I went there and paid for a part and the 3 day shipping. I checked with my mechanic on the 7th to see what the status was. He called the store and was told that there was a delay and it would arrive on the 12th. 8 days after I ordered. I decided i was not thrilled with this and called the store myself. And I was told that the part had not even been ordered until just moments before When my mechanic called to check on it!!!!! So they took my $$$. Didn't order - LIED to my mechanic and said "delay". Not that they messed up and didn't order!!!!! Likely because he uses them all the time. I was totally furious and left a message for the manager to call me today (Mon Jan 9th). Well when I left the message the employee said "If the manager does not call you back during normal hours Monday, call him)!!!! I was pissed and said what do you mean if he doesn't call me back???? That would be bad business practice ! My mechanic called again and got approval for me to get my money for part & shipping. I went in today (Mon Jan 9th at 1:45pm). And guess what? No manager had called me yet!!!!!! But there was a invoice taped to a register and confirmed who I was and eventually I got my refund. I told the employee at the desk that the fact that the Manager - Matt had not called me and I was upset. He then told me that the employee that took the message likely didn't want to get into trouble himself and probably did not give the message to the manager !!!!!! Well then, why was my invoice taped to a register? And why was the manager not called to speak to me???!!!!! I promise not to ever give this store a dime of my money again and to complain on every media source and tell every friend or acquaintance I know if they even think of using this store! Horrible horrible customer service. I don't even want to give them the 1 star rating

It was an item they don't keep stocked, so he ordered it for pick up the next day. I ended up going in on Saturday to pick it up for him. At the counter I asked for the part and the employee went to retrieve it. After several minutes he returned and said he couldn't find it, could it be under another name. I initially gave him our last name as my husband was told it would under that, well they put in under his first name. Not a big deal, at least it was found. When my husband came home from work and saw the part he said it wasn't what he ordered. The employee that ordered it had shown him the correct part out of their parts book. Somehow after he left they ordered a different bushing. So, he goes back in the next morning, I went and waited in the car, it took him 15 minutes inside. The employee that was manning the counter couldn't find the right part in the books and finally asked if he'd like to wait for 20 mins. when Andy would be in as he knows how to find the parts better than him. Really! You have an employee at the counter who can't do the job. We decided not to wait, my husband gave him all the information and left it for Andy to find and order. Please train your employees or don't have them helping customers who come in to spend their money at your business. Oh and you might want to rent a power washer and spray off all the dirt and moss on your long concrete wall in the parking lot, it looks like nobody cares, well just seems like that after our experience.

He said he added them to my account and that I could use them at any Ram service department with an appointment. Although I live in Shelton, I am doing cancer treatment up in Seattle that requires me to do radiation Monday through Friday. The Seattle Ram service department did not have any openings. So I made an appointment at the Shelton Washington service center. I drove from Seattle to Shelton. Upon arrival I was greeted by the service manager "Tommy". I arrived at 3:15 and he indicated that it was "too late" to do the oil change. I told him my appointment was at 3:30. He said "ok.. we'll it's just gonna take longer." Then he said that he didn't want to do the oil change because I had two dogs in the back. He said, " I have never done an oils change with dogs in the vehicle. This was humorous as I see dogs in vehicles at jiffy lube all the time. But I respect that some people have fears, so made it clear that they were locked behind the pocket door. My gut was telling me that he did not want to do the oil change and was saying whatever he could to make me turn away. I told him I drove from Seattle for this oil change and it's needed. He then stated that he did not see the free oil changes in the computer. I showed him my verification email from Ram reflecting the oil changes. He said, "the e-mail could have come from anybody." He refused to do the oil change unless I wanted to pay a hundred bucks. I have empathy for it being a Saturday after a long work week, I've been there. BUT, if I had a customer I sucked it up and provided quality customer service like an professional adult. This was a complete waste of my time, money (gas) and energy (exhausted from cancer treatment. They verified my information when I made the appointment and I made it clear that it was FREE. Car dealerships are really great at selling you cars with all the warranty promised but SUCK at honoring these promises. It's called being UNETHICAL. None of the other Ram Service departments from Portland to Seattle get good reviews. So add this one to the list.

They appreciated our business and we appreciated their commitment to upholding the company quality standards. Christmas was here and soon the new year came and so did the professional team in the service department . We really appreciated the communication updates that was provided and the speedy response from the team . I would highly recommend this company for anyone who appreciates honesty and work done in a quality timely fashion with honesty from beginning to finish. They listened to myself and my wife they treated my wife with the same respect and integrity that they showed me. Our vehicle was clean with no greasy marks from service performed we did not have to clean up after them the are a true professional service.

I used to take my cars solely to Stacys in Shelton. After my last 2 experiences, I will never…read morereturn. I am shell-shocked right now at how absolutely terrible the repairs on my vehicle turned out. After tolerating the rattles, shakes, and tremors for months, I am fresh off of finally breaking down and letting the dealership fix it. Now I have a much lighter wallet. The last vehicle Stacys worked on for me, they replaced all four struts in my vehicle. The parts apparently were improperly installed and caused significant additional damage. The quote given initially only covered half of the job I described. I returned to have the rest of the job done fully accepting I must have misunderstood the initial quote. After the second set, my vehicle was never the same. I gutted it out for a while and I even replaced wheels and tires assuming that the new parts couldn't possibly be the problem. Because of the overall experience, there was little chance I was going to trust putting the vehicle back in their hands so I had to have the dealership replace the struts again along with the additional damage to the suspension parts. In the end, it was over $7000 for a job that should have been around $2500. I really used to respect and trust Stacys, but they just don't seem interested in providing a great service and experience for their customers. Of course, this is my opinion and there is always a possibility that my experience was not the norm, but I also communicate with other family members and friends that have had similar, albeit less catastrophic experiences and also have stated to me that they will not return to this shop.

Never heard one word from them regarding the status of our vehicle. My husband and I tried calling to find out what was going on and never once did someone/ anyone call us back. My husband finally got through to someone today and told them that we are a one vehicle family and that we are depending on others to get us to work, etc. Two hours later it was done. I don't want to have to ask, beg, harass to get results. I don't doubt Kim Stacy's ability to do a great repair job, but their customer service is RIDICULOUS. NOT ONE PHONE CALL BACK IN OVER TWO WEEKS. We are not going back. Sorry, Kim, but you have disappointed us for the last time.
