I don't normally write reviews but I felt like I had to in this case. The sales experience was nice enough as the pressure was low until we talked about service plans - seriously wanted to charge $4K to cover 24 months on a $8.6K purchase. Unfortunately, as it seems with any used car dealership, you have to question vehicles sold by them. This is DEFINITELY a place where pre-inspections are ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY! The following items were things they didn't address on a 2013 Outback in their 50-point safety inspection: - Put on brand new break pads, but on top of groved/rusted rotors so new breaks and rotors were still necessary. - Right control arm bushing was shot. - Right rear wheel bearing was shot. - Flood lights were shot. - Empty gas light lit up literally the moment I drove off the lot (that's just piss poor customer service). Not only that, but it took me over 2 weeks to obtain my copies of the digitally signed paperwork that they promised to have to me "later that day or tomorrow". So just be aware, they'll put on a good show of it by having something like brand new brakes on a Car Fax report, but they might literally be putting bandages on top of critical issues. read more

Don't waste your time or hard-earned money. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership from out of state, and the experience was a disaster from start to finish. The moment they had my down payment to "secure" the vehicle, it felt like they no longer cared about getting paperwork done or returning calls. I had to reach out multiple days in a row just to get basic updates or documents to sign. It took them six days just to send the initial paperwork, and then several more days to process it and schedule an appointment for my dad to pick up the truck. We had a pickup appointment scheduled for Saturday at 10:00 AM. When my dad arrived, no one had any record of it because the salesperson I'd been working with didn't tell anyone--and wasn't even working that day. It took them over an hour just to locate the truck, and when they finally brought it out, the interior and exterior were still dirty. After a half-hearted attempt to clean it, my dad drove it off the lot only to find the truck was out of alignment. But it gets worse. The dealership failed to send my title to my state's Motor Vehicle Department within the required 30 days. This led to me spending three months trying to track down where my title was. Multiple MVD offices in my state couldn't locate it. After finally speaking with the dealership again, they admitted they didn't send it until 38 days after purchase--resulting in over $1,200 in late fees and late excise tax charges that I was forced to pay. I've reached out multiple times to address this, and no one will answer or return calls. I've purchased many vehicles in the past and have never experienced anything this unprofessional or frustrating. I deeply regret giving this dealership my business. Recently I was in the market for a clean, no accident, local Nissan Frontier. Found one on AutoNation Dodge Ram Arapahoe in Centennial. When I first messaged them Jacob Fox in Sales responded. We had a comprehensive discussion. Jacob responded with all the details I needed so we set up an appointment for me to come up (from CoS) to check out the truck and test drive the next morning, Saturday when they open. I was there when they opened, met Jacob Fox, a very nice well informed gentleman. He got the keys and we went out to look at the Nissan Frontier PRO-4X. Very nice! We went for a long test drive, out on the highway and in town. Truck ran great, very clean, low mileage, no accidents and a Colorado truck from day one. This checked all my boxes. We went back to the Dealership and met with Finance, who got all the paperwork started. Jacob was kind enough to drive me to the bank where I picked up the Cashiersh's Check and we headed back. Back to Finance, signed all the documents (a lot of them!) Handed over the check and I was on my way back home! Great truck, I love the truck. I highly recommend Jacob Fox. This definitely wasn't one of my best car buying experiences. At the dealership, we waited quite a long time to see finance (even though we saw the finance guy chatting with other employees), and when we got into finance, the contract signing was incredibly pushy and rushed. I wasn't really given time to glance through the documents, much less comprehend them. Earlier in the process, I asked the sales rep if there was a cooling off period or any kind of exchange if we took the truck with the problems it had and changed our mind, and he said no. He didn't mention at all your 5 day 250 mile policy, and we didn't find out about it until day 6. Now, we've had the truck for 21 days, and the things the dealership said you would fix haven't been fixed still, and we're starting to get frustrated. For example, the windshield was cracked and we were told someone would come to our home to fix it. After almost two weeks, someone came, and brought the wrong windshield. They said they would contact us to reschedule but no one did. When we called to find out what was holding this up, they then sent us to Autonation glass, who broke the new windshield while installing it. We have no ETA on when the new one will come in. We were told the tire sensor that is broken would "self repair" when the windshield was fixed, so we've had one tire sensor that hasn't worked since we bought the truck. Not a good start after a $50K purchase. At this point, we wonder if we've made a mistake in working with AutoNation Dodge Arapahoe. Called the manager, didn't receive a call back. read more

