I had an appointment that I made online for 9:00. Got there 20 minutes early to sign in. By nine i was told it would be 2.5 hours wait time for a conventional oil change (did I say I had an appointment). Shocked, I decided to take a 2.5 hour walk in Buckhead (tires plus on Piedmont Rd). Once I returned, my car had not been moved. I was told it would be another hour. At this point, I had already lost so much time I decided to wait the additional hour. While waiting the additional hour, I noticed the same clients that where there at 9:00 were still there. They checked if it could be patched first, but I ended up needing to replace it, which I sort of expected. They lied to me about the wait time when I dropped it off at 11:30. Had they told me it would take almost 5 hours to change the oil I would have just not left them car. Called at 2:30 to check, they said give them 30 more min. Arrived at location at 3:45. Lady at front said it would be 20-30 more min. At 4:30 the car still isn't out of the garage. Gave me a 20 credit for the inconvenience. Can't take a car to a place to lies about how behind they are. If your honest I will be loyal customer. If you lie, you don't get my business. read more

We are in town for a baseball tournament. I just bought new tires in Indiana and we had a flat. My first thought was "Great, I have to buy another new tire". Quick Google search found this location. With the tire replacement guarantee, I got full credit for the damaged tire. These guys were absolutely awesome. They located a tire locally, had it couriered to this location in 2 hours. When I arrived, these guys were absolutely awesome. Friendly, sympathetic and most of all, FAST! I was in and out in 20 minutes. While not NASCAR pit crew fast, considering everything, I was amazed. Do not go here !!! I walked away from this place several years ago but tried them again. Now I remember why I walked away. They damaged my driver side door that now won't close correctly and rubber sealing torn. Manager was rude and unprofessional. He should not have a position that deals with the public or a position at all. They would not own up to the damage and the manager went so far as to accuse me of knowing the damage was already there and trying to pin it on them. The first time I came here was two years ago. I had an appointment at 8 AM to get four tires put on. It took seven hours to get my car back. Here it is two years later I need two tires. They called me when the tires were in stock. I came to get the tires installed. 4 1/2 hours later this place is not even busy and I still don't have my car. Are used to work in a auto mechanic shop that did tires in a lot of other maintenance on vehicles and there's no way you should take this long. read more

This Tires Plus is my go to. Not only is it the closest one to me, but it's ran like a car repair place should be ran. Jamie has been the manager since I've been coming there for many years now. He is honest, and has hired great people around him. There have been times were it has taking longer than usual, but Jamie always let me know what going on, and apologizes for the wait. Today was two tires replaced, and an alignment which took under a hour. I bought an Interstate battery from NTB 1 year ago. It died on me well within warranty. NTB told me they do not sell Interstate any more, I had to go to an Interstate dealer. Would not exchange the battery to what they sell now. I took my dead battery to Tires Plus on Old Milton Pkwy. Braxton worked in their system to exchange the battery for new. I first came here several years ago because I needed an alignment. Service was normal (typical recommended services, tires, etc which I didn't want or truly need) but had a warranty for the alignment so I decided to stick with it over the years (would go at least one a year). Service was never bad but also never great. As of recent I have been back and the service and attentiveness has been awesome. I don't know what changed but I'm relating it to Preston who I hadn't see before and has been just great. I really appreciate their efforts here. 5 stars easy. read more

But have had poor experiences with these guys over the last few years I have been coming to this location. Never anything overly upsetting but there's always something. Jamie was my point of contact. He was very professional and attentive. He pointed out tire wear on a tire that I hadn't come in to have changed, and recommended that I have it changed soon, but did not pressure me to buy a tire on the spot. Instead he said that he could have the tire ordered in within a couple of hours if I would like. I decided to buy the other tire as the wear was fairly substancial and had gone unnoticed by me, but I appreciated that there was no hard sell, merely professionalism in bringing attention to an issue with my car. I started going to this Tires Plus because we recently moved into the area and my regular mechanic was too far. Jamie and Eric have been spot on in diagnosing issues with our 5 cars. We have a Lincoln truck, a Nissan Murano a 4Runner a Chevrolet work vehicle and an Audi and they have done a fantastic job servicing them all. The take time to explain what the issue is and the prices they quote are very fair for the quality of work they deliver. I can't say enough about these guys. We will be using them for years to come. I'm sitting here now. Bought 2 tires from here almost a year ago and got road hazard protection. (Btw they drove me to work and picked me up) Have a huge nail in the wall of my tire. They are replacing it now. All I pay for is the balancing etc. Total $30. Asked how my other tires were and was told they are fine. I was trying to spend money and they recommended I wait. This place is local to my work so I dropped by to get a slow leak in a tire fixed. It was about 8 when i arrived. I was told 30-45 minutes to fix the tire, which is about what I thought they would say. Well, they kept true to their word...right at about 45 minutes. Pretty clean for a tire store and they have free coffee. Typical waiting room with car magazines and a small TV to keep you occupied. Staff was nice and did not try to up-sale me on crap or maintenance plans. Little on the high side for what I wanted to pay to fix the leak but all is well with the tire. read more

