These people work here and deal with Amazon returns all day long and am pretty sure they know the rules for each return. Once a customer doesn't like what they hear they decide to criticize the employee. I'm including the actual return instructions with this response for anyone who may be unfamiliar with how the different Amazon return options work. Hopefully, this helps clarify the difference between "no box needed" and a return that requires the customer to have the item boxed and sealed.