Donnie was our salesperson and was super nice! Got us in and out quickly. Which can definitely be difficult as a first time car buyer. However, if you show up to this dealership DO NOT run your credit with a bank first. They most likely won't accept it. I got a pre-approval from USAA only for the dealership to say they don't accept USAA pre-approval??? I read a review before purchasing saying they didn't accept her pre-approval either. If I wasn't so sure about this car before I showed up to the dealership I would've left right then. They put a third hit on my credit alongside the bank, because they wouldn't take my pre-approval. Which I think is extremely suspicious and unprofessional. If you go here PLEASE do your research before you show up. INSPECT the car you're buying beforehand. Make them give you what you ask for. I left the dealership almost disoriented I was so confused. I loveeee my car!! I was absolutely set on my car. However, none of the questions I asked were fully answered. PLEASE sit there until you understand. Find someone who is willing to sit down and answer anything at all and dig for answers if they don't have them. Ask for ANYTHING. Tint, tires, an extra detail cleaning. Once you sign the papers they forget to talk to you. Or at least treat you with grace when you just did THEM a favor. Overall, a decent experience. Took a 07 ram 1500 in to get diagnosed, was pretty sure it was a fuel pump issue, but took it in to make sure, they decided to look and fix every thing except the fuel pump for 5 weeks, didn't even bother to look at it for 5 weeks, i had brand new NGK o2 sensors in, and they took them out and put the old ones back in because it's not a "mopar" or "dodge" o2 sensor or whatever the hell, which is why i'm writing the review, the o2 sensors **** the bed today and i put the new ones in that they took out and oh look they work, took them 5 weeks to figure out it was the fuel pump, which i was correct about to begin with, what a joke of a place, just getting a new obd reader so i don't have to let someone take my vehicle for 5 weeks over a fuel pump, only good thing about this whole thing was i got a trans flush for free read more

I made this account to leave this review. This place is awful. Don't waste your time. I booked an appointment, at their request, to come see a used truck. They sold it out from under me without giving me so much as a text notification. They then implied that it was my fault because I didn't put down the $1000 deposit, which they never offered me. When I pointed this out, the salesperson told me that when there are 4 or more people calling about a vehicle they don't accept down payments to hold the vehicle. This salesperson then tried to upsell me to an entirely different vehicle. It was listed at 15% higher than the vehicle I was looking for, and that's when they admitted that they would charge a 20+% "dealer fee", making it 35+% more than my price target. Auto nation salespeople cower behind "new" associates. This is so they can claim the dealership didn't "lie", the new person simply didn't have their facts straight. I've never seen so many underhanded, pathetic, or dishonest business practices under one roof. I cannot stress this enough. Do NOT waste your time here. read more

The dealership is flat out greedy, charging a $799 dealer handling fee. I asked if they would split it and they immediately said no. Most dealers no longer charge dealer handling, so an immediate no is just arrogant and greedy. On top of it, the vehicle i purchased needed $1,000 dollars plus in repairs and even though I informed them the same day, they said they would not do the repairs. My salesperson (Jeff F) also became sarcastic and just flat out uncaring about the fact he'd sold me this vehicle that needed repairs. So much for their wonderful 103 point vehicle inspection. I also pointed out that the interior was dirty in some spots and Jeff said "just wipe it off". Cleaning of the vehicle is supposed to be included in the outrageous dealer handling fee they charge. I recently purchased a used car from AutoNation Dodge RAM Arapahoe. The vehicle has less than 5000 miles on it. Because the car had so few miles and I live in a different state, the dealership promised to address any issues arising in the 60 days following the purchase. Upon returning home I felt a vibration in the steering wheel. I had the car completely inspected by the local dealership and they told me that the brake pads were glazed and the front brake rotors were warped. I notified the sales rep we bought the car from and he said they would take care of it. Now that the work has been completed by our local dealer AutoNation Dodge RAM Arapahoe refuses to reimburse us the $1600 it took to repair the brakes and make the vehicle safe to drive. We also found a major gouge in one of the sidewalls of the front tire. I notified the dealer and they told me I should just glue it back in place. This is dangerous advice as damage to the sidewall can cause a blowout so no tire company would ever repair a tire in this condition. I feel I was sold a vehicle that was not in the condition represented and now that we own the vehicle AutoNation Dodge RAM Arapahoe will take no responsibility. These are both safety issues and it is unconscionable that the dealer would sell the car in this condition and take no responsibility for it. read more

