I recently purchased a 2011 Lexus IS 250 from Auto's Only on Saturday and part of the deal was to get the brakes replaced as I was informed from the beginning by my sales rep Shahin they needed work. I worked a deal with the manager Chris who contacted General Manager "Han Nguyen" and the Service Manager "Cuong" to replace my brakes in a short 3-4 days notice with a "Due Bill: Worked Promised To Be Performed". Monday I dropped off my car at the Burien location and was holding my breath that they would actually get this done timely with a good job. We called in to get the status updates and the sales rep "Herschel", I hope I got his name right, was super helpful in relaying that my car would be done Tuesday and the things they are replacing to make sure it is braking top notch. It's Tuesday and we get the word that my car is done and go to pick it up. At the door was "Herschel" who greeted us and asked how he can help. We let him know we came to pick up the car in which he took us to meet the GM Han and service manager Cuong who were both friendly and informative of the work that they got done. I can't say enough how happy I was with how fast they got the work done like they said they would and how great my car not only looks but drives like brand new! They replaced all the rotors, pads and one of the calipers. I am super impressed with both locations from the quality of my vehicle, sales process and service department. They delivered on all aspects which is rare from my past experiences with other dealerships. I highly recommend to give them a shot if they have a vehicle you are looking for. In December, I identified a vehicle that my son was possibly interested in purchasing and, prior to completing the sale, requested that two issues be addressed: a hanging headliner from the sunroof and a concern related to the trunk. On December 16, I received a text from Noel confirming that the trunk had been cleaned and dried. On December 17, I received another message stating that the headliner was being replaced and that the part had arrived. On December 31, I returned to complete the paperwork and noticed that the headliner had been completely removed but not replaced. I was told the issue would be checked on, and it was noted on the due bill. However, when the vehicle was later picked up by my son, the headliner issue had still not been resolved. I followed up with Noel to schedule a time to have the repair completed and was initially told they were unable to do it but would check again. After following up again, I was ultimately informed that the vehicle was being sold "as is" and that the repair would not be completed. I then contacted the manager, Anthony, who said he would speak with Noel and get back to me. I have not received any follow-up communication. At this point, the concern is less about the headliner itself and more about the principle. Commitments were clearly communicated prior to purchase, documented, and then not honored. I would never recommend this place. The salesman and the Manager Noah are unprofessional. Didn't care to address my needs on the car especially when all of this is on writing. I purchased this car for my son and the tpms light is on. We signed a contract that I would buy the car if they fix the tpms. I brought it there 4 times and they said we changed it when got the car. So, now they're saying that is not my problem anymore. But yet they still didn't fix the problem even it on the contract. Noah the manager said there's nothing he can do. I'm disappointed at the lack of customer service and communication. I was told at the time of purchase that they would expedite the fixing of my car. In good faith, I agreed. My mistake. After reaching out to my salesperson several times, it was finally revealed to me that it would take a month to get it fixed! I was unhappy to say the least, but when I asked to speak with a manager, he wouldn't even sit down to engage in a conversation with me. He stood while I sat, looked me in my face, and told me there wasn't anything he could do for me. I'm not an unreasonable person. I understand that ultimately they are running a business and my feelings don't pay their bills. However, it is bad for business when there is a lack of transparency between salesperson/client and when you are seemingly uninterested in resolving an issue presented to you by a client. Absolutely screw this place. I'm working to have them black listed from all JBLM soldiers for how scummy they are. I bought my truck here and they had it for over a month for "safety and repairs". Every time I'd call I would get the run around and they would never call me. Less than a month after buying a Prius a hybrid warming light popped up. I took it to Toyota so they can run a diagnostic since the car had a recall. After the diagnostic they informed me it was not the recall it was the wiring harness and estimate was $6000. They asked when was the car purchased and I gave them that information. They pulled a report on the car for me and they pointed out twice the car was taken into service for electrical issues, this car should have never been sold and told me to take it back. I went to dealer and was informed no one there can help come back tomorrow. Next day I called and spoke to the owner, not once did he offer to repair instead just stated I'm an unhappy customer and hung up on me. We were in the market for our first minivan and