I'm writing this review because I want to warn others before they make the same expensive mistake I did. I drove it home and within three days several serious problems became obvious: - The frame has clear evidence of previous accident damage and substandard repair (uneven gaps, paint overspray on undercarriage components, weld marks that were poorly hidden). - The airbags had been deployed and replaced with aftermarket units (no disclosure). - There is a very strong vibration/shimmy at highway speeds that gets worse above 65 mph -- almost certainly bent rim(s) and/or damaged suspension components from the wreck. - The Carfax (which I ran myself after purchase) shows it was declared a total loss / salvage title in CA two years ago. The dealership never mentioned salvage, rebuilt, or flood history. They denied any of this and refused to fix or take the car back, this place is a complete FRAUD read more

Great experience and wasn't pressured at all. Pauline was great to work with and always answered my calls. She kept me up to date with whatever they had in stock and held the car for me while I drove over an hour to get there. Hanna was a pleasure to talk to and he even offered me some creatine and pre workout to go to the gym while they cleaned up some residue I pointed out. This place is a scam. I made an appointment today with Jazmin to take a look at a 2019 Tesla Model S they had for sale on their website and wasted two hours of my busy day for horrible customer service and lies. Once my family and I arrived there were only two people working one was helping other customers and another was on the phone so we waited. Understandable since it's a smaller dealer and not much staff on Sunday. Once the gentleman was off the phone and asked us how he can help, I let him know I had an appointment to take a look at the car they had for sale. After I told him year, make, model he proceeded to let us know the car isn't on their lot and it's getting a new windshield and there's nothing he can do come back tomorrow. Also proceeded to talk negatively about his employee saying she should have known better than to make an appointment etc. As we were talking the gentleman receives another phone call holds up his finger and asks us to wait again. He's on the phone for another 10 minutes while we're just waiting there. Finally the gentleman is of the phone and I asked okay. "How flexible are you on the price of the vehicle?" He then proceeds to talk about how they aren't making anything on the vehicle and are selling at a loss already etc. I said okay let me know what's the total price of the car at the listed price minus the 4k federal rebate at point of sale, with title, tax, and fees. He then proceeds to tell us "well.. the 4k incentive we apply it as a down payment for you to help you out and you have to purchase a 5.5k protection package with the car. It includes floor mats, Tesla charger, windshield replacement with warranty for three years etc" and proceeded to say that you can't buy the car without the protection package. My family and I were laughing inside like really? 5.5k bogus add on fee? It just defeats the purpose of the 4k point of sale credit. You can buy those accessories and repair the window two times and still have $$ left over. Most insurance policies will even cover windshield repairs/replacements. In all honesty stay away from this dealer. They won't honor their advertised prices or keep their words. They're just trying to bait you in with the low prices but the vehicles end up costing more than other reputable dealers after their bogus fees. read more

I called autohon and spoke to Sandy,she let me know that we would work the delivery out. She never told me the price so I assumed it would be $69. When the vehicle got to my house the price for the vehicle went up $1,000, I still wanted the vehicle for my son so I continued with the purchase as I was ready the contract they increased the price again $700 for a first time buyer even if I was purchasing it the excuse they gave me was because my son is on the contract. Now for the final insult they told me the delivery was $360. I still purchased the vehicle because my son wanted it. For anyone that reads this beware of this company of scammers. read more
