Not even one year later the quarter panel has quite bad bubbling under the paint all along the upper wheel arch where they repaired it. Graham said its rust and its not his fault so no warranty. My car has only ever been driven in 2 winters and had no rust at all before the repair. Everyone I've shown it to thinks they should have fixed it and I feel the same. To all of us it was a failed repair. Sorry to say it ended up being a bad experience for me and I can no longer recomend going there.

Update: August 2, 2022. My mechanic noted that my right side front marker wasn't flush with the…read morebody of the car. I took a look at it, and that's when I noticed that there was damage to the plastic wheel well, which is why the marker wasn't sitting flush. I believe that this damage was done in May 2021, when my car was at Empire Collision, for repairs to the front bumper. Probably happened on one of the many times that they removed the front bumper. I contacted Mark, who handled my repairs back in May 2021. He suggested that I contact Mike, who is the manager at this location now, as Mark no longer worked at that location. It took two emails and two phone messages before Mike called me back. I brought my car in so that he can have a look at it. He proceeded to point out a hairline crack on my bumper and said that there was quite a bit of road rash underneath. I didn't even know about that hairline crack and I have never looked underneath my car. Regardless, I seriously doubt that either of them, would have caused the damage, that was done to the plastic wheel well. And I am sure that Mike can't seriously think that either. But instead of trying to help me with this, Mike used that to say it wasn't covered. I told Mike that I would change my online review, to which he replied with: "What do you want me to do? Give you a new car?" I tried to find anything about a warranty on their website and could not find a thing about it. I noticed another customer's review (Nolan Jensen's), whose experience sounds like mine. Especially the part where: "...some clips had clearly been torn out when they removed the bumper and were not repaired..." So all you readers you have been warned. Work done was not holding up and CLEARLY covered by warranty as per their documents provided. Started contacting May 11/23. May 12 reply confirmed the photos sent to them were warrantable repairs. 4-5 email not replied to after that. Take time off work to go to shop to be told "I can only take photos & get back to you next week" as no staff available on a fri morn. Holden verbally confirmed what he saw was covered by the warranty they provide on work. Multiple emails to follow up and June 30/23 told me they are "reviewing" with "short staffed" and priority is the "not driveable" customers (aka PAYING work) and will contact me next week. That was 3 weeks ago. NO customer service or integrity to follow up or cover clear warranty of their prior service. You will now see my vehicle in parking lots with sign in windshield telling you where to go for the Peeling and Cracking decals and paint you will see. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS ! If I could rate less than 5 stars I would.