I use to enjoy coming here but now their service just isn't what it use to be. I got an oil change before my oil change light came on. About a week later my oil light came on. I checked to make sure I had oil and there was no leak. They forgot to reset the oil light. This has happened the last 3 times I've been there. Also they DO NOT top fluids off like they claim to do. The don't even check your fluids. To let you know you're missing anything. I drove around for almost a month with no coolant. Not saying that it's their fault?, but had they let me know at the time of my oil change I'm sure I would have put some in. I won't be coming here again. We called earlier this morning upon discovering a nail in our tire, and the employee on the phone assured us we could come in for a repair. When I arrived, the manager refused to perform the repair citing a "company policy" not to repair, and my only option was to replace the full set of tires. My tpms icon started flashing about 3 minutes before I saw this location so I pulled in and was greeted before I even walked in. The guys checked out my car really quickly and noticed my sensor in the spare had gone bad. I had a sleeping baby in the car and didn't want to poke that bear since I knew we would be safe but I'm definitely coming back to get my new tires and fix the sensor just because of the customer service I received here. The best experience I've had in purchasing tires, period! I had purchased tires 2 years ago from this store. They were rated at 70k but wore out in 40k. Chris took the bull by the horns and pro-rated the difference and put me in a Bridgestone Turanza Quiettrack. Wow these tires have a formidable shape(much bigger than the average bear tire)good looking and Chris explained how they are the newest state-of-the-art tires. He couldn't get me the Serenity so he upgraded the tire to the Quiettrack and discounted the difference!! My bill came to $382.92 which I thought was a FANTASTIC value for the tire. My family frequents the location in Roswell off Holcomb Bridge Road, and this was within walking distance of my office, so I figured I'd give them a shot when it was time for an oil change. Lo and behold, that time had finally come this afternoon. They were able to squeeze me in without an appointment, shared customer information across locations (which made the paperwork a snap), and quoted me a 40 minute wait time. I went back to the office to kill time in the meanwhile. They finished on schedule and called my cell phone back for me to come pick my car back up. Coming back, I noticed they had applied some discounts I had qualified for without me even asking, which probably made this the cheapest oil change I've ever paid for. Never did I feel they directly attempt to up-sell or otherwise pressure me into additional charges. My only real complaint was that the oil change reminder sticker they issued recommended another oil change in 3000 miles, even though the website both provides the manufacturer-recommended milestones (5000 miles, in my case) and encourages users to stick to them. Granted, this is a wide-spread industry practice, so I can't quite hold it too much against them. That said, I am pleased to see my overall experiences with their Holcomb Bridge location carries over to here as well. Given the close proximity to where I work, they have won my business for the foreseeable future. read more

Stressful and late, but they honored the price that I was told not the price they attempted to charge and were polite about the situation. Wish I could give a 2.5 Had a slow leak due to a bent rim. Extra beading wasn't working anymore. Came in on Saturday was told they could send it out on Monday and have it back Tuesday afternoon. And I repeated EVERYTHING back at the time of the quote to the Rep to make sure I understand. Popped in Tuesday and no tire, yet. Wanted to double check if the total I was told included tax or not because I'd send my son to swap out the tire. Rep came back with double! Double! What I was told. I was ready to blow a gasket because upon my initial visit I overheard a very upset customer about a price quote and what was actually done. Different problems, but boils down to the same weak communication issue between clients and Reps. In the end, they said they would honor the price I heard without to much have a conversation, which I did appreciate...but double???Not cool. I Was told someone would call and that never happened. I would suggest using them with very clear communication, writing things down and repeating back to avoid communication problems.