had done a lot of scouting online before going to look in person (especially because of COVID). DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS. No matter what, don't come here to buy a car. Do me a favor and run far FAR away. I was promised replacement parts for a car I bought which are still not replaced (it's been 2.5 months since I bought the car). If you want to know the entire story of my experience here, read below. Wow. I just got home after being *yelled at* by the owner of the dealership to "Get the Fu#% out of here!" multiple times. I couldn't believe it, and am still a bit shocked. He's a grown ass man, the OWNER of a car dealership, telling a customer/patron of his to Get the Fu#% out of here. Stay very far away and definitely don't shop here... If you're curious, read on. When I bought the Lexus CT 200H from them 2 months ago, some of rear interior panels needed to be replaced due to the previous owner's dog chewing it up. When I bought the car, Sam had assured me that they already ordered the replacement parts and it was on the way. They would be replaced at the time I would come in to pick up my license plates so I don't have to make multiple trips. Well, a month goes by since buying the car and I hadn't gotten any follow up from Sam. I had called their Sales line to ask for updates and would be told I'll get a call back only to be stood up (this happened at least 5 times). When I finally got a hold of Sam, he gave me his personal mobile number and told me he would follow up once he knew the status. He texted me saying "Not in at the moment but I'm all over it and it's getting expedited". This told me the parts hadn't been ordered yet, and I had waited a month for nothing... cool. That's ok, no worries. Since they were interior pieces, I wasn't in a rush. Another month goes by, no follow up. By this point, I'm getting frustrated. There was no ownership around getting this resolved, from Sam or anyone else at AOB. The service I had gotten from Sam when I bought the car seemed only surface deep, just enough for me to buy the car. I made one final call to their Sales department and got Jeremiah who told me he would check on status and get back to me (he did not). To make sure that the parts were being ordered, I drove into the dealership myself to check on status. Jeremiah greeted me and walked with me over to the Service area to ask a couple of the workers where the parts were. They were confused and had no idea about any of it. The Lexus vehicle, whether any parts had been ordered, nothing. Jeremiah seemed empathetic of my situation and offered to take on the task for me, which I appreciated. He brought the owner, Han, who wanted to know for himself what parts were being requested. I showed him which parts Sam and I agreed on (about 3 or 4 small panels and one main rear panel), and he became defensive. "We can't replace all these parts. That would cost a fortune!" He explained that Lexus parts aren't cheap and that the whole rear panel can't be replaced. I explained that it wasn't the entire rear panel, they were individual parts/pieces. This was something Sam and I had already agreed on, laid out on the Due Bill as "Replacement of rear panel pieces". We went back and forth, where I explained that Sam had made these agreements with me at the time of sale, and him saying "we can sit here all day saying 'he said she said'". I'm not sure at what point things escalated. All I remember was him yelling at the top of his lungs to "Get the Fu#% out of here" multiple times, while he removed his mask (during a pandemic). I felt unsafe, so I got in my car and left. The entire dealership is a mess, and I'm getting tired of writing. Made an appointment( as an essential worker at a hospital with no transportation)to see a car on my day off and took an hour and a half one way bus ride to get there. The guy there tells me that the car I want to see, which is posted online as ready to be sold, still needs to be serviced. On top of that the guy couldn't even find my appt He wouldnt even let me get inside and see the interior & check the electronics. "New part didn't fix the problem, so we took it out and sent it back" mechanic can't figure out what's wrong, working on it... Car in shop a FOURTH week. Mechanic STILL can't figure out what's wrong. I go personally to the shop to straighten things out, sales person says it's probably going to cost thousands to fix, tries to sell me another car... "Wait...you sold me a car that broke down within three months of purchase, it's been here over a month and even your own mechanic can't figure out what's wrong with it, and you want me to buy ANOTHER car from you? Do I really look that stupid?" Had the car towed out of there. Took it to the service department of the Chevy dealer a block down the road from them in Burien - they had it fixed and running within 4 days, repair fee less than $400. What an experience I had with these guys... First off I'll give you a small description of what the website said before I went and looked at their 2006 Volvo S60 R. 79,788 miles graphite interior great condition As we drove to Lynnwood excited to look at the car, we were surprised to find out that even though the car hasn't sold to a customer since April 2012, the car was then sent to this location for transmission work? Or a tune up? these words were tossed around by several people so one of the two needed done. We