Our family cares about having safe places for members of the queer community to patronize, so this got me in the door. We were able to get both our cars in for routine service quickly. This included a free all-points inspection with photos and info (e.g. brake pad thickness) and broke everything down by degree of urgency. Service was prompt and friendly, and after I discovered transmission fluid was leaking from one car when we got home, they apologized and got me back in right away to correct the issue. Parking lot is tight and there's no night drop (fenced lot), but they have a nice waiting area and their lobby shows how involved they are in supporting the local community. I've been coming here for oil changes, and occasional small needs such as a lightbulb swap out. Today I requested assistance with larger issues. This particular Jiffylube has proven they are capable of just about anything needed for a vehicle, and is willing to work with customers for plans to take care of needs, while explaining everything with kind and attentive service. They see their customers as whole people. They're respectful of time for those of us with little flexibility in our schedules. They're quick to provide honest communication. Part of their process is even looking for the least expensive part cost at local auto parts stores, before they offer a quote. If you're a mechanic skeptic trying to spin all the plates, with limited mechanical knowledge yourself-- this is the option you've been looking for.

Most recently, I brought the car in after another shop told me I needed rear brakes, calipers, and suspension work totaling a pretty significant bill. Larsen's took the time to actually inspect everything and gave me a much more accurate picture. They confirmed the rear brakes were still in good shape (around 10mm), the control arm bushings were fine, and none of that additional work was needed right now. That kind of honesty is rare. They previously handled my front brake service, and everything was done right, no issues since. This time they also completed an alignment and oil service, both at fair prices. Mark was especially helpful throughout the process. He clearly explained what was actually needed versus what could wait, and didn't try to upsell anything. I never felt rushed or pressured, just informed. Bonus points to him since he's a fellow Atlanta Braves fan! If you're looking for a shop that will diagnose correctly, communicate clearly, and not recommend unnecessary work, Larsen's is a solid choice, especially if you have a BMW or higher-mileage vehicle and want straightforward, trustworthy guidance.