Went here to get service on my car and it was amazing!! Checked on their website (see photo) about scheduling an appointment for an oil change. Says no appointment needed. Woot that was the amazing service I got right then and there. Showed up at 0700 in the express lane and it f'in went downhill quickly. Douche bag service employee (DB) who greets us. DB: what are we seeing you for today Me: oil change and rotation of tires DB: do you have an appointment? Me: no I have never needed one DB: you need an appointment. Me: can I get scheduled for one and will it be today DB: oh no. It will be at least 1.5 weeks before we can get you in. An appointment is necessary due to COVID. Hmm, COVID has been around since March (first shut down). And it's 2020, update your website to show that you need an appointment for service. Even through the express lane. Put a sign up!! Do something other than treat customers like we should know better. Hmm if don't know, we google and find a website which says no appointment necessary. Maybe I am dumb and still use google to help find things. Maybe I should go to edge instead. Well, at least I found a great AutoNation up the street that actually treats people with dignity. Chad Rowley has now repeatedly been just the best. He is friendly and knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. He handled a service appointment that ended in discovering a secondary problem--he personally worked to find a solution to something he could easily have said "not our problem" to. I went in with a question about applying for a rebate after a service, he spent so much time helping me out, calling people he knew to get me answers that he couldn't answer, going above and beyond! We purchased a Ram 1500 truck in February. It was a great purchasing experience, however we found damage within the 2 days given to have the dealership to fix it. Came in to get the paint touched up and other issues. They told me a chrome window panel and a plastic part needed to be ordered. My steering wheel had the leather cut prior to purchasing so they had to go back to Chrysler to see if it was covered. After a week they came back saying it covered and needed to be ordered as well. A month go by with no parts coming in, reached out to get an update on timeline, no answers after texts and voicemails. A week later attempted again no responses and same situation off and on till June. I called in June wanting to speak to a manager, got through and Tyler said the parts rep would call me to get it scheduled, no follow up. Left Tyler a few voicemails over the next week, no follow up. Still haven't been fixed coming into July. I have felt like I'm getting crickets and dodged to avoid fixing this issue hoping I'll just go away or forget. This place is great to buy from but follow where they need to fix a bigger issue the a paint scratch, good luck. Would look going somewhere else honestly that cares past the timeline where customers gets surveys. Also don't believe them when they said any scratch or damage you find within the 3 days will be covered and fixed. Just got told they fix or cover damage found AND reported within 3 days. read more

