However, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly HONEST. Another shop told us it was the transmission, but WT took the time to properly diagnose the issue and found it was something else-without trying to overcharge us. When that one didn't pull up anything he tried another scanner, all the while standing patiently in a freezing cold parking lot. When THAT one didn't produce a result he advised I have a mechanic do a more detailed diagnostic, possible an ECM issue. Didn't try to sell me a battery, or cat cleaner. So nice to have CAR guys, not just SALES people, at this store.

Mopar had a package to get 2 oil changes for $100.. yup all over that. My service advisor was Mike F & he is awesome! I mentioned that my key fob needed battery and immediately took care of it for me & replaced it. I have some warranty work that needs to be done and he had technician look at and he ordered the parts. Unfortunately they no longer sell Fiats so they can't do it there but he went so far as to call where I did buy the car and had them order the parts. First class guy who offered first class service! They work on all cars so call and talk to my new friend Mike and they will make sure they have the oil you need!

The day after, the message appeared twice-once in the morning and later that night. Of course I was puzzled and spoke with my daughter after putting air in the tire again. She suggested I take the car to a tire store, get it plugged because obviously I had a nail in it; it would be cheaper. I knew I could not afford to purchase another tire for the truck at that moment. I spoke with my granddaughter and she convinced me to take it back to the dealership since I'd always talked about how I always received great service with them. I called North Haven Volvo and made an appointment and was seen that day. My son took my car since I was unable to get off from work and I told him to ask for Steve since that was who I initially spoke with. My son took my car and they found a 2 inch screw lodged inside the tire. My son was told had I driven on it a few more hours, the tire would have burst. Because the tire was still under warranty, they replaced the bad tire with a brand new tire and I was not charged for the labor or the tire! AMAZING!!!!! Later on that afternoon, I received a follow-up call to see if I was pleased with the service and if I was experiencing any problems. I initially had a mobile service mount and balance the tires. Had some really bad shaking of the wheel so I took it to Middlebury Garage to check out what was happening. They are literally walking distance my house so its rather convenient. They remounted and rebalanced all 4 tires. It was still shaking a bit so I contacted them again and they were more than happy to take another look. It ended up being 3 of the 4 tires that I had were defective and even with the latest and greatest road force elite tire balancing system they were not able to get it to fully balance. They definitely put in their best effort and were honest enough to tell me that an alignment wasn't necessary because everything was already perfectly aligned. After getting new tires from the manufacturer everything has been perfect! Next time Im going to have Middlebury Garage mount and balance my tires from the start.
