Unacceptable customer service and severe fulfillment errors. I placed an order for 4 wheel spacers on July 18th. It took nearly three weeks (August 8th) to receive the wrong parts. Following customer service instructions, I immediately shipped the incorrect items back so they could send the right ones.The replacement order arrived on August 14th, but it was short-shipped with only 3 spacers. After calling twice, I was assured the 4th spacer would arrive on August 18th. It did not arrive. My follow-up call resulted in a empty promise of a callback once a manager finished their break. One month later, my order is still incomplete. I highly recommend finding another vendor for your automotive needs. read more

I purchased an adapter and lug nuts I did not realize I inadvertently ordered the wrong pattern for my jeep. I called and explained my situation, the girl told me not to worry and was very accommodating, she gave a couple of options that were very reasonable, when I drove down there everyone was extremely helpful and informative and even included my 11yr old daughter into the conversation. I later ordered some lug nuts and once again Valerie went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I wanted, even texting me options and stayed on the phone with me to make sure all my questions were answered. Not sure if it's just because I live in California but the delivery time was extremely quick (2 days). Quick summary. I ordered some rear wheel spacers for my dually. I drove 2 hours to pick them up on a Friday after I had called twice to make sure they were ready ... I show up and they accidentally shipped them to themselves (they said since I chose pick up at store) so fedex picked them up and wouldn't deliver them til the following Monday how does that even happen I have no clue. So I drove back home cause they couldn't help me with that. They couldn't make me another set. The next week I go down to pick them up on a Tuesday. I drive all the way back home and take them to get installed with a new set of tires that won't work without that spacer... what happens? they DONT fit. I call them and they tell me to hammer them on, they still wouldn't go on I asked if they would like to attempt at installing them and they tell me absolutely not. If I wanted all they could do is give me my money back. They left me stuck having to source some spacers on the fly since I had already installed the tires. Luckily the tire shop owner was able to make some calls and have some made for me that same day. They stayed late and had them made to get me out of a bind something that Venum wouldn't do the Friday when they made me go home empty handed. Any way, I shipped the spacers back and requested the refund which I don't even know if it's been processed since I have not had and sort of contact from them. I sent them the shipping confirmation to their consumer service number and I haven't heard anything back in about a week and a couldn't. I wouldn't be complaining but I literally drove a total of 400 miles (8hrs) back and forth plus the fuel to go get this product that was definitely not cheap. So of course I'm bitter over this experience. I'll never buy anything from here ever again. They sent me an email to write a review for them so here it is. read more