RAM NEEDS TO CLOSE THIS DEALERSHIP This dealership will make people buy a Ford, it's that bad. My Ram 2500 after routine maintenance and tire rotation the tire pressures were all off, the fluids weren't topped off no oil change sticker. But wait it gets better while driving home tire pressure light came on so I stopped and air up the tire. Unfortunately by the time I got home the tire was pretty much flat. I started to change the tire and that's when I noticed the right rear tire wasn't tightened down. (See video). This is alarming for several reasons because if they would've driven the vehicle after the tires were off, like a dealership it supposed to, they would have realized the tire pressure light was still on. Unfortunately , this isn't the first issue I've had with this dealership. The previous time I took it here and had the oil changed, there was so much oil leaking after the oil change I had to bring the truck back. I have bought many vehicles here over the years and will not be returning. I think what bothers me the most about this is the lack of sincerity and urgency on the service department and dealership as a whole. ** But wait it gets better. The day before going down to dealership I asked that he confirm he was serious on the deal since the dealership was over an hour away for me. He said he had to see the truck first and depending between 24-29K. I told him that I was confident the truck was as promised when he offered me 29K so I headed down. I got there, he took nothing more than a glance and only offered me 24K. The truck is in perfect condition with everything promised when he offered me 29K. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a 2022 Ram power wagon back in May 2023, two days after purchasing the vehicle and driving on the highway. I noticed the truck would shake really bad at high speeds and also after hitting a bump at high speeds, the tires would rattle and feel like they would fall off, I contacted three different people at their dealership about this issue, and I wanted to return the vehicle within their five day policy. After being talked out of returning the vehicle by their service manager, he promised that the issue would be taken care of as long as I did not return the vehicle . They said it needed an alignment and balancing which did not fix the problem. Then they Said it needed new tires which I had to pay half of. ($800). Still did not fix the problem. Then they said my steering damper was bent and that was causing the issue. Once again still did not fix the problem. So then, after taking the vehicle back once again, they said it needed new shocks And once again Did not fix the problem. so, after being told that this was how ram trucks drive, I decided to take their service manager on a ride on the highway, and he determined that there was an issue with the truck. His exact words were. "At least you get a free massage" So after their service department could not figure out the problem I decided to reach out to The general manager, to see what he can do for me in regards to trading in the vehicle. The general manager did say he can trade in the vehicle, but he can only offer a certain amount on the vehicle and needed me to carry over $13,000 to a new vehicle and my payment will go up $200. I don't understand how I am the one that Has to be penalized for their dealership selling a truck that had an issue from the start and an issue that their service department cannot figure out. I have spoke to both general managers at this location and both felt like they were giving me a good deal by only offering me a certain amount for the truck and by having me roll $13,000 over on a new truck and having me be upside down on a new truck. If I wanted to be upside down on the truck, I definitely would not go back to their dealership to trade in the truck. I definitely do not recommend this dealership. Long story short Kip Kelly in service books me a Wednesday time slot the following week, they ID the bad clutch fan & belt and say the parts will be in the following Monday. That was 7 days ago. I have left multiple emails, a few even landed in Kips managers inbox and never once has anyone back in contact with us. Service quality is absolutely horrible at this dealership. If you need warranty work or maintenance work completed i would look someplace else. I brought my truck in for warranty work that was scheduled 2 months prior, for the dealer to keep it a week and then tell me they can't replicate the issues. I drove back to the dealership and took both the service advisor and the mechanic for a ride, and both agreed there was an issue and they needed to investigate. I call back a week later and they still have not investigated the issue, I asked why not, and they said they have been busy with other appointments. I said I had an appointment why are you not working on my truck and the response was there are others in front of me and they have waited for months. Another week goes by, and I call to get an update and they tell me they are pulling it as we speak to investigate the issue in the rear Diff. Fast forward 2 hours later, they call me back and tell me they don't see any issues in the rear Diff, but the fluid does look a little dirty. They advised me that I would need a full service of both Diffs and my transfer case, and it would be over 1K for the service. I asked why I would pay for a rear Diff service since they already have the cover off for the warranty issues. The response was you just need to buy the full service as they have to put fluid back in the rear Diff. My response was you guessed on the issue and were wrong shouldn't that fluid be on you... I then asked what the manual says for miles and months for these required services they are suggesting, and they couldn't tell me.... My manual says 30K miles for required services and my truck is only at 20K miles. I refused the services and picked my truck up that night. The next morning when I went to get in, I found rear diff fluid smeared all over my seats and center council, along with a pinched ABS line above the rear Diff cover and a missing pinch washer on the Diff stud that holds the brake lines. I call the dealership back and they tell me to bring it back and leave it with them for a couple of days and they will get it cleaned up and take a look at the ABS line and the missing washer. I sent them all the pictures for proof. I asked them just to order the parts and when they arrive, I will bring the truck back and they tell me that they can't just order parts and my seat can be cleaned. Well since I sat in the gear oil it smeared into the perforations in the seat and is under the cover now. The cover needs to be replaced. I am told that it can be cleaned, and they will not replace anything. At this point I am extremely heated and can't believe they treat customers or their customers 100K trucks this way. I will never go back to this dealership and would advise any and everyone to stay far away from this dealership!!! The quality of employees and the quality of service I have received from Auto Nation Ram is less than subpar. read more

