolts for the wheels I've gotten. The process took less than 30 minutes for me while the estimated time was 45 mins to an hour. The inside was clean and well maintenanced. Pricing was very reasonable. When I got there, tried to sell me all four tires, which honestly doesn't bother me, but it's the fact that after they tried to sell me tires AND THEN told me that they didn't have any power or could even service me today. Dropped my car off for a minor repair. Upon picking up my car I noticed the contents in the trunk have been in major disarray. It appears the mechanic (s) may have taken my car out for a spin. I have no way to prove this claim because they likely unplug my dash cam when they took it for a ride. The only proof I need was that I keep my trunk utterly clean and organized with an instacrate. . My instacrate was thrown to a different part of the trunk and my belongings were thrown out of their usual places. read more

Within past4 years been there 3 or 4 times each time they did something that wowwed me! 1) worked out a way to make sure I walked out with 4 safe, much need tires, fixed flat complimentary ( more than once). Just being waiting on in the proper order was the problem. Guy behind the counter was clueless, problem being, I was the only one in the building, after he finished with customer outside, he came back in, knowing I was the only one in there when he left, then guy walks in talking about a nail in his tire, Dude, proper protocol, " just say, " sir this gentleman was here before you, give us a MINUTE!!!! Will be going back to discount tires in Chamblee. One of the Tire sensor lights came on, so I took the car in 5 minutes before they close and the technician checked the tire pressure and noticed one tire's PSI was at 17 compared to the other ones at 31. They suspected a leak on the tire and took the car in for inspection and found a nail and repaired it for free. It is the services like this for me to always coming to them for my tire replacements and repairs. read more

We have had a lot of houses in our neighborhood getting new roofs, so it wasn't surprising when my daughter and I noticed tire leaks in both of our cars. Discount Tire was able to patch my daughter's tire, but mine could not be patched since it was on the side wall. This store recently opened close to the corner of State Bridge Rd and Medlock Bridge Rd in Duluth. I enjoyed the newness. It was very open with window walls and outlets everywhere for electronics charging. They have bar-like tables and stools for those who need to do some work while they have their cars worked on. I liked the atmosphere very much. Every employee that I encountered was very nice, helpful, and professional. Greetings were called out and doors were held. A nice touch. I made an appointment online, which was easy and seamless. I was in and out of there for my two new tires in about 35 minutes. Now you have to admit: that was impressive. The only ding I have to give is that I was charged $13 for each new tire to have a certificate for refund or replacement (a form of insurance). This was not explained to me at the time of purchase and I didn't like having it added on without my knowledge. I was good with the warranty that comes with the tires. Once I called them, however, they quickly apologized and told me to come back by to have a refund issued. I didn't want to have to go back by, but I had to go back by. Also, I didn't want the man whom I spoke to when I called to tell me that it's added on automatically (meaning the employee didn't add it on). Sounds a bit suspectish to me. Bygones. Overall, my experience here was a good one. I will return for my tire needs. read more

I needed tires a few weeks ago and decided to try discount tires in States Bridge because of the pricing. They did a great job. I guess it really does depend on the location. read more

We've used Discount Tire for all our cars for MANY years. This particular shop is brand new and closest to us. Just had a tire sensor pressure issue so made appointment. Got tires rotated and checked, and asked them to check sensor. They pulled my car right in and and was able to take DH car as well for rotation. He had come to drive me home. But they were able to get both cars done in less than an hour. Sensor all fixed. Great customer service, did the work timely and sensor repair was very reasonable. read more

I ordered some tires online and then went into early in the morning to get them put on. The website said they didn't have any appointments, so I went in early hoping to get squeezed in. When I got there they said they had plenty of openings to get my car done. They were quick, efficient, and super friendly! When I came back to pick it up, I found out I ordered the wrong size tire. The man I talked to, I think his name was George, didn't charge me the difference for the bigger tires. Definitely recommend! read more