What is even more disappointing is that the owner of this company touts this as a hard-working American-made company when he is blatantly using the Chinese business tactics of ripping off successful designs of real hard-working American companies. Lesson: Should have read the Google Reviews First. Wish I could do negative stars as 1 is too much. I went with Venum because they quoted me 7-10 days for wheel adapters needed for a project deadline. 35 days later, several inaccurate statements, always changing excuses/reasons for delays; still no adapters, no idea of when they will complete, ship, or if anything they tell me at this point is credible. Customer service (Valery) was friendly and seemed willing to try and help, but was hamstrung by inaccurate information from the "shop". Three different occasions, she stated that she would call/email back by the end of the day with a status and that never happened. Slight customer service deficiency with reliability of follow through, and thus creating a dynamic of mistrust and need to actively prompt for an update. Summary: 15 AUG: Ordered 4x wheel adapters, after calling to confirm 7-10 days to ship. I was originally told 10% for a Military Discount and then it turned out to be 5% with the checkout code. 23 AUG: Received an email stating it should ship 28-29 AUG 25 AUG: Received an email stating it's delayed due to Machining 29 AUG: After asking for an ETA, received an email stating it should ship next week. Valery stated she would get an ETA and call/email back. She never followed through. 30 AUG: Ironically I received an auto email "We fulfilled your order from our Venum Wheel Accessories 14 days ago and would love to get your feedback." You're joking? 6 SEP: After calling for an ETA, Valery stated she should have an update on Fri 8 SEP and would call/email back then. She never followed through. 15 SEP: After calling for an ETA, Valery stated they were waiting on a model to machine the and they will work on it this weekend and should ship Mon 18 SEP. She stated she would send me a free tshirt/decals for my inconvenience. 18 SEP:  After calling for an ETA, Valery stated she's getting false information from the "shop" as they did not work on my part nor does she have a current status and is getting the run around. She stated she will get an ETA and call/email back. She never followed through. I received the free tshirt/decals that day. 19 SEP: After calling for an ETA, Valery now stated that it's been delayed this whole time due to not having the material, no one has info on material ETA, or when my order will complete. I asked to speak to a manager/owner and she stated he'd be in later that morning. After thinking it over, weighing the pros/cons, cost/benefit analysis; my timeline was already a ridiculous bust, so there were no pros, just all cons. I called Venum back to cancel my long overdue order, get my refund, and threw the tshirt/decals in the trash. Maybe there's a justification for inaccurate info for 35 days? Maybe it's incompetence at various levels? Maybe it's a systemic issue with unprofessionalism? All of this is the responsibility of the manager/owner. Nonetheless, I have NO Confidence in Venum nor its products. At this point, even if they overnighted the adapters tomorrow at zero cost, a $500 gift certificate, how would I be able to trust the quality of adapters that have a major impact on vehicle safety? I of course CANNOT. I do not recommend doing business with this company. I did call Motorsport-Tech (Reno, NV), the makers of Bulletproof Off Road Adapters (BORA) wheel adapters, and explained my situation. They stated they could rush order and start machining that day and have them to me in 5 days. I already have a tracking # for delivery on 25 SEP. I considered them before, but Venum was slightly cheaper and confirmed they could get them to me to meet my project timeline (at the time of cancellation, they hadn't started my order nor could confirm anything after 35 days). Bad mistake and I should've gone with the well-known BORA product from the start vs trying to save a couple bucks. So I ordered some 6 spline lug nuts for my truck as that's what is on it at that time and I was changing colors I ordered candy lime green. What I received was 8 different shades of candy lime green. I brought it to their attention their response if you take them outside in the sunlight they change colors I.E the dark ones become lighter to match the lighter ones?? So they honor the warranty side and say hey we didn't mess up it's the company we go through for powder coat blah blah blah fast forward they send me lug nuts again except these ones actually match but they aren't splines they are the spiked ones. All I wanted was my money back to wash my hands of these people I've received nothing else from them and would never recommend them to an enemy. They DO NOT have your best interest in mind. They don't respect veterans who literally said please be sure they are the same color and that thet are splines this is a birthday gift from my neighbors and a deadline was set to have the truck done in hopes to take said truck across country and visit all of my brothers that gave it all over there. I received nothing note worthy from them in any light you could deem good. Please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere,anywhere,walmart something. Beware, worst customer service and communication with direct lie to customer! Placed my order. After several days of waiting for the shipping confirmation I received refund(not full). Then I tried to reach the company several times via phone, voicemail, , emails, they was trying to avoid their customer. After texting through instagram and calling from different number they lied about my order status, firstly said that order out of stock and secondary that they have glitch on website and i paid the lower price for their product. They don't care to resolve your issue or to communicate with you, they just making money. Worst customer service: they will put you on hold just to get rid of you. I wanted really nice lug nuts for the new custom wheels on my truck. Their website was professional and descriptive and it looked like they sold a top-notch product. The first step was to enter my truck information - - year, make and model. What came up was a set of stainless steel lug nuts that seemed suitable so I ordered them. When they arrived they looked incredibly well-made and I was anxious to use them. It took about a month to get my custom wheels and when I did I took the wheels and the lug nuts to my local tire shop to have them do all the mounting. They explained that the lug nuts were for a much later model truck. I called Venus Wheel to ask for a return authorization and was told because I had gone beyond 15 days they would not take the lug nuts back. I explained that I had entered my truck information on their website as required and these were the lug nuts they sent me. I told them that I am not a manufacturer of lug nuts nor an expert on lug nuts or wheels and that the reason I went beyond 15 days was because I had not received my custom wheels in that timeframe. I told them I had not purchased beef jerky or smoked salmon and this was an item that they could certainly resell as I had not even opened the individual packages for the lug nuts. I said that I would gladly pay the postage back. They said that this was simply their policy and that somehow I had made a mistake in ordering the wrong lug nuts! I spoke to Allie in Customer Service who was condescending and really didn't take the time to listen to my complaint. The first time I called I was told that my message would be passed on to the owner of the company and he would call me. Still waiting! I would rather walk then rely on purchasing lug nuts from this outfit. Having a return policy is fine but to not take back a product that was incorrectly sent is ridiculous. If there was a way to give them zero stars I certainly would. Completely unacceptable experience. read more