This is the worst dealership I think I have ever dealt with. For starters, I had to do my paperwork twice because the finance guy never submitted my original forms to the bank. Then, Mopar ended up cancelling my extended warranty that I purchased because they entered in the names incorrectly. They said that it was fixed 3 times! I took my car in for 3 separate issues within a year of them selling me my vehicle. My warranty was cancelled for all but 1 repair that I had to have done. One of which, was a faulty ball joint. They said that it was plastic pieces that needed to be replaced yet the issue continued. Finally, on the 3rd time of bringing my vehicle in for the same issue, they sent me to the Jeep dealership which then it was determined that my ball joint was broken. There, they quoted me a $1300 repair because my warranty, still, was not valid. Arapahoe dodge ram determined (via investigation that I never received a refund for the warranty that I had purchased) decided that none of it was my fault. After multiple arguments with the finance director, Jacob Williamson, said that my warranty had finally been reinstated. It had not. Supposedly, he got his GM involved. I did contact the corporate office for these issues, and they just sent me back to the original dealership that apparently can't do anything like they're supposed to. Unfortunately, it has been 4 months and I still have yet to hear of a resolution to this problem. My front end has started to become more detrimental because the original problem had not been fixed. I'll just sue them for when I get into an accident for my defective vehicle that they sold me! If you want to deal with employees that can't seem to do their job correctly, come here. Otherwise, stay away! The only good things that come out of this dealership are Mark (my salesman) and Kip (Maintenance supervisor). Those two deserve a raise for having to fix everyone else's shortcomings. Oh! I also had purchased the oil change for 3 years and had to pay $240 for ONE oil change, because that plan had also been cancelled. Britney was great to work with and she got me a shuttle to my office. When it took much longer than anticipated to fix my car, she got me a loaner car at no cost. When first asking about the truck I asked about the accident it had on carfax which the sale representative came back and said that there was no accident on the carfax. Well they said the truck was all good to go then within 10,100 miles the motor goes out while I'm in another state. The extended warranty I bought from this dealership won't do their job to find or replace the engine. The dealership wants me to somehow bring a broken truck 18 hours to Denver when I'm stuck in Arizona. Dodge ram Auto-nation doesn't want to give me what I paid for since I bought a broken truck off of them and they knew it. I've brought the truck to a ford dealership which they've done full fluid changes in everything, full tune up with fuse 27, spark plug wires and plugs. Also replacing the iwes and finding out the 4wd is bad from the front differential being bad. But the truck went through a inspection..... so warranty won't fix the truck so I wouldn't buy their extended warranty or purchase from this company because they don't care if they sell you horrible vehicles. read more

If you enjoy being talked to like you are stupid than you should visit this dodge dealership. I have brought my 1500 here a couple of times to try and have it serviced and every time I have been treated in a rude and unprofessional manner as if I am inconveniencing them for trying to get my vehicle serviced. Very over priced for the same services you can get elsewhere. Save yourself the time and money and find another service center. You will be glad you did. read more

If I could give a zero star review , I would. I was there at the beginning of April looking for a trx ram. Upon arrival, I was approached by an old school sales man and his tactics. Without allowing me to ask any questions, nor even offered to see the interior, he proceeded to try and turn me away from that car by talking about the dealer markup. He never offered for me to drive it or see the interior. He treated me rudely and on top of that , he had no knowledge about the features of the vehicle. Typical burnout in this industry when it comes to selling. After I called to set my complain and try and get a quote for the vehicle...... someone else picked up the slack to over promise and never deliver. Instead of waiting another week or so to see if they were even serious about selling me a car..... I called some dealers in California and they went above and beyond to make me a deal, they even offered me a rental out here to drive the car. Got a phenomenal deal. 8k down , no markup and a great insurance quote .... with a payment that fits my needs without breaking the bank , Moro was 88k and even got a discount. They auto group is called Keyes in the valley of Los Angeles. Try them out!! And stop getting bad deals from these terrible sales people out here. I have used this dealership for all my warranty and servicing needs on my Challenger Hellcat since 2015. Took car out of winterization and called to come get an oil change. Was told that they no longer do express service due to Covid-19 and that they couldn't get me in for at least 6 weeks. I called Larry Miller Dodge and they told me come in right away. I drove over and not only got my oil change done within an hour, but they charged me $25 less than Autonation Arapahoe does. After getting home, I called Autonation to make them aware of the situation, and Bill, who said he is the assistant service manager, told me that they only have one bay mechanic doing oil changes and they don't have time for walk-ins, he was just stating excuses and didn't apologize for the problem. read more
