Didn't honor a 3 year battery warranty return. Instead wanted to charge me for a new battery.

Napa is very unprofessional, use Amazon instead…read more I ordered some spark plugs online for pickup at the Middleton warehouse store. This was on Tuesday and the email confirmation said that they would notify me when the items were ready. This was for an in-store-pick-up. They never notified me. I called on Thursday and the boy who answered said orders are ready 10 minutes after you place them online, so mine should be ready, come by and pick it up. I went to pick it up on Friday and was told there was no record of my order and they don't have the items in stock. They deleted my order! This destroyed my plans to fix my motor on Saturday. Napa is not worth it. I will not shop there again, EVER!

Before agreeing to work on a friend's car, I decided to call NAPA to ensure that they had the…read moreproper parts for the job. The employee on the phone was VERY helpful and helped me feel confident that I made the right choice in dealing with them for the job. When I arrived, I looked around and was able to find most of what I was looking for. As I made my way to the counter, I figured getting the rest of the parts would be a quick 5 minute process. Strike one. The kid behind the counter was most likely a new hire, so I gave him a bit of a break. I told him what I was looking for, and he wrote down the key aspects of what I was saying. Normally that would be a good thing, but I was able to see what he was writing. Just as any other normal control freak would do, I watched what he was writing to ensure that he was going to bring me the correct parts for the job. Here's where strikes 2 and 3 showed up. If you work at a store that specializes in car parts, you should at least know about the makes and models of cars. For example, if a customer is asking about a Hyundai Elantra, you're going to want to know how to spell Hyundai as well as Elantra. When I saw him write down "Hounday Alantra", I lost all faith in this employee. My "short visit" turned out to be a 45 minute stop. I've shopped here in the past, and will most likely return in the future, but this has little to do with the staff. This facility always has what I'm looking for and is open fairly late to accomodate those times when you begin working on a car and either have forgotten to pick something up or have that untimely accident.

I wish I can give no star rating. I went to this store on 12/22/21 to purchase an engine filter and…read moreended up buying a dash cam. Employees were rude and had attitudes. Upon checking out the employee told me the credit/debit machines weren't working and that he had to run my card in the back.(He looked like he was under the influence of something) Upon being back there for about 5-10 minutes which was strange(but we all now why he was back there for so long) he came back with my card and a receipt. About two hours later I got a fraud alert text message sent to me by my bank and I thought it was by accident so I checked my bank app. $80 was stolen to make purchases on Apple.com. I called Apple to ask for a name whom did this but couldn't due to privacy but could tell me it was a male. I reached out to the store manager the next day and he assured me he would call me back. Nine months later I still haven't heard from him. So that tells me he is aware of the illegal practices going on at that store and doesn't care that a THEIF works for them. The same employee who stole money from me was also working at the Cromwell Walmart at the time. I spent over $100 there and needless to say I will never be back at this store. I didn't press charges because I was able to get the funds returned to me by Apple
