These guys are awesome, is an understatement. I am from Spokane, Washington, and finding a performance sports coupe with all wheel drive is a must for winter up here. I already knew which kind of car I wanted, now I had to find a reputable place. I spoke with Irfan, Ziam, and Christian. They all three helped me on numerous occasions about the specific vehicle I was looking for, in addition to numerous questions I had about the vehicle, which is a 2009 Audi S5 v8 prestige (the exact type of car I wanted, and needed. Natural aspiration for reliability, awd for winter, and luxury and performance for, well, fun). They were all extremely knowledgeable about the car, and most dealers, and especially "salespeople" do not know how intricate these specialty vehicles can be. They are extremely intricate, and extremely complicated as far as the engineering goes, and what potential problems can occur, and these guys knew all the details, off the top of their heads (not having to "look up" one of my many questions). This gave me piece of mind that I was buying my car, from people who not only love cars, but know about the intricate details about them. I had looked at over 20 different dealers, THROUGHOUT the country! And these guys, bar-none, had the best lineup of affordable vehicles, and could inform you of all the details about the vehicle and things to pay attention to as the vehicle ages. Irfan was spot on, on telling me things I should look at and pay attention to about my car. Ziam and Christian were also spot on with their knowledge as I had bolstered them all with numerous phone calls and question after question. I don't just purchase a car from anywhere, and anyone who deals with me is going to get everything asked about the vehicle and its engineering and what things I can stay on top of, to make sure the longevity of the vehicle. The things they have helped me with, and continue to help me with, if I have any question, I call them first, their customer service is by far the best I have dealt with, and like I said, I talked to numerous and dealt with numerous salespeople/owners ect for this specific vehicle. They were upfront and honest with me about any flaw on the vehicle, and when I arrived in town, Cristian was on top of everything making sure the second I stepped off the plane, a car was waiting to pick me up. The sales process with Christian went very smoothly, and there was no pressure whatsoever, throughout the entire process. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a performance vehicle, or any vehicle for that matter. Thanks guys. read more

I can't express enough gratefulness that I found Autoamore before making a purchase. I originally was using Carfax and was ready to go buy a car but thank God I ended up checking yelp first. Most of the dealerships on Fulton seem to be all scam artists with horror stories on their yelp reviews, where they get on and bash every reviewer that gave a negative review. So I switched my searching to look for the best Dealerships in the Sac Area. Automore wasn't number one, but the other dealerships didn't have good car selections. So I made it to Autoamore and found some really nice cars. What I didn't know is I also had found a dealership with really nice staff. It's rare to see good customer service in Sacramento (I'm from Monterey where the customer is king), but Autoamore has the BEST customer service. The owner, Irfan, will answer your phone calls during any part of the day... and actually returns your calls in a timely manner if he does miss you. He's also more than eager to help you with any problems. They really understand the power of good customer service and word of mouth. About a week after buying my car from them, a 09 Lincoln MKS, I ended up having a battery issue and couldn't start my car about a week later. Turns out my car had been on their lot for a few months during the Hot summer and the battery terminal corroded (not something the dealership or me thought to look at when inspecting under the hood (no oil anywhere btw)). Now Autoamore staff repeatedly told me if there were any problems, just give them a call. I figured that was BS salesman speak, but sure enough, when I gave them a call that morning, they were ready and willing to send a mechanic to my house to take a look at the car. I ended up calling my emergency road side service because I wanted to make it into work earlier than the Autoamore mechanic would have been able to arrive. Roadside assistance told me about the corroded battery terminal and that I would need a new one, although the battery still had good life in it. I called Autoamore to let them know the issue and they said they would fix it for me for free. On top of that, they hooked me up with a temporary ride so I didn't have to rent a car or take Uber to work. And to top it all off, when I picked up the car, they threw in a new battery for me. I can't say enough about the customer service at Autoamore. Check it out and I guarantee you'll feel the same. P.S. Raider fans, ask for Christian, he might hook it up with the black hole discount; you got to know your stuff though! read more

