Ride-sharing was not a possible option. Sue was so helpful and understanding. She agreed to take in the car and went out of her way to find someone that would give us a ride home at no charge. By 5/30, the front tires were already severely worn down to the cords and had to be replaced. Les Schwab inspected the truck and documented that the alignment was significantly out of specification. This negligence forced me to pay out-of-pocket for two replacement tires and a second alignment to correct the issue. I provided First Choice Auto with the documentation, the measurement readings, and the exact timeline, giving them an opportunity to address the failure. Unfortunately, they refused to offer a satisfactory resolution. Based on this experience, I am highly disappointed with both the quality of their alignment work and their refusal to stand behind their service once the failure was brought to light.
