You can tell this location is locally owned and operated. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They help when you call in (as I had to, last week) and help when you just stop by to see what is available (as I had to last night). They were able to book me in the next day to look at my alarm system and the cost to fix is substantially lower than I originally expected (including labour costs). This morning when I dropped off my car, I couldn't help but overhear the conversation the receptionist was having with the person in front of me. A walk in customer went to a dealership to get a quote on an alarm system/starter and the dealership was going to charge for an "extended" warranty that was the same price as a new remote (if you ever had to replace it). The receptionist was delighted to help out and let her know what warranties were actually offered by the manufacturer themselves. She also helped her find a system that was within her budget. It was refreshing to hear a staff member be so open and honest with another customer and not bash the dealership at the same time. I really was blown away by how friendly she was to this person and continued to be with me (and the technician working on my car was super nice too!). I definitely recommend checking out this place for car stereos and alarm systems. They won't try to up sell on anything unless you want it or need it. I've gone to places before where techs have tried to sell me a new car stereo or alarm system when the current one is perfectly fine. The first technician I dealt with actually commented on how cool my current stereo is (although that's the next thing to be replaced) and didn't ask if I was looking to change it.