I my son's car was totaled in an accident and I was having a terrible time with used car shopping. Couldn't find anything in town for the amount we received from the insurance company and what little I had saved. Then Geico sent me an email with a link to their auto buying website they Truecar. We searched and cane across Autoamore. Their selection of nice cars and goid prices looked interesting but I was still skeptical because it was all the way in Sacramento and we live in Stockton. My son talked me into going just to kook so we did. We met Christian there and he wasn't like the pressure salesmen we met before. He was just informative and there to answer our questions. We saw an Infinity M45 in our price range and Christian informed us about their diligence and he assured us the car was mechanically ready to go and that if for some reason we had any issues we could call him. I chose to trust him and we drove the car home. Unfortunately, on the way back to Stockton from Sacramento the service engine soon light came on. I thought oh crap, here we go. I panicked. Took the car to the local dealership for complete diagnostic tests and everything was fine except one big issue...the car needed dual catalytic converters!! Not a small problem! So, I called Christian to tell him I was disappointed, I knew it was my problem, and that I just wanted to let him know I was disappointed. Surprisingly, he reassured me that Autoamore was not that kind of place and asked me to bring the car back for complete repair. We took it back and they did fix the car at no cost to me. The staff there was supportive and kind and today we are very happy with our car and I will but my next used car from them with no doubts! read more

Autoamore is by far one of the best most knowledgeable dealerships I have ever come across. As a dealership amidst many others out there that "say" they will do something and never follow through. Not with Autoamore and there team! They did everything and more that they said from the beginning of contact. They gave me an incredible and immaculate Bmw 328xi. It needed a few minor parts that I was willing to take care of but Irfan insisted on ordering the parts and installing them at no charge. He wants customers to drive off the lot with a car that you are proud of! No run around and not to mention they went above and beyond with the pricing of the car and got me into my first Bmw. I was a little timid tbh but because bmws are known for being difficult but I saw they have Bmw certified techs that give all the cars inspections they know exactly what needs to be done in order to make a buyer feel comfortable and most importantly safe. EVERYONE I have come in contact with at this dealership is super nice and pleasant and honest. No shady talk at all. Honest good people that run a honest caring dealership. They know there cars and are beyond fair. They took my trade in well over what I was getting quotes for at larger dealerships. Tells you a lot about how some of these large brand dealers run. Thank you Autoamore and staff. You all made me a lifer for sure!! I can't wait for a few more years to come purchase another solid Bmw ;) read more

I bought my car (05 Volkswagen passat) from autoamore a few months ago. When I was buying the car all the employees were very nice and helpful. One employee even told me they would run a carfax on another car I was interested in that was not at there dealership. They really seemed like they wanted to help me find a good car. Not just a good car from them, but a good car in general. After I bought my passat I did have a couple problems with it. It was nothing major. Just little things like the driver side door not unlocking when I use the button on my keys. I purchased the warranty for my car and brought it in for them to look at some of the problems I was having (again, it was nothing major, but since I had the warranty I figured I would bring it in anyways). None of my problems were included in the warranty, however they were still nice enough to help me. They spent about 3 hours on my car looking at problems and presenting me possible solutions. Like I said there was no major issues. But it was really nice of them to look at my car and diagnose all the problems for free. It turns out that they sold me a very good car, it is just an older car and had a little wear and tear which is to be expected. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for good service and a good car. They really take their time with their customers and do the most to make sure they leave happy! read more

My wife and I have been looking for a second generation Chevy Volt and I saw one here at Autoamore on the internet, I drove out here and met Christian, took the car for a test drive, and liked it very much. I did go to other dealers before and after coming here, I can't say I found any other Volts that I liked better, so I returned with my wife to drive it a second time and we decided to buy it, but the price and terms were just a little more than we were comfortable with. Christian and the other people at this dealership put the time in to get us a deal we WERE comfortable with, I had told them what my max payment and acceptable interest rate was, and that I'd just put off purchasing another car until I could afford things under my terms, everyone was super nice, not pushy in any way what so ever, but in the following week they explored different avenues to find me the best deal they could, and they found it! We went and picked up our new car last night, and it's a beautiful ride. I have purchased many cars over the years, and have had some of my angriest moments in life at car dealerships, so I was EXTREAMLY impressed with this deal, and all the great people that took part in making sure I would have the best experience possible. I give them 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, and a big thanks! I will defiantly come here 1st for my next car buying experience. read more

I had written a negative review about Autoamore back in July or August 2017 because of a horrific experience I had with buying a car from Autoamore. I had bought a car that had issues that cost me a bundle. The owners said they were unaware of the problems with that car and have since changed their policies when something goes wrong with a car that they had no knowledge of. We talked and talked about it and I was satisfied with the outcome. Well, after I got the car repaired and happy again, thanks to the owners, less than 6 months later an uninsured driver hit me and totaled my car out! Devastated wasn't the word. Crushed is more like it. However, my insurance paid me more for the car than what I had bought it for, so Autoamore truly sells their vehicles below what they could get for them. Also, I had to cancel the 60 month warranty after only 14 months and when I told Irfan what had happened they gave me back every dime of the canceled contract that I bought for the totaled out car. They lived up to being a car company of their word and went all out to give me my money back for an accident they had nothing to do with. Again, Autoamore lived up to their word by showing honesty and integrity in a very complex car sales situation. read more