had time to kill so we drove down to Burien to check it out regardless. Upon arrival we asked the salesman if we could check out the car to see the exterior and interior. He said sure but stressed that the car desperately needed work and it had an appointment for the following day. Car pulls up, do a quick walk around the exterior to find a cracked tail light and loose front bumper, all fairly ok until the front door was opened. As the car was advertised as a graphite interior we were shockingly surprised to notice a deep navy blue interior instead...why the false advertisement? The seats were aged tremendously and not taken care of and the fabric on both sides near the window had pealed off. My friend then asks me, wasn't the mileage advertised as 79K to then look down and see 84,001 on the odometer. Now I understand if the mileage was off, I understand test drives, but to be off by nearly 5K miles from the listing? Come on guys, who's been driving this car? I then proceeded to ask when we could take the car out for a test drive to be told we could take it right then and there but to know that it needed service badly. I appreciate them telling me it needed service but to let me drive it in such condition? Come on guys... We pulled away and nearly 50-60 later I immediately wanted to take it back. It was missing gears, slipping, shifting extremely rough and was down right embarrassing. When I pulled back to the lot the salesman said, "told ya it needed a tune up really bad." the only reason this isn't a 1 star is because of them notifying me of the work being done. -4 stars for the false advertisement and the condition of the car...oh and the way the sales man sped off in the car in front of us showing his lack of care for the car... I bought a car here with under 64,000 miles. They claimed it went through "a 125 point inspection." I paid over $11,000. In two days the check engine light came on. I took it to the shop to find out the cooling system was full of block-sealer and it had a blown head gasket as well as a possible cracked head. Repairs will be upwards of $4,000. If you shop here BRING A MECHANIC. They were unwilling to help with repair and frankly, I wouldn't trust them to do it anyway. I am warning anyone who is even looking to purchase a car here. They are the most crooked car dealer I have ever been to. Not only did thet violate all Bushing laws by wanting to take the car back, that I purchased 2 weeks after the fact. This is illegal. They had 4 days to collect the car if the loan didnt go through, yet they waited over 2 weeks to ask for car back because I didnt except a new contract raising my apr by 10 percent, asking for another 2 grand down, and raising my payments by a hundred. When they couldnt trick me to come and sign new contract way outside of bushing laws they still wanted the car. I looked up reviews on this dealer and even though I leagally didnt have to return the car ,I realized by reviews how crooked they were with their service contracts and already seen how horriable their customer service was so I agreed to return upon signing a resision and giving the vehicle back I wanted my down-payment back. I had reason to believe they would lie because everything said to me was a lie yet when the GM Noel asked for keys I said once we finish, as I wanted to sign release and have check in hand as promised via phone by GM Noel, he took the keys and refused to give me my down payment. We went there because of a Craigslist ad for a Suburu Impreza - decently priced (about 1k above KBB) and the CarFax was good. When we got there the salesperson looked it up and said the car was "in service". Even though there as an ad for it - and according to the CarFax they had it for 3 weeks or so. He asked if we specifically came to see that car and I said yes. He seemed disappointed, and said he could call me when it was back, perhaps early the next week. I took his business card instead. I ask the same questions to each dealer. I live in CA daughter lives in WA with WA license. Can I finance a car and register it in her name since she lives up there. All but 2 said no problem. To the short she needed to apply as well after I did. Well ok she can build credit. I was worried that since she didn't have credit the interest would be more then I would pay. Finance guy said as long as she didn't have bad credit it would be this or better. She drove 2.5 hours to check out the car 2011 Subaru Forester approximately 110k miles. A few things on the test drive but she didn't mention it to them or me (bad reception on my end) but it seemed fine. Now for the issues. I get paperwork and started signing and noticed the interest was 3% higher than I was told and no one bothered to call me. She couldn't get reception but when she was driving home she noticed something was probably wrong with the speakers. Then a week later the passenger door handle broke. Couldn't open from outside but could from the inside. And finally about a month now the ac stopped working. Talking to them about the interest I knew it wasn't on them but it was on them to call me! The only reason I'm giving them 2 instead on 1 star is because they agreed to pay for the speakers. I was looking for a Subaru Outback or Forester that had the EyeSight driver assist technology. I saw a car I liked online and decided to come in and check it out. I worked with Stephanie and had a wonderful experience. At