I understand that employees have long days and may be eager to go home, but customers rely on the posted hours when planning their visits. Closing early is frustrating and wastes customers' time, fuel, and effort. I hope the owner is aware that the store is not conhonoring its advertised hours. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive the service I needed, and the overall experience was very disappointing.
