Went here to get a new bulb for my car, and the older lady who works here was a prick from start to finish. After looking up the part, we walked to the aisle and she told me it's cheaper to buy a two pack. Josh: "I see, so it's $28.99 for a sin--" Lady: "Um, that's the price for a single." Josh: "K..." Lady: "And see if you do the math, you'll see it's around $58 for two if you buy them individually, which is more than $50 for the two pack." Dumb, but anyways that's not that bad. Then at the counter, she gave a disgustingly condescending "You'll come back to see me when the other one burns out." My f'ing goodness. Why not give a kind "I recommend you buy two because chances are the other may burn out soon also"? Ok, I rarely come in here because I have no clue what any of this stuff is. My Suburban or my automotive friend is not feeling well and needed to be diagnosed. Luckily, I have lots of friends that seem to have all these hidden talents and are willing to help at the drop of a dime. I pay pretty well with food and drinks so that helps. Anyhoo, my friend came over to take a look and he sent me to pick up a couple of things. So, the guys at the store were very helpful and it was nice that I had a parts list. Even though I'm sure I looked like a fish out of water when I walked in, they didn't seem to mind that. While I checked out they offered some advice as to other things we could check to help figure out why it won't start. It's rather clean and tidy. I guess i thought it would resemble some yucky garage, but it didn't. Friendly and knowledgeable staff made the experience pleasant. read more

Went in to have my battery tested and sure enough, it needed to be replaced. The corrosion on my battery was so bad that we couldn't even get it out of the car without breaking apart the connections. Ron, the store associate that helped me, went way above and beyond selling and installing a battery. He got the old one out and figured out a temporary fix to get me on my way while the new part came in. The part I needed was at the store by 7:30am the next morning. Ron was right there to install it for me. By the time it was all said and done, he had invested well over an hour of his time to work with me. Is it possible that I could find have found the battery a little cheaper somewhere else? Maybe -- don't know. But I also would have had a dead car sitting somewhere with broken parts and in need of an auto shop to fix it. Well worth every penny I paid, and I am sure Ron saved me a ton of money in labor. First to review, woo-hoo! So glad this place just opened and they are much closer than our usual AA. We have older cars because they are super cool, but they do require a little work from time to time, so we are happy to have an AA right around the corner. They haven't been open long at all but we've already been in 3 or 4 times and service is great. Helpful guys that know their stuff. When he opened the hood he advIsed me to keep the leaves out of the vent where the air filter vents are. Calvin was a literal LIFE SAVER! I can't say enough good things. I went in last night with an emergency battery situation and was only able to pay with a card over the phone, unfortunately due to policy that could not be done. So Calvin gave me a great refurbished platinum battery (better than the one I had in there FOR SURE) and told me to bring him the money in the morning since I worked close by but lived a lot farther away. We put that in and the car started right up and we brought him the money today...also he gave us a GREAT DEAL on the battery. I will be stopping in this weekend to bring him a token of our appreciation, it is so wonderful to see that there are still great humans in the world that are willing to help out someone in their community and be understanding. Very disappointed ... bought a car battery a month ago ... installed it myself ... a few weeks later my car became disabled once again.. had it towed to my mechanic. He deemed the battery to be non-functional (checked the alternator & starter as well)... Replaced it and the cars been fine since. Brought he battery back to this store, the rep plugged it up to some gismo and said it was fine and said there was nothing he could do. Offered me no recourse. just a blank look that meant I was "SOL" and $175 in the hole. very poor customer service experience. Will never be back. read more

Very unfriendly. I walked into this store needing a headlight for my car. There were two associates up front. One was helping someone. He quickly glanced at me and looked down. No acknowledgment of any kind. The other one didn't acknowledge me either. Anyone who works in customer service should know that, if you're busy, AT LEAST greet customers as they walk in the door and say something like, "I'll be with you in a minute." Nope. Even after the associate was done with the only other customer in there, he grabbed his cell phone, and walked to the back. I will never patronize this store. EVER! read more
