Esmeralda was upset during the whole transaction when helping us and was very rude she didn't acknowledge that we were next in line and helped out another customer first. I understand that it is not the workers fault for under staffing this autozone but for gods sake why have a 30 minute personal conversation when other people are in line waiting, me included. I don't recommend this autozone if you see more than 3 people in line because of the understaffing that is going on here and the long conversations between customer and worker. When I was returning battery under warranty for a charge, one of the managers tried to get me to pay for a new one because it "wouldn't hold a charge" I took it home and jumped it - it worked good as new. Don't go here, they will just try to trick you into a unnecessary purchase. read more

If I could give the customer service in this establishment zero stars, I would. Chris P (manager) is very disrespectful and has poor customer service skills. Wendy (sales associate) also needs retraining on the protocol of receiving a parts request from another store. I went to this store from the Autozone near my home due to that store not having my part in stock. A representative from that store called Wendy for a stock check, she confirmed the part was available. When I arrived at the store I handed Darrell W. My receipt I received from the other store with the part number printed to make it easier on this Autozone. As Darrell searched for the part with no luck he called out to Wendy for assistance. She laughed and said to him "it's there". Darrell searched through every slot there was available to hold the serpentine belt I asked for again without finding it. I then asked for a manager. Chris was at the register helping a customer so I patiently waited until he was free and made his way back towards the parts counter. I said "excuse me Chris" he looked at me then Proceeded to answer the phone but not before he yelled at Darrell to come assist me. Darrell, with help from Wendy, found the belt and completed my exchange successfully. I waited around to speak to Chris as he answered two more phone calls avoiding eye contact with me. I then let him know that I was his customer first and answering the phone while I was addressing him was rude and distasteful. He didn't seem to care because after all my part mysteriously showed up after Wendy grabbed it from the incorrect area she placed it in after she did the initial stock check. So thank you to Darrell for continuing to look for my part as the other associates ignored me. You are awesome. I hope corporate sees this review and rewards this young man and retrains their other staff. read more

I got to say that the only dude Andres has some kind of common sense and urgency in helping out customers; all these other employees and so called managers are useless and need to be replaced, also if you have female employees that work the automotive industry at least hire some with knowledge and experience, invest with your profit obviously that's a reflection of bad management, PERIOD!!! read more
