Thank you Costco for being too lazy and cheap to fix my tires. This is by far the best auto shop you'll ever walk into. If I could give them more stars, I would. After Costco tried to convince me to buy a new tire to replace my flat (my tire was already fairly new, barely driven on tire), I went here for my second opinion. They not only fixed my tire but even matched the rate, and gave me the free repair just like Costco was supposed to! It was extremely considerate of them. They also checked over my entire vehicle to confirm there were no other major problems. Just a some facts about the shop: The staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs. You can tell they're extremely knowledgable about the work they do. The service was quick and there's free snacks and wifi while you wait. There's an area for your kids to play in while you wait, and they're pet friendly. But the best part about this shop is how open they are to explaining the process of fixing your car. As someone who knows fairly little about cars, You will never get more involved with your car than now. I felt like I learned so much while being around Ben. He takes you into the shop and will literally show you your vehicle, and point out the problems as well as their solutions. It's almost like you're a interning mechanic. It's a great way to get involved and really understand what's going on with your car and understand what you're paying for. You don't have to be afraid to ask questions or be involved with the process. Also the shop takes plenty of pictures of your vehicle, and will give you updates in the report or through text so you can see where the problems are in the vehicle to record for later, or to just follow their progress. On top of that there's competitive pricing. Another family member went in with me and Ben was willing to price match or beat the tire prices of other competitors. He goes above and beyond to satisfy your needs, and provide you with a comforting, relaxed, and confident service. It was an amazing experience, and I was beyond impressed and satisfied with their business. I've already recommended this shop to a ton of friends and family, and I know I'll be coming here from now on if there are any problems with my car. read more

I have five cars among family and friends that I am responsible for servicing for 20+ years. I handle all basic maintenance and one level up but go to a mechanic if I don't have the skill or tools. For me, an HONEST and QUALITY mechanic is gold and Auto Stop Elite and Ben, the owner, are FORT KNOX ! The mechanics at Elite will properly diagnose the problem(s) and get the job done right the first time. Ben takes time to discuss in detail w/ his customer the problem(s) and options of repair. More than once, Ben has told me I could wait X months / Y miles before a repair/replacement is necessary. I have seen Ben interact with his customers and he knows them personally; what they want; and their skill level. Ben has given me exact information on what needs to be done for a repair that I can perform. He knows some car owners like doing their own work; others don't have the time or skill to work on their own cars. I came to Elite last week for A/C problem that another shop could not fix after guess work repairs and over $500 spent. They then took shot gun approach and said I needed all major components of A/C system replaced. I found out Ben opened a new shop; discussed the symptoms and guess work performed. Ultimately, Ben diagnosed and fixed the problem correctly and saved me $1,100. Aside from repairing the problem, they will do an overall inspection of the car for other issues and provide you detailed printout. There is never any pressure to get any work performed; just information. I appreciate the inspection b/c it informs me of potential safety issues in the cars that carry my family. read more

I'm a sports car car guy and have been my entire life, my current rides are a 1990 Mazda Miata and a 1991 Mazda RX-7. The Miata is fully upgraded, engine, suspension, brakes, intake, exhaust and more. Mazda came out with an upgraded alignment bolt system. I wanted it on my car and Ben and his crew made it happen, even aligning the car to the specs that I provided! Just driving home I could tell the difference, I can hardly wait for better weather to go to the track and auto cross. My kudos to the expertise of this great shop! The RX-7 needed a brake caliber replaced, which the shop did a great job with, but I still had some questions about brake pedal feel. When I spoke to Ben, he brought up an interactive display showing the exact working process of a brake master cylinder and patiently walked me through it. WOW! I never experienced this level of customer dedication in my entire life! Their facility it spotless and so well lit, you'd think that you were in an operating room. They provide light snacks and bottled water in their waiting room, a kiddies play room and WiFi. Ben and his wife own and run this business, so when you talk to them you'll get straight and true answers to your questions that they'll back up. The way things look to be going they'll have multiple locations in the coming years! Bottom line, is that Auto Shop Elite, is that rare facility that gives you what you pay for, cares about you and your car and is about creating relationships with their customers. read more

Excellent auto repair shop offering what I quickly learned was exceptional customer service, high quality work product and three year warranty on service work (note specifics). I was referred to shop by my sister who had auto work done by Brandon. Not only is Brandon a Rock Star, the business is full of rock stars. They all are incredibly knowledgeable exceptionally passionate and thorough. I asked them to address work on an old Toyota 4 runner and check recent work done. They found some issues with the recent work, articulating well what was required and customarily expected, that I was able to return to the previous shop to fix without cost. Things I would not have been aware of if I did not have Brandon's reference but would have created major auto issues and costs by being unaware. I wanted the rock star crew at Auto Stop to address additional work needed which they did with efficiency, quality and timeliness. Repeatedly impressed by the service I have received at Auto Stop Elite. The shop is incredibly clean and well equipped, the waiting area is comfortable with WiFi, snacks/water, a nice kids play area. The communication has been top notch, with consistent and clear updates on the admittedly difficult repairs I've brought my vehicles to them to have troubleshot/performed. The email I got with pictures and a vehicle health report was an awesome touch and one I really appreciate. I'm a former mechanic, and a car enthusiast. I've had trouble finding a trustworthy shop in the past that would tell it like it is and do good work. We received information from another automotive dealer for services needed on our SUV, and decided to get a second opinion with Auto Stop Elite. Their lobby was clean and inviting, and we were met with wonderful customer service that was knowledgable, friendly and kind. We waited in their comfy lobby and were given a timely and honest assessment of services for our SUV repairs. Our beloved red 2007 Pontiac G6 lives courtesy of Auto Stop Elite. We were afraid it was the end of the road for our vehicle and a quick and minor wiring repair was handled professionally buy Ben and his crew to keep our car alive. We also received a full inspection with a link in a text showing pictures of the vehicle to show its current condition in different areas. There are some other maintenance items that we were made aware of but this shop did not try to nickel and dime like many others do. They're professionalism, efficiency and beautiful shop are just a few of the things that make this shop a step above the rest!!! I have never felt so comfortable and confident through my car repair process as I did with Auto Stop Elite! My car was having problems with the AC and I needed an inspection. Not only did I receive a text message detailing their findings about the overall health of my car, I also received explanations and pictures. There is a reason so many have rated them 5 stars, they earned it. Took our Mercedes there as there was a noise in the brakes and they could have easily just said the brakes are shot and need replaced but they said the truth, there was a rock suck in there causing the noise. They removed the rock and the noise is gone, they did say the brakes are a little low but still good for a while. I'll absolutely be taking it there in a couple of months when they need replaced and for all my other work as well. read more

Every employee that I dealt with was extremely polite and competent. They sent an initial inspection report to my phone and followed it up with a call to ensure that I understood everything. They explained every billable event and made sure that I confirmed before moving forward. When I was walked into the service bays to see the faulty part, it was an immaculate work space. The Nissan Murnao was amazing! I definitely recommend. Very good experience!!! Very expensive for a dessert but was pretty good for what we paid for!! Me and my hubby purchased the the Ford F1 50 and the Nissan Murano!! I loved it . One thing I do wish is that the restaurant is dog friendly . I also had the clam chowder for appetizer. He's a total crook, & then looked up my ex girlfriend to try to coherse me into taking away a review from prior work his shop didn't do that was a complete disaster to say the least.