some of the other places I went to in my car search, I felt very pressured to buy a car, but I didn't feel pressured by Stephanie at any point. After test-driving the car, I knew that I wanted to buy it so I put a down payment on the car and took it to an outside mechanic, and have it looked at before buying. The mechanic found an Engine Oil leak, an issue with the rear brakes, and a few other maintenance things. I went back and Stephanie said they would take a look and fix the issues. They fixed the engine and rear brake issues in two days and I walked away as the owner of a brand-new Subaru. I'm currently looking for a specific year/model of Odyssey and one that met my criteria happened to be at this lot (found on cars.com). I knew this place was going to be shady but if the car is what I'm looking for, I can deal with that. Now, I should point out that I am a bit familiar with the typical used car salesman, and it is what it is. I just be polite but firm and know exactly what I want. This place did not disappoint. Right off the bat I saw the car I was interested in looked rough. They said it just arrived and they hadn't detailed it yet, which is plausible. It had some pretty bad dings with rust on the body, and the steering wheel was worn and discolored. When I expressed my concerns about the condition, the salesman (John) told me I wasn't going to find anything better, and that women run into things with these cars all the time and he's seen others with the bumpers ripped off, etc. etc. LOL. I told them I'd come back and take a look after they detailed it, then they tried to get me to put down $100 to hold the car for me because it would "sell fast". LOL. I caught a glimpse of some of the other Odysseys they had on the lot and they looked rough as well. I wouldn't expect to find a real clean car here. On the plus side, they were nice enough to let me leave my car parked there while I walked next door to Legend Auto Sales where I had a similar experience. read more

I am changing my review here about Autos Only because after 2 months of hell dealing with them and a car that had major problems...they did the right thing. I LOVED the car that I bought here but it had problems that they spent over 2 months trying to fix and in the end weren't able to because the damage was so extensive. It was a major headache with lots of shadiness going on. But...my sales guy Gokul was nice from the start. Once the service manager Nam was in control of my car he was very good at keeping me updated on it's status. And the GM Carl ended up undoing the sale for me and apologized profusely. I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 because I don't recommend used car dealerships anymore and it would be hard for me to trust any of their cars. But...in the end they did the right thing, were apologetic, and made it possible for me to go out and buy a 2015 Jetta instead. read more

I will not do business with this company again. Why? I corresponded via email with a salesperson. On Friday, I told him I'd be there on Sunday to view a particular vehicle. On Sunday morning at 10:17 I emailed him again saying I would be there at the Burien location in under 90 minutes, I included a screen shot of the vehicle we'd been talking about, and said if the vehicle is not available to call me on my phone, the number of which I left in the email. I get an email 6 minutes later (10:23 AM) saying he'll have the vehicle ready for me to see. I drive to Burien from North Seattle. I walk in. They tell me the vehicle is not there but rather at their Lynnwood location. I told them I live less than 5 miles from the Lynnwood location and would have been happy to go there instead. The salesman with whom I had had the email exchange then said, "I couldn't call you when I found out the car wasn't here because I didn't have your phone number." I pulled up the email I had sent, to which he had replied, and showed him my phone number. His reply? "I didn't read that far down." I don't see how businesses that are this sloppy with communication, inventory control, and staff competence can stay in business. In the computer age, it's not comprehensible that they a) don't tell their staff where the inventory is and b) have staff that can communicate effectively with customers. Purchased a 2008 Toyota Highlander and we were told the ABS issue that we previously told them about was fixed. We purchased said car and within 2 week the ABS light came on. Like every used car lot they are there to try to make money. If you want to buy a car and you want a good deal you're going to have to tell them exactly what you want and hold them to thier word. Regardless of the lot. I did actually have a good experience at Autos Only although it kinda took awhile to get everything squared away it was a good buy at the price I bargained and a fair trade in price for my old car. To make the sale they agreed to my needs. These are used cars. I wanted a full size spare, new battery, new wipers, and they also replaced the master brake cyclinder because it was going. All in all I walked away with a great vehicle. I picked it out and got the deal I wanted. They also got me a good deal on my financing. Thats a big plus too. Carl is a good man. Remember. They are trying to make a living. Its a business. They arent giving anything away for free but you are the customer and you don't have to buy anything you dont want.
