When my husband and I went there a few months ago, we were greeted by Jimmy, one of the managers, who quickly connected us with Matheus, our sales associate. They were both incredibly friendly, respectful, and never made us feel pressured. They let us take the Toyota Land Cruiser out for a test drive, answered all of our questions, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free instead of the usual dealership circus . My husband ended up buying a Toyota Tundra, and they made the entire process easy and enjoyable from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Matheus. He's funny, honest, very down-to-earth, and made the entire car-buying experience comfortable and enjoyable. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from them again!

I was sold an extended warranty that I was told I could cancel at any time. 2 weeks after purchasing said warranty, I changed my mind and went in and cancelled. This was at the beginning of JANUARY 2026. I was told I would receive my refund within 90 days. I did not get a refund until AUGUST 2026 and I was shorted money. Every time I have called about this, I have been told they are not available and sent to voicemail. The only time they call back is when I send angry emails, I get a voicemail saying they have emailed me information., When I email back, I get no response. I sent an email to multiple people at Burien Toyota on September 30th proving that I have not received the amount the promised to me and saying I deserve that money as any hold up with this process is not my fault. They have yet to respond to that email. They are absolutely OK with stealing your money from you and ghosting you for it. I will never again go to, or give money to, this location. SO unfortunate they can't just own their mistake and make it right.

From the very beginning, she was honest, transparent, patient, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. She never made me feel pressured and took the time to answer every question I had. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Wineska made the experience smooth, comfortable, and exciting. Her communication, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out. I also want to recognize Juan and William for being so helpful, welcoming, and professional during the process. The teamwork between all three of them made this one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Thank you all for going above and beyond -- I absolutely love my Lexus RX 350 and truly appreciate the outstanding customer service!

BUYER BEWARE: A good…read moremajority of the trucks on their lot have been imported from Canada. If you don't already know, Canadian roads are VERY hard on cars/trucks and often have rust problems. I almost fell into this trap. I was very close to buying a truck from them, but wasn't made aware the truck was imported from Canada until I was almost done signing for it. There must be some sort of law that mandates dealerships to disclose imported vehicles. I stopped the signing process and went and looked at the under belly of the 3 year old truck I was about to buy and it was completely rusted out. No deal! It would have been nice if this dealership was more up front about this. It felt sneaky. I should have done a better job of looking at CarFax instead of trusting the inspection report that was provided to me. It felt like the finance manager was trying to get me to rush through the signing process so I wouldn't notice or question anything. Later that night I went on their website and saw that almost every one of the trucks listed have been imported from Canada.

For more details, read about my experience below.che I took my Chevy Bolt EUV to them for maintenance and was grossly over-charged - and to add insult to injury, they failed to rotate the car's tires, which, per GM, is required for every service visit. I then wrote a scathing review of my experience (see below for original review). Burien replied to my review (see below for original review), asking that I contact the Service Manager. I did but it took more than 1 week to get a response. We then exchanged emails during which she made the offer to issue a full refund ($280) if I would delete my original 2-star review or, even more appallingly unethical, change my review to 5-stars (see screenshot of email exchange). I refused so she said my $55 refund check would be in the mail. This was on Sept 14. Two weeks later, on Sept 28, I emailed to ask about the status of the check - there's no way it takes 2 weeks for mail from Burien to Columbia City - and said that I would opening a dealer complaint case with GM as well as notifying the WA Attorney General about my experience. Lo and behold, a check from Burien Chevrolet arrives in the mail on Sept. 30! Coincidence? You decide ORIGINAL REVIEW 9/2/2026 I brought my 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV in to Burien Chevrolet for a multipoint inspection, tire rotation and rear wiper blade replacement (all listed as free services on the web site) and cabin air filter change ($110 on the site). While there, I decided to also replace the front wiper blades. Buried Chevrolet charged me a WHOPPING $141 to replace the front and rear wiper blades! Front: $63.83+$48.71, rear $27.46! They also charged $113.44 to replace the cabin air filter, slightly higher than their web site price of $110. I was in a hurry so I paid, reluctantly. (I even asked Mike, the technician if these GM blades came with an add'l warranty given the high prices and was told "No," just the standard 1 year warranty.") When I got home, I went to Burien Chevrolet's web site and saw that they priced front wiper blade replacement @ $69.95 (see screenshot) so I called and asked why I was charged 2X what their web site listed. Mike said I would have to "come in to resolve the issue with the Parts Dept" as he "'doesn't control parts pricing." #1: I don't understand why I have to make another in-person trip (and deal with freeway traffic) to resolve a simple parts pricing issue when the Service and Parts Depts are right by each other. #2: There is simply NO excuse for pricing something at DOUBLE the listed online price! I also found 3-week old notes from when called several Chevy dealers to compare pricing before picking Burien Chevrolet (my notes had identical prices for wiper blade replacement to Burien's web site prices) #3: After reviewing the bill at home, it looks like Burien Chevrolet didn't do the tire rotation either as it wasn't listed as a line item the invoice

