FIRST TIME CUSTOMER! This shop reminds me of a more personable, family-oriented, and updated Jiffy Lube. The waiting area (as you can see from other pictures) is very clean, and the large, open windows make it relaxing. I actually called earlier in the day and asked them if they could squeeze me in for an oil change before they closed, so I brought my car in around 4pm. After about 15 minutes, they had a full car diagnostic texted to me with a breakdown of each inspection point of my car and the condition it's in, that way there's full transparency with what needs to be fixed and what doesn't. No need having to rely on the mechanics trustworthiness to tell you what needs to be replaced. When everything was said and done, I was out of there in 30 minutes (hence the Jiffy Lube reference), and with a $20 discount for being a new customer, my full synthetic blend oil change for a 6-cylinder Ford Explorer was $46 after tax. Just had a synthetic oil change on my 2018 Alpha Romeo Stelvio and ouch! Much higher price than I was expecting. I was a little peeved but upon researching it, the shop was fairly correct on their pricing. I did find the oil elsewhere for a little more and a little less so I can't complain. They got me in, provided fairly good service. Not being a car person, I was lost on their explanation of what synthetic oil was and why it was required, but now that I've educated myself I see their point. read more

UGH,,,,I guess I got them on a bad day. I had made an appointment because I work here in this area and live out of town in WV and so I needed to wait for vehicle. When I made appointment the fellow said sure No problem you can wait, that was it. So, showed up next day for appointment stated who I was and they asked me if I was leaving the car, I said no that is why I had made appointment. The fellow across the counter jumped in and said "well you can't wait here you can go walk around outside if you want." ( PS it was raining) I said well the fellow didn't tell me that yesterday he said it was him and that he did tell me that. Well i don't like being called a liar and I know the conversation we had, He is the one absolutely lying not a mistake. It could have been easily remedied by saying it was a misunderstanding or anything like that, but that didn't happen he just continually perpetuated his lie. So, with that said I wouldn't trust anything they said was wrong with my vehicle or what they did or didn't do. So, I left and I will spend my money elsewhere where they appreciate customers. Us pesky customers should stay away from Auto Stop Elite , unless you don't mind being lied to and then called a liar. read more

We are in California and we were in the process of buying a car located in Leesburg. We needed someone to perform a pre-purchase inspection to be sure the car was in good condition. Ben was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable and very accommodating. My bf and I had to run to an event but noticed that the front tires were so bald that some of the metal mesh was visible. We needed new tires installed ASAP. We found Auto Stop Elite and talked to Ben and he was able to work with us and got us tires on the fly. Fantastic car shop! Came in for a window problem. Brandon and Ben were super nice and knowledgeable, and explained everything to me. They showed me a full rundown of all they checked during a courtesy inspection, and recommended a couple of other services. In a true demonstration of honesty, they did a bit of labor only to discover I didn't need the part, so they took that charge off, AND replaced a windshield wiper for free. Really appreciate the honesty and great work. I'll definitely be back the next time my car (or my wife's car) has any issues. Also, super clean waiting room and facilities. I have been putting-off getting an oil change and state inspection for a while. In the past, I always went to the same dealership where I purchased the vehicle from and dealt with long wait times. I did some research and found Auto Stop Elite online. They exceeded my expectations and fit me in with little notice. In addition, they have a very nice wait area with wireless internet and snacks. After the service, they email you a copy of the multi-point inspection which was very informative. I have a late model vehicle so I always get a little nervous before taking my vehicle in for service. However, the experience at Auto Stop Elite was terrific and I will definitely return next time I need service. I randomly found this location on google and I'm glad that I did!!! Ben was very helpful, he told me how I could save money by contacting the location that I initially purchased my tires from. They have free WiFi, water and coffee so u can get some work done while waiting. I think the place was family owned and they know what they r doing. I hate going to any mechanic related shops just because u constantly feel like they r trying to make money, but Ben kept it real. I scheduled an online appointment to get my low tire pressure light checked out late in the evening on Tuesday and they were flexible and able to fit me in the very next day on Wednesday. I was sure that I would need a new tire or at least a patch... but no, air pressure was just low. They took care of filling up my tires as appropriate and didn't charge me a cent. I was refer to Auto Stop Elite by a friend. Ben and his staffs are great. I went there looking for some new tires and Ben was very helpful. He took his time to educate me the type of tires that are suitable for my vehicle. There is no high pressure selling. Once, I had decided on the tires couple of days later, Ben was able to get me in the next day for the install. While I was waiting for my vehicle, Ben would update me on the status, periodically. They also do a visual inspection of your vehicle and email you their recommendations. I thought that was pretty cool. The shop is clean. There is also a play area for kids. The staff was helpful and patient with me as I asked questions about my car repair. There was a kids room that kept my wild children entertained‍‍, and it was nice to see a water bowl for Fido. I was looking for a new place for a simple oil change when I learned that Ben had just opened his own shop. Lucky me! I was one of his first customers during his soft opening. The shop is brand new, high tech, clean and family friendly. The knowledgeable techs will check your car & text you with a detailed report. Yes, he will call you too, but this allows you to review and reply without interrupting you/the people around you. He will tell you what's necessary and what can wait. Besides the free coffee/snacks, they made me laugh and feel comfortable while waiting for my car. The location is behind the Costco in Sterling. I had a very positive experience at Auto Stop Elite. I was looking for a shop that had the Hunter Road Force Elite balancer (the creme de la creme of tire balancers) and they were the closest to my house. I emailed them and the response time and tone was quick and pleasant so I decided to give them a try. It turned out to be a great decision. The equipment they use is top notch. The prices are more than reasonable The waiting area is very comfortable and offer free wifi. The workers were very friendly and knowledgable. I had a very nice conversation with Ben about cars and quickly learned he was a "car" guy and a dog guy. I felt this was a modern facility with some old fashion friendliness. They explained everything to me in way I was able to understand, they sent me pictures of all of the things they inspected with a rateing system of what needs to be fixed now and what can wait. So you don't feel pressured to fix everything right at the moment. They also had me come back after the weekend of driving it to make sure it was fixed and I could get the emissions done, before I could even get out of my car they were outside with the scanner and scanned it for me. Good experience at this shop. Basic services requested: oil change, tire rotation, check brake pads, remove front license plate holder. What I like is their courtesy inspection which includes a laundry list of things and they send you the link to your smartphone. Price is fair and the turn around was what I expected. The sign of a good shop is the cleanliness and organization of the garage bays. The only surprise when I went to pay is that they are not setup to accept checks. Hopefully in the future they will.
