    Went to the self serve today for the first time. Really disappointed in the quality and the price of self service. I washed with high pressure wash and high pressure rinse TWICE and my car still has a layer of dirt. Ultimately spent $15. My car still looks dirty and isn't even dry. I could go to an automatic wash spend less money and have my car looking perfect. Waste of time and money

    I went through the automatic wash and the machine scratched and dented the driver side of my car paint and the drying machine left my car soaked.

    A great evening at Autowash, sunsets  and suds!

    Autowash is absolutely amazing. Been using this location for years, and frequently attend their meets. Anytime there is an issue they quickly help to resolve but honestly there isn't much I've had to call for. Thanks guys!!

    Today I decided to try something new and I went through the auto was and I paid a pretty penny for it and I was really disappointed in the work that the machine did I could have don't a better job and with less money I would definitely not recommend this car was save your money and spend it somewhere else

    Attached are pictures of a chemical film that was left on our new car after visiting Autowash. I notified Autowash customer service immediately upon returning home and was told to bring the car in to their headquarters the following day for them to have their detail team look at it and buff out the paint (they even made an appointment for doing so). After a 45 drive to their location on a Sunday afternoon, they made no attempt to buff out the paint, despite them having suggested the appointment the day prior. While in their office, we reviewed the video of our car entering the wash, which had great resolution and clearly showed no marks on the car. Unfortunately, the video of the car leaving the bay was dark and obviously still wet (as evidenced by the water spots visible in the attached picture) and was, in my opinion, inconclusive. Autowash's said the the chemical film visible couldn't have been caused by their system. Because I never left the car unattended prior to noticing the film, I believe that whatever chemicals that are used in their process developed a film once the car was "air-dried' on the way home in a similar manner to the way water spots form...which I'm sure Autowash would say isn't possible, but are also visible in the attached pictures. When I asked whether the detail team could try to buff out the affected area in lieu of the "free" new customer detail, I was told that they would give me a $100 discount on a complete detail...inside and out...which costs north or $300. I responded that paying for a complete detail on a brand new car, was a waste of money, however, the customer service rep claimed they couldn't modify their service to just focus on the outside paint. I was amazed at the inflexibility and lack of customer focus related to this issue and asked that Autowash's owner, Dennis Dreeszen, call to discuss my concerns. I thought is was a reasonable request, particularly since he occasionally responds to customer issues on Yelp. Instead, I was told it was the customer service team is responsible for dealing with these issues and that the owner doesn't get involved in customer issues. It's an understatement to say how disappointed and frustrated I am with the Autowash customer service team. Instead of being proactive about addressing my concerns, they chose to be defensive and unresponsive. I think the Autowash touch-less concept is great, however, because of the issues we experienced first hand, I would have a hard time endorsing the company's willingness to take care of the customer.

    The car wash at fox hill is always available and well maintained. I also like that it is touch less but still get vehicles very clean.

    I spent $15 on the superior plus wash and it left my rims half cleaned and it did not dry my car after the wash. First and last trip there.

    Came here to purchase a used Chevrolet Suburban…read more Spoke to Caden Noar who was young and enthusiastic but lacked experience, and knowledge of the car he was selling and sales experience. The price of the car was decent for the year and miles but it did have issues with an exhaust leak and broken passenger interior mirror among other things. Caden and I went on a test drive and the car drove well but you can definitely hear the exhaust leak. After the test drive Caden allowed me to pickup my wife at home with the car and bring her to the dealer. She was able to drive it and liked it but wanted to ensure these issues were fixed and that there not be any more hidden issues. We handed Caden the keys and told him we are going to have dinner and discuss. We decided to sleep on it and got a text from Caden the next day. We advised him we wanted a discount for the issues to cover repairs and advised that his manager would only take 750 off because there were multiple people looking at the car. I told him deal! I just want a repurchase inspection to ensure there are no other issues and we would get the deal done. Caden was advised Branch auto was right down the street and they were expecting the car I asked him if he could just drop the car off their since we were all the way in Castle Rock and once the pre inspection was done and it looked well then we would drive down and sign for it, this was about 1pm. Caden said sure no problem. A few minutes later he called back and said his manger told him he could not do that because multiple people are looking at the car and that Autonation does their multi point inspection and that should suffice and he could give me a copy of the report. I told him I had never purchased a used car without my mechanic touching it. I then asked him for a copy of the inspection to see just what was found. I then called Caden multiple times and he did not answer with questions. I got a text asking what I needed. At this point I just told him I'm gonna come down there and talk to his manager to show how serious I was. Upon getting to the dealer Caden greeted me and was going to hand me the keys to go to my mechanic for pre inspection but when I told him it's 4pm the car may have to sit overnight because it's so late now, he told me had to ask his manager. That was the last I heard or saw from Caden. The sales manager Ryan Kelly came out and told me he was not going to release the car for a pre inspection that I could do it after I purchase the car and I told him "how is that a PRE inspection check, if it's after the purchase" he argued that Autonation has a multi point inspection and they also have a 5 day 250 mile warranty. I argued thats after you run credit and after all the paperwork is done, so if I have to roll back the dice my credit already takes a hit. I then told him this is not the first used car I have purchased from a Autonation and the last time I drank the koolaid only to find out later that the car had issues. He then told me again that there are multiple people test driving the car right now and that there was an appointment set for tomorrow in the vehicle also and that maybe after the appointment tomorrow I could take the car for a pre inspection. It took everything in my power not to tell Ryan off. I told him " you mean to tell me that I am now at the end of your priority list on this sale even though I already told you done deal pending pre inspection that I am going to pay for and I was first to look at the vehicle" He then shrugged his shoulders and told me to call him tomorrow. At that point I don't care how good the deal, the service, sales and customer service are terrible. Caden is inexperienced and doesn't have the knowledge base and Ryan is a terrible leader who doesn't know how to treat customers or care. If you find a car in their inventory that you like here go to another Autonation and have them pull the car , the staff here is horrible what a waste of time.

I Yelped tint shops and found Wes, submitted an online quote request and heard back from him almost immediately. I scheduled work a few days later and was delighted with his work, the shop and mostly his expertise and product knowledge. I got the Rayno Air 70 (spendy but required due to MN tint restrictions and leaving his shop I could already tell the difference in UV/heat blocking. Heading back to his shop for a clear bra in a few days as I have to drive Hwy 25 between Castle Rock & Monument another month so need protection from the constant flying rocks and construction debris, I've already had one windshield chip repaired and want to save my new vehicle paint from the same fate. UPDATE 8/27/2021: Went back yesterday to have the clear bra installed and even more satisfied than original review. Wes had to do extra prep work to remove ceramic coating before he could apply the protective film and he didn't charge extra AND refused my offer to pay more in spite of the extra work/time. In fact, he installed headlight coverings for free! This is a man of integrity who's product knowledge, customer service and elegant work can't be found many places. Now if I can just find a way to get my new Sienna van out here for him to protect that I'll be set!