Promised and they delivered on time!…read more I recently purchased a 2011 Lexus IS 250 from Auto's Only on Saturday and part of the deal was to get the brakes replaced as I was informed from the beginning by my sales rep Shahin they needed work. I worked a deal with the manager Chris who contacted General Manager "Han Nguyen" and the Service Manager "Cuong" to replace my brakes in a short 3-4 days notice with a "Due Bill: Worked Promised To Be Performed". Monday I dropped off my car at the Burien location and was holding my breath that they would actually get this done timely with a good job. We called in to get the status updates and the sales rep "Herschel", I hope I got his name right, was super helpful in relaying that my car would be done Tuesday and the things they are replacing to make sure it is braking top notch. It's Tuesday and we get the word that my car is done and go to pick it up. At the door was "Herschel" who greeted us and asked how he can help. We let him know we came to pick up the car in which he took us to meet the GM Han and service manager Cuong who were both friendly and informative of the work that they got done. I can't say enough how happy I was with how fast they got the work done like they said they would and how great my car not only looks but drives like brand new! They replaced all the rotors, pads and one of the calipers. I am super impressed with both locations from the quality of my vehicle, sales process and service department. They delivered on all aspects which is rare from my past experiences with other dealerships. I highly recommend to give them a shot if they have a vehicle you are looking for. On December 16, I received a text from Noel confirming that the trunk had been cleaned and dried. On December 17, I received another message stating that the headliner was being replaced and that the part had arrived. On December 31, I returned to complete the paperwork and noticed that the headliner had been completely removed but not replaced. I was told the issue would be checked on, and it was noted on the due bill. However, when the vehicle was later picked up by my son, the headliner issue had still not been resolved. I followed up with Noel to schedule a time to have the repair completed and was initially told they were unable to do it but would check again. After following up again, I was ultimately informed that the vehicle was being sold "as is" and that the repair would not be completed. I then contacted the manager, Anthony, who said he would speak with Noel and get back to me. I have not received any follow-up communication. At this point, the concern is less about the headliner itself and more about the principle. Commitments were clearly communicated prior to purchase, documented, and then not honored. Following through on agreed upon repairs is a fundamental aspect of good business practice and customer service.

All the t's were crossed, i's were dotted and I'm out the door. Of course the next day my check engine light comes on. I naturally go to oreillys to get it read, and it's the catalytic converter sensor. So I arm myself with that info, call the Kerrie and he says to bring it in. Swears it's the gas sensor and he'll fix it. I pick my car up that same afternoon. No light? Check. Next day? It now blinks EVERYtime I drive the thing. Smh. I've bantered back and forth with the owners, and he won't budge on allowing me to trade it in, get my money back, nothing. Lovely. I'm paying on a car that I'm scared to drive and am taking the bus in the wintertime. I gave them one star just for the receptionist and her bubbly personality. She seems nice enough, but even she gripes about her boss and job. Dually noted. Would I trimmed anybody come here? No. I would likely give them a bus pass and tell them save their money.

I was pleasantly surprised, because we were the first ones there on a Saturday morning and it was no pressure to choose anything right away. We test drove a few cars before the bf decided, and it took maybe 2.5 hours to get everything else done after that. They even beat the rate our bank gave us, which was really surprising. Like others, we were given a ton of information about the warranty. Our guy was not pushy - but having a previous rental car myself, I know how important a warranty is. We got one, but I get how it pushes most people out of their preferred price range. We went over $15 a month more than we wanted to pay because of it, but we knew issues are bound to pop up with it being heavily used before in a rental fleet so it would be so stupid to not get one. My car had my wheel bearings fail like a month after I got it, and I would have been pretty depressed without the warranty covering everything. Long story short, check these guys out. The no haggling thing is great. People were nice. Yes, they're gonna ask you to get a warranty - even though it is DEFINITELY in your best interest to, our guy said 3 times "you don't have to.." and we knew that. We wanted to. If you don't want one, just say so and move on.
