I took my car here to have the brake pads and rotors replaced. I found a coupon online for $50 off per axle, so it meant $100 off the total order, which came to about $750. Let me just say that I love my car and take very good care of it. I make sure it is running very well and that it receives a lot of TLC. When I heard the brakes starting to squeal, I took it right in to get replacement pads and rotors. Unfortunately, after taking my car to TP, I immediately began to notice that something was not right. The steering wheel would wobble and shake violently as soon as I would get up to speeds of 50 mph, and then do the same upon braking. I took it back to TP and the staff was very nice and once they heard about my issues, they were very apologetic, saying that they must have accidentally placed "warped rotors' on my car. They took the car back into the garage and re-surfaced the rotors so they would be more flat and true. I got the car back, and it is somewhat better, but still not driving like it used to, which was smooth and without any vibrations upon braking. I feel like I just paid $650 to have my car perform worse than before I brought it into Tires Plus. I intend to take it to the dealership soon so they can tell me what's wrong and how to fix it. Frankly, I wish I had just started there in the first place, coupon or not. read more

Wish I could give them 0 as I didn't even get anything done. I came in on a whim. All I needed was to get a spare tire put up underneath my car. Two guys upfront refused to help by stating I needed a "special part" that should have came with my car in order to put it up. Did I mention they didn't even look at my car ? I have a basic jeep 05 that I'm sure didn't need any crazy special part. Just drove down the street to discount tire. They were more than happy to help and said they had all the tools in house in order to store my spare. No trip to the dealership needed as requested by the guys from tires plus. read more

This past Saturday evening around 5:00 a friend had a blowout on 285 in Atlanta, No tire stores are opened this late on a Saturday but I called Tires Plus in hopes that someone would answer the phone and they did. This store closed at 5 but the guy agreed to stay and wait for my friend to change his tire and get the car to his store. My friend arrived around 6:30 and his car was serviced and ready by 7:30, 2.5 hours past their closing time. Kudos to this store for going far and beyond their call of duty. I will do business again with this store, for sure. read more

Stay away!!!! Had work done to my truck that failed 1 month later. Truck taken to dealership due to how poor it was running. Dealership diagnosed failure to be part that Tire Plus had just installed. When I went back to Tires Plus to get refund they only refunded part cost and not labor. Manager told me he would check with District Manager because $100 labor charge was above his authority level so he assured me he would get back to me within week. Never heard back from anyone. I wouldn't let this manager run a lemonade stand let alone a car repair center. read more

I came in with a flat tire. After 30 min was told it was not reparable and that I need a new tire. I took it and drove to Kauffman tires about a mile away, who fixed it at no time and no cost (Tires Plus would have charged $20 if it was reparable). Never going back there again! read more

I used to come here all the time, generally pretty good service all around. Today I had an appointment at 7 and while the workers were there no one with a key had shown up to unlock the doors. After 45 minutes of waiting...still no key. Very disappointed as I really needed my car worked on before a long drive. Will be moving my business elsewhere. read more

It's about a 15min ride from my house and I pass many other tire places to get here but its worth the drive.  My experience here was great after leaving another tire place that told me things were wrong with my car that wasn't true.. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I dropped my vehicle off around 11:00 am on Sunday 5/22/16 and received a voicemail later in the day saying the relplacement part had to be ordered on Monday. I called the store on Monday around 7:15 am and was told the same thing. I did not get a follow up phone call and I called back to the store around 10:30 am and he was able to give a price. My vehicle was not ready till around 7:15 pm - 7:30 pm on Monday 5/23. However when I got my vehicle back the console was loose and all my stuff, change etc was thrown around the inside of the vehicle. I had to drive back on Tuesday morning 5/25 at 7:00 am to get my console fixed. No discount or anything. I've been going to this store for approximately 5 years and I have referred numerous people that I work with in the area. The store has been declining the past 6 months. They are doing a shitty job, taking on too much work, they are under staffed and they do not provide timely updates. I will not go back read more

I left my car here for a four hour job that has now turned into a four day job. They do not make sure the part is in their actual hand before trying to take your money. They take advantage of people situations. They tried to rectify the problem by renting me a car after not having my car for 24 hours because the part still is not there. When I return the car back to Enterprise, my car may not be ready. They do not take in consideration of the fact that you work and you are normally doing business here because it is near your job. They are not thinking about you are taking time off and it can cause issues with your job. They are not considerate about the fact that some people need rides to and from work and home. It is not easy leaving your car for more than a few hours. I have been dealing with Tiresplus and Firestone for almost 16 years. I dropped my car off on 4/21 at 11:30am and it is 4/23 at 9:09pm. I still do not have my car. This is not a small town where you can just easily hop on bus or catch a cab for a low cost. Single women do not go here. Please do not go here. Pay more and go to the dealership. Matter of fact, the dealership may even charge the same amount that they do here. read more

One of the Best Management responses I have ever had!! I have used Tires Plus for the last 8 years on Old Milton Parkway in Alpharetta. Very helpful and professional crews have always been there. Two months ago I took my daughters car in after she hit a curb and popped two tires. Turns out they missed seeing the lower control arm was bent, which caused tires to rapidly wear. In the midst of working on this they made a couple of mistakes. This was very unusual to the work they have always done. When I spoke to their Management about it, not only did they take full responsibility, but took it to their Corporate office and together made decisions that fairly dealt with the situation from a customer stand point renewing my trust and confidence in Tires Plus. I was impressed with how honestly and pro-actively they dealt with the situation not only with me the customer, but with their employees. Highly recommend Tires Plus!! read more

The day Hurricane Irma rolled into town, I woke up that Monday morning to find my tire pressure light on. I went to work and braved out an entire work day thinking I could swing by a tire shop on my way home and get the tires looked at or filled up. My coworker told me they simply looked low so that eased my worry a bit. As I was driving home, I noticed a lot of places had shut down early. I happened to see a guy standing in the shop at Tires Plus, so I took a chance and pulled in. It was two minutes until five and Jamie came to the door and said they were closing early due to the hurricane. I explained to him my situation. I wouldn't have blamed him if he had turned me away given the weather conditions, but instead he told me to pull around and he came out in the wind and the rain to fill my tires up with air himself. I just wanted everyone to know about his kindness and praise him for doing something for a stranger that had no benefit to him whatsoever. That says a lot about his character as a person and integrity as an employee. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves and the entire company knows what a great asset he is. read more
