The installment lasted about 30 minutes and I was out like that, on New Year's Eve on a rainy day. He even told me to test it out from the drivers side door and the back door to make sure it worked. Other shops will let you figure it out on your own , they only care about their money. This shop cares about their job and customer satisfaction! Definitely recommend this place!

Insurance covered the full repair of my vehicle and I decided to let them repair previous damage to front light on my passenger side. They smiled in my face and told me they would cover it. 5 months later, they are saying they are done with repairs and that to get my vehicle it will be $8,000 which is way above what was originally discussed. Do not go to them they will scam you. Now they are saying they no longer want to speak with me and have started a repossession with my lienholder. I have never seen something like this and really believe that they had no intent of returning the car to me at all. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

When I followed up after that time, they said the converter was on back order and that it would take another 2 weeks. I accepted this and waited, but after another 2 weeks, I called again. They still had no converter. By this time, I had been paying for a rental car for over a month and told them I needed my car back because I could no longer afford the rental fees. They returned my car but assured me they'd reach out once the converter was available. A month later, I received a call from them telling me it would still be another month or two before they could get the part. At this point, I was frustrated and no longer had the time or resources to continue waiting. I took my car to a different mechanic, who was able to replace the catalytic converter without any delay. No back order, no waiting--just a fast and efficient repair. When I contacted my insurance company, Geico informed me that AAWC had already cashed the check for the converter, despite never providing me with the part. When I requested a refund, they insisted the money was for "storage fees." This whole experience with AAWC Collision was frustrating and unprofessional. They consistently misled me, failed to follow through, and took my money without completing the repair. Geico has confirmed that AAWC is no longer a preferred vendor and has been blacklisted. I would strongly recommend finding a more reliable and honest shop for any repairs. Save yourself the stress and inconvenience.

He bought a radio for his 60s Chevy truck. he mentioned what the vehicle was and brought in the face plate to verify the fit. When he got home, he discovered the radio did not work. He took the radio back. Upon return, he was told that they would fix the radio. A week later, he returned to pick up the radio. He was told it had been repaired. At home he found out that the "repaired" radio not only didn't work but it was a different radio all together. He took it back and left it at the business.