As a car buyer you go in knowing what you want as well as having many questions and concerns. Well I stopped by and was greeted by several staff which made me feel very comfortable. This was my second time visiting and I have to say the last time I visited they didn't have as much availability in cars I mean WOW! My salesman was Christian. He made everything so easy and smooth. Within minutes I had my heart set in the car I was going to purchase and the next thing I know I'm taking it for a spin. It was the perfect car for me. Had all the features I was looking for, great condition, clean, and awesome price. As we sat down and I started to ask questions I noticed a Sense of friendliness it didn't feel like I was purchasing a car! Everything was so casual yet very professional! Christian probably repeated one thing that I am so grateful for, which was if I ever had any issues or concerns I would be able to reach him anytime!! Thank you so much Christian I've been driving my car for about 15 days and I'm so happy with my purchase no regrets at all!! Thank you for making everything so smooth and easy for us!! Looking forward to doing business with you again!!!! read more

Autoamore is the place to go if you're looking for a reliable and well priced used car. Irfan, Rahan, and all the others on the team make me feel like family when I call or show. Not only is their customer service impeccable by greeting us, they offer water, TV, sodas, magazines, etc. My brother bought a BMW about three years ago and Irfan made sure it would withstand the test of time, even though there was a part of the car that needed replacing. He took it upon himself to order and replace the part in a timely manner so it would still happen under warranty. I bought a Suzuki SX4 (2008 or 9) over two years ago so I could commute from Sac to UC Davis 6x a week and it runs like it did first day. The gas mileage is great, it's sporty and light, and it was a steal with the low price. Whenever I needed an oil change or check engine light was on (because I didn't close the gas cap right), Irfan or Rahan made sure I was worked into the schedule. I love this place, recommend it to everyone I know looking for a car, and will definitely be back. You all are awesome! Thank you for all you've done for me. 11/10. read more

I was lucky enough to find these guys and I am so glad I did. Their customer service surpassed any that I have had before. I had been looking for a specific car, Toyota Prius and was have a hard time 1. finding the car 2. finding a salesperson who did not talk down to be because I am a woman. Both Erfan and Zaim were very helpful and it was such a positive experience I have already started to recommend them to people I know and even some strangers. They are first on my list if anyone in my family is car hunting. They really went above and beyond to accommodate us. Zaim even drove to pick me up from a mall and I was delayed but he was easy going about it. By the time were were done the shopping experience it felt like we were part of a big family. I traveled from Richmond B.C. to car shop. and it was worth it. All of the people at this shop are friendly, professional, very polite and good listeners, which is a big deal if you are planning to buy a car. My elderly parents are telling their friends as well as they experienced it with me. read more

To the Autoamore family and folks who are looking to buy a like-new, quality pre-owned car- These guys are phenomenal! Everyone on Autoamore team had only positive vibes and the utmost sincerity. Irfan, Zaim, Rehan, THANK YOU! I have never received better service at any other business venue, restaurant, store, you name it. I brought my mother along with me, Irfan and the staff made sure she was taken care off without hesitation. After a recent year-long trip from being out of the country, I was looking for an eco-friendly and reliable vehicle within my budget. The lot had an array of cars to choose from, Rehan and the team diligently analyzed my quandary and gave me their best and sincere advice on a right car for me. I ended up with a near-perfect 2005 Jetta PZEV (partial zero emission vehicle) that gets near 30mpg, and for a price I couldn't deny. To any one looking for a used car in the area, LOOK NO FURTHER. I highly recommend these guys, and will be recommending them to anyone who is looking to buy a car soon. Thanks, fellas! read more

I just bought a 06 Honda Civic Coupe from these fine gentlemen, and I think my coworkers, my friends, my boyfriend, and my family can attest to this: I haven't shut up about how great these guys are since I drove my beautiful baby home almost a week and a half ago. I was having panic attacks while thinking about the daunting task of buying a new car, because I was so afraid of how a dealership would treat me. Turns out, I was worrying for no reason. Zaim was very friendly, helpful, and funny, which immediately put me at ease. He didn't push me into purchasing a more expensive vehicle. I knew what I wanted, he knew what I wanted; and he didn't push to try and sell me something I wouldn't absolutely love. These guys are super honest and straight-forward. They worked seamlessly with my own finance company, and made the whole experience quick and painless. My advice to anyone who has been burned in the past by car dealerships: Give Autoamore a try. You'll be really, really glad you did. read more

