An absolute phenomenal experience from start to finish! Honda of Chantilly is honestly one of the…read morereasons to love this area--and if I ever move away, I will gladly deal with the absolute nightmare of figuring out how to move the car to a different state just to buy from them again. The sales experience and quality of their Honda vehicles are unmatched. My sales associate, Saba L., was incredible. He listened to my needs, provided entirely stress-free solutions, and aligned every option perfectly with exactly what I was looking for in a car. Remarkably knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about getting to know his clients to deliver the best customer service. The entire staff is friendly, looks highly professional, and acts professional. On top of that, both the dealership itself and the car were completely pristine and clean. Amazing job! I visited in the late afternoon so my picture is not the greatest but do swing by the dealership and ask for Saba L (703) 928-1083

(1 out of 5 Stars)…read more Title: Unethical Bait-and-Switch: Greed Over Integrity at Honda of Chantilly "I am writing this to warn any out-of-state or long-distance buyers to be incredibly careful dealing with Honda of Chantilly. For the past few weeks, I have been working transparently with their sales team to purchase a 2018 VW Golf Alltrack Manual (Stock #HCTB046249A). I did all my homework perfectly: I secured an official Capital One Auto Navigator pre-approval, prepared a $3,000 cash down payment, and coordinated cross-country travel logistics to fly in from Texas. I received an official confirmation from them listing the vehicle at $16,458 all-in. The sales staff explicitly stated that the internet price was firm and carried zero hidden dealer add-ons or markups. Because the car was stuck in 'reconditioning,' they told me they could not legally take a deposit or print the final buyer's order until the shop signed off. I patiently waited while they held the car hostage in the service bay. Today, the service manager called me. Instead of finalizing the deal we had been building for weeks, they informed me that due to high national interest in the car, they were arbitrarily jacking up the price. The manager tried to pressure me into paying a sudden markup, giving me a dismissive 'first-come, first-served' ultimatum. Right after the call, I checked their live website. They deliberately went in and scratched out the original price, hiking the base vehicle price up to $17,988 ($18,339 all-in on third-party sites). They deliberately edited their public site to force a $3,000 premium on a car we had already shaken hands on, hoping I would panic-buy. It is deeply disappointing that a major franchise dealership operates with such a complete lack of ethics. They waited until a long-distance buyer was fully committed just to pull a high-pressure bait-and-switch. At Honda of Chantilly, corporate greed speaks much louder than integrity and honor. I walked away from the deal on principle. Buyers beware."

Ourisman Chantilly Toyota - Check engine light 2 days after buying it

Ourisman Chantilly Toyota

WOW PATRICK IS ALL THAT AND MORE…read more After misplacing a car key which required the vehicle to be towed, I contacted Toyota dealerships in Camp Springs, MD and Alexandria, VA, where I learned there was a major backlog and that the key had been discontinued for select models. Faced with limited options, MOM strongly recommended that my vehicle be towed to Patrick at Ourisman Chantilly Toyota, an advisor she trusts and that recommendation proved invaluable. Over the past year, my experiences with several service representatives at other dealerships had unfortunately been marred by unprofessionalism, unresponsiveness, poor communication, and little to no follow-through, so expectations were guarded. This vehicle holds significant sentimental value for MOM following the loss of Tonya, my sister, on June 28, 2024; Tonya left explicit instructions that the car be taken to Patrick for any care needs, making trust essential. Patrick was prompt, genuine, and immediately put us at ease with his warm, contagious smile; he took ownership of our concern, proactively contacted a locksmith due to the discontinued key, proposed practical solutions, and followed through on every commitment. He also went above and beyond by offering a complimentary ride from my MOM's home to pick up a loaner and ensuring the vehicle was well cared for, including routine maintenance and attention to an intermittent issue. One word to summarize MOM's experience: "WOW!" If you're looking for an advisor who truly shows up for customers, Patrick is the one.

Buyers beware - do not trust Poya !…read more He's one of the managers and he seems like a great guy when he's trying to sell you a car. He convinced us that the thorough used car inspection process was when I could trust. We purchased a car and driving home start having issues with the brakes, reached out we're told to come in, they take care of it. Next day, power steering stopped working. When we brought the car in, we were told this is a used car with no warranty. We asked for a copy of the state safety inspection and were refused a copy. If the truck passed inspection, why wouldn't they share the copy? The ridiculousness continues when Poya told me, the head of their service department doesn't have a single technician comfortable working on a Chevrolet truck power steering. It's a power steering pump any apprentice mechanic can fix this. I emplored Poya, to do the right thing. Plus, he knew we were there to buy a second car. He refused to help. I made a terrible mistake of trusting a used car sales manager. I thought the Ourisman name meant something reputable. Thanks to Poya I know differently. Made advice if you're looking for a used car buy it somewhere else. If you're looking for a new car, buy it from the salesman Amen, Toyota will stand behind that Warranty you don't have to worry about Poya's word. I'm Jim Fenwick if our a customer or potential customer and you'd like to talk to me about this review and my experience, feel free to call me at 713-484-9855 or email me at Jimfenwick@yahoo.com I'm a straight shooter. Since I was so angry with this location, their employees, the managers, I decided to escalate it…read moreand surprisingly, THAT DID NOTHING. Kirk responded to me who is the one that I contacted when this all happened and he ended up beating me to a conversation with Kyle and claimed everything was taken care of. Kirk responded to my Corporate message saying "sorry you were disappointed as a measure of good will...". These people have to learn what "goodwill" really means. It means that you actually go out of your way to make things better. NOT that the customer is furious because you all do nothing right, you have zero clue how to fix it and because the customer demands things, then you say okay fine. Even after Kyle said "sorry we have to make a profit too." I cannot wait until the day that I switch vehicles and I never have to deal with this location ever again. You would think speaking to a manager would be helpful, them two may be worse than the clueless car salesman Jordan!

