I called these people at 8pm asking for a certain part which they said they had. They put it to the side and gave me a part number. I drove over there and when I got there it was 8:44 as you can see from the picture when I called them. Tell me why the door was already closed and gated??? It closes at 9pm but they already closed 15 min before. I'm contacting corporate about this because this is unacceptable. Luckily OREILYS down the street had the part I needed. I am giving this store one start based on the experience I had earlier today. I needed to replace a battery that was under warranty and the guys at the counter refused to do it because, according to them, it was too difficult. I have had my battery replaced in this same location at least 3 times. I feel the guys were just too lazy and came up with that excuse. This is my nearest store and when people are having car problems, we just need a reliable service. I wish autozone could refine their customer service and show some consistency. read more

The staff here does best with what they are able to do. With Covid they make sure to stand away from customers for their safety and the customers. Not going in your vehicle is great because they don't spread germs. Im not being sarcastic. I have close family with health problems. So everything helps. I guess I would be the first to give this place a higher rating. Brought the boyfriend to get a new battery for his car. They had several to choose from so we decided to get a little help, that's when Liz came to the rescue. She was kind enough to check out the old battery to make sure we actually needed a new battery (so we wouldn't have to spend the extra money) unfortunately, we did need a new battery so the process itself wasn't long. I now understand why they have been graded low on yelp. I previously purchased a battery from autozone (different location) and had warranty on my battery. My mom went to go get my battery changed not knowing this but gave my phone number (for the reward points). the girl working there had told her the battery was not from autozone and that the battery was five to ten years old. I purchased my battery 2 years ago and my car 4 years ago so that is not possible.also, anything on warranty should be kept on the computer system yet, the girl working there did not look.My mom ended up purchasing a brand new battery.i had warranty on my battery and it should have been replaced. I dislike when people take advantage of you as a customer when you're uninformed, they are supposed to help. So I call them back to try and look my information up on the system with a part number/phone number for my account. The guy who answered wasn't even aware of how to do that without me physically being at the location! I explained that he could bring up my information with my number/ part number and that I have done it before only to get attitude back from him with not even a goodbye.wow! I'd give them zero stars if I could. The worst customer service location I've been to and the least knowledgable staff. A customer asked for a hotter plug for his 71 F150 and the parts guy tried to sell him the most expensive spark plug they had. That's not what the guy was asking for. He needed a hotter burning plug, not a more expensive one. This was the second time I brought my battery here to be charged. The manager said it would only take an hour, that was at 9am. I came back at 1:30pm and the parts manager said it needed 30 minutes more. When I told him that this happened to me the last time I was here, they did the same thing to me. Then he went on to say that the battery I brought in takes longer to charge, 2 hours instead of 1. Does he also not know how to tell time? That's 4 1/2 hours by my count. I have better things to do with my time. NAPA and CarQuest is the only place I'll be shopping from now on. read more

I did not want to come here to this one in the first place because of the bad service I've received in the past but thought I'd give them another chance to redeem themselves. After waiting 20min in for them to help two customers I was told they don't have the part and rep was not knowledgeable on how to see if another store might have it.