I had come across the AutoAmore website and they had a 1991 Honda Civic EX in mint condition. I called to inquire as I used to own that exact year and model vehicle and was amazed to see it in their inventory. I live in Colorado and I had never gone through the car buying process for an out-of-state vehicle. To make a long story short, I purchased the vehicle and throughout the entire process, Irfan and Zaim were excellent to do business with from start to finish. They are young professionals and very upbeat, positive, and energetic, and it was a great car-buying experience. The communication was fantastic and they always took the time to answer all my questions. Thank you Irfan and Zaim! Keep buying those older models in great condition, as you will have people like me that are looking for that long lost car that they loved from the past, and thought they would never find one like it again.--A very satisfied customer--Laura M. read more

I have never added a review to any business before, but Christian at AutoAmore's service and professionalism compelled me to do so. He was completely no pressure about things, very clear, and very willing to listen about concerns I had, and really wanted to make things right. He spent more time with me than I would have ever expected, and the car I purchased was in great shape. I would highly recommend this business to folks looking for a quality used vehicle. The service to me has been excellent. When they learned that I came by train 2 hours away, they called and set me up with an Uber back to the train station on their dime. I would never have expected that. They also patiently listened to my concerns about the corvette and offered at no extra cost to fix the problems. Even though I did travel 2 hours both ways to see the vehicle, it's quality and that of the staff made it well worth it!!! read more

I purchased a Toyota Sienna from Autoamore in November of 2018 and have enjoyed driving it since. However, in January of this year, it developed a problem that my long-time regular mechanic could not pin down the cause of. So I called Irfan at Autoamore an asked if their mechanic would check it out and see if he could narrow down the problem. Even though I purchased the vehicle "As Is" and they were under no obligation to do anything for me, they agreed to see what they could do. We set a date and time for me to bring it in and as agreed their mechanic wasted no time in analyzing and repairing the problem. As I stated in a previous review, If you want a no-hassle, friendly and professional dealership to buy your next car from, I suggest you come here first, You won't be disappointed. Great customer service that goes way beyond the norm today. Thanks again, Matt! read more

Was looking for a cheap commuter car to reduce the wear and tear on my truck, found Autoamore through craigslist, their prices were competitive with private sellers and I took a gamble on an old BMW 330i they had for sale at well under book. I went in to this purchase eyes open, there's no such thing as a cheap BMW, but so far, nothing, not even a warning light. However they do it, they seem to find good vehicles and good prices and their customer service is the best I've seen in a dealership, smiling, happy, helpful and even fixed things in the car I didnt even notice before delivery really went over and above in every respect. Coming up to 1000 miles in the BMW now, the truck is resting happily in my driveway, quietly rusting away because I get to work 15 minutes faster in the BMW, that still has absolutely nothing wrong. read more

Sometimes you come across a Business that really impresses you. This little Gem We found yesterday. Low pressure, they were extremely professional with every question we had. I came back the next day to make a purchase. Our Salesman Chris was very considerate, helpful with all the paperwork. The Owner was there and went way out of his way to introduce himself. Irfan made me feel very welcome, and confirmed any questions I had with care and understanding. Zaim helped me with the type of Oil to use on my new vehicle. I would recommend this Dealer to ANYONE that needs a great vehicle at a great price. The Mechanic even went out of his way to put my personal plate holder on my new SUV. They went way out of there way to accommodate me and I am so happy with my new vehicle. Thank you so much. We will be back again!!!!! read more

I seen a listing for a curtain car I found online and gave them a call sat morning. Later that day I meet up with them on a strict time crunch due to prior obligations over an hour away. I test drove the car and found a few minor issues (very petty). They were going to jump on the car and fix the issues right away. I talked to them about it and we agreed on a cash price OTD. I had my wife and kids with me and they were getting very hungry. I asked them if I can run and grab lunch while they got the paper work ready. I was gone maybe 15 min and they were waiting on me to do papers and get me out. I was and still amazed on the quality and professionalism of the employees here. I will recommend these guys to anyone. Who is looking for a awesome clean reliable car at a awesome price. A+++ to these guys !!!!! read more

I went down there yesterday to buy my first vehicle from a dealership and it was the most positive and perfect experience that I've ever had with any kind of major transaction. Christian Velazquez was my guy and he helped me with every single thing that I could possibly need and answered all the questions that I had. While still being trusting and allowing me to take as long as I needed to make my final decision. He truly knows what he's doing and made me as comfortable as can be while at the same time creating a beautiful connection there. If I ever need another vehicle or somebody that I know does I'm sending them straight to him and the lovely people down at autoamore to create the most positive experience possible.