Do not EVER do business with any Ted Britt dealership - especially Chantilly Ford…read more I don't use the word "misogynistic" lightly, but after repeatedly being ignored while the manager, Hassan Yousufi, directed every substantive answer to my husband - even after being explicitly told I was the buyer - I don't know how else to describe the experience. It was demeaning, insulting and completely unacceptable.   I was shopping for a 2026 black EcoBoost Mustang convertible and had done extensive research before ever stepping into the dealership. I knew exactly what I wanted, understood the market, and had already begun negotiating over the phone.   My initial interactions with Gleb were fine. Unfortunately, everything changed when the manager, Hassan Yousufi, became involved.   From the very beginning of our conversation, I made it explicitly clear that I was buying the car, I was making every purchasing decision, and my husband was simply accompanying me. He is not a car enthusiast, was not involved in the negotiations, and was there solely as a spectator.   Despite being told this directly, Hassan repeatedly directed his responses to MY questions to my husband instead of me. Every time I asked a question, he turned to my husband to answer. He might briefly glance in my direction, but his attention consistently returned to the man sitting beside me--as though my questions somehow required his approval. It was disrespectful, dismissive, and incredibly unprofessional. I walked into the dealership as a well-informed customer, ready to spend $50K on a new Mustang. Instead of being treated like the buyer, I was treated like I was invisible.   In 2026, there is simply no excuse for salespeople to assume the man in the room is the decision-maker after being explicitly told otherwise. If your sales staff cannot respect who the customer actually is, they have no business working in sales.   Buying a car should be an exciting experience. Instead, Ted Britt turned it into one of the most frustrating dealership interactions I've ever had. There are plenty of other dealerships that know how to treat customers with respect. I bought my car from a dealer in Maryland with a great price and respectful salespeople. This is even worse because Ted Britt Chantilly is the closest dealer to me. I would have been a life long customer since I always bring my cars to the dealer. But Ted Britt lost out on the sale - plus life long service. Their loss.

Be warned. Ted Britt Lincoln is not customer focused and you will not receive a loaner vehicle…read moredespite their promises. https://www.tedbrittlincolnofchantilly.com/pickup-and-delivery.html Over the past several months, I have repeatedly attempted to resolve a warranty issue that requires my vehicle to remain in the shop for 3-4 days. Despite this, Ted Britt Lincoln has consistently failed to provide a loaner vehicle--something that should be standard for a Black Label client. Most recently, my vehicle was in their shop for four days, and again, no loaner was provided. This time (for the same issue) I have been waiting for more than 2 months to obtain an appointment that can be accompanied by a loaner vehicle. I have heard estimates from multiple people, from 2 weeks to 4 months to obtain such an option. Ted Britt Lincoln does not take customer service seriously. The complete lack of communication and follow-up from key service staff. Service Advisor Brandyn Spece, Service Director Michael Darlin, and Lincoln Director Michael Britt have not responded to any of my emails or returned any of my phone calls. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable from any service department--let alone one representing the Black Label brand.

Recently purchased a Navigator and took it to this location in the morning to request "The Works"…read morediagnostic and to address an issue with the passenger massage chair. I was told that the diagnostic could take 2-4 days (really?). The Service Manager would not provide any specific details as to why it would take that long to run diagnostics. I went against my better judgement and dropped off the car and I was not offered a loaner vehicle. Later that evening, I checked my car's location via navigation and it was sitting in the parking lot. After 24 hours, I followed up with the Service Manager and was told that a technician was looking at the vehicle and they would provide me with an update. So I checked my navigation/location and my car was in the EXACT same spot in the parking lot. I never received any updates after reaching out. Again, I waited patiently until the next morning and tried to contact the Service Manager again. I tried to call, and was on hold for 40 minutes when the system hung up on me (timed out?). Also, my car was still in the EXACT same spot in the parking lot (no movement for two days!). I decided to take off work to drive to the service department and called again on my way. Someone from another department picked up and said she couldn't locate the Service Manager and I could leave a message, so I left a message stating I was driving in to get a status. I arrived to the Service Department and to my surprise, I saw the Service Manager sitting with a colleague chatting and having a good conversation. This is just 8 minutes after I was told they couldn't locater the Service Manager. I asked for a status update from the Service Manager and she said it would take a couple of days. I asked her specifically why it would take that long and she wouldn't answer my question but kept repeating that it would take two days. After a few iterations with the same response from her, she finally committed to having someone look at the car right away and have it ready by the end of the day but said they wouldn't be able to look at the massage chair function Funny, I thought she said someone had already looked at the car even though it never moved from its parking spot from day 1. You can draw your own conclusions there. I decided to let them proceed with "The Works" diagnostic and pick it up that afternoon. When I got home, I checked my vehicle's location and finally saw it had moved through the Ford Service lane/department. She emailed in the afternoon saying the car was ready and I went and picked up the car. She offered no apologies or expressed any acknowledgement of the delays and inconvenience. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but when the data shows a lack of effort or honesty, I want to share my experience in case it may help others. I have owned many cars in my life from affordable to luxury and this is by far the WORST customer service I have seen or experienced. Hope this review helps folks make an informed decision when deciding to visit this Service Department.