Have watched this company for a while. They have great product on their wheel lugs, from all the customized colors on finishes and from all that has them you can see they are built to last. I am looking into purchasing those next. But I went and got wheel spacers for my truck. At first I had 3" spacers but I had gotten the wrong thread pitch. I contacted them and they replaced my ones with brand new ones, and they even let me adjust it down to 2" spacers. All I had to do was seems back the old ones. The new ones came in, but I haven't had time to install them due to weather, but I can tell you they are great quality and will allow for the stance I'm searching for and will not be worrying about problems as they are hub centric and not cheaply made. This place caught my attention when I was driving down MLK and out of curiosity I checked it out. Just wow, this place is a hidden jewel. On my first visit I ended up buying a few things for my truck like some lug nuts which I have to say they have a wide variety of colors to choose from and they look amazing. I also ended up getting some detailing supplies along with some new weather proof matts. Their prices are good and they actively have promotions which I keep on top of by following them on IG. I loved the customer service, they actually had the patience to see what I wanted and even made some recommendations which made me feel like they really wanted to satisfy me which is what every company should be like. I've came here multiple times now and so far no issues! I like how you can also order online as well and get it shipped! I had to go to this wheel shop for two times to exchange the lug bolts for my wheels. I originally bought the wheel spacers for my car and they shipped me the wrong size. They located about 1.5 hours away from me so I was be able to go and exchange. I spoke to the girl and I specifically told her the brand and the size of my vehicle on the phone before I went to exchange (anyone can make mistakes). When I went to pick up the right size lug bolts I asked her to make sure that the new ones are the correct ones and I gave her my vehicle information again without any doubt she said " of course". I took my vehicle to install the spacer again for the second time l, guess what? She gave me the wrong size again. I went back again next day driving 1.5 hours to their shop and told them it was the wrong size again, instead of any apologies they were blaming that I should know the size of the bolts. And she said without any signs of sorry " it's ok I'll change them for you" I'm So glad that I have the Right size lug bolts. But if you want to purchase anything please make sure You Know the Exact Size of your PARTS. Don't rely on their professional attitudes. read more

I purchased some 4 inch spike lug nuts from this company. The product quality is bad. Upon the first install there was already paint chipping off of the Lugnuts. I made the purchase through Amazon and because I selected the wrong reason for returning the product they charged me a restocking fee of $40 so they only refunded me $50. This means they kept nearly half of my money. I tried to discuss this with someone in customer support and they had absolutely no sympathy and didn't care that I had selected the wrong reason. They just don't want to pay me my total amount back so I am making sure that everybody knows what kind of company they are. They do not stand behind their product. read more

Terrible experience. Shipped damaged products. I called in to work with them and get it resolved quickly as I was in need of the parts I ordered. Katherine G. was nice enough to say she'd get the a replacement shipped out as soon as I could email some pics of the damage. I did so right then. At that point, she said her management would send the replacement without waiting for it to be returned. "OK, great" i said. I left work early, dropped the package at the USPS using their label and let them know promptly via email it was dropped off and they should send that out ASAP. The next email responded saying it wouldn't ship until "there was movement". I was disappointed as I'm without the car now for several more days while waiting for the product which should have came in in new condition in the first place. Alright, that's not what you said but I am stuck dealing with them. After two days goes by and no update, I email back asking for tracking. They did not ship it. Instead, they started saying they couldn't work with me because I started a return, which I had to explain again and again in emails that I did not based on their instructions,(14 emails before managment got involved). It took another several emails with Pamela G. to finally agree to send the replacement (mind you for a brand new product out of the box) and finally send me a tracking number. From then, there was no movement on the tracking number provided for another 3 days. At this point, I am still waiting for at least another 3 days for this to arrive as once it was finally shipped, they still shipped ground. If I ever have to deal with this company again, it will be too soon. read more

hands down one of the worst places ive ever had to deal with i order custom adapters from them they told it would be only 2 weeks and it turned into about 6 weeks and the adapters never worked they were the right lug pattern but they made them to big they lied to me multiple times on when they where gonna be done when i told them the issue they seemed like they were gonna take care of it but never did so my tow truck has bin down cause of all this they told me they had another set they were gonna over night and never did my tow truck was down the whole memoral weekend witch is a big weekend for tow truck so i lost a good amount of money on that. i would never recommend this company to anybody read more
