As they worked on my vehicle they were up front and transparent about all pricing, pointed out other issues to bring to my attention, but were never pushy or up-selling about any of the additional maintenance recommended for my vehicle. A new battery for a BMW is not cheap. I knew this going in. But I felt good about my experience at Finesse and that my car was in expert hands. Would recommend for anybody owning a luxury vehicle that needs work.

I did a brief search on my phone for a Mercedes shop and found Finesse. A quick call later and I had new lug nuts ordered. I was taken aback by how friendly the person was who helped me out and how easy they made it. Quite a relief. I received a call a week later to tell me the nuts were there and I made my new tires appointment, and throughout finesse made it easy. They told me I could come down anytime and they would put the new lug nuts on for me at no charge, which meant I could make the tires appointment any time. I can tell you this was a new experience for me - in the past I generally felt at the mercy of the shop and the particular folks who were working that day. At finesse I felt like I was in good hands. Their relaxed atmosphere, the amazing customer lounge with snacks and coffee - very welcoming. The communication was clear and helpful throughout. I will be taking my car to Finesse in the future, that is for certain. Had I known about Finesse, I could have called them first for the tires themselves and saved myself the trouble. A true gem in Georgetown, this should be your first call.

After taking a minute to go over the car on my own I came back to ask about a potential trade-in and test drive, so we went out to evaluate my trade-in which came way under what Carmax/Carvana/TrueCar offered (and way under the values he was given when he researched the car on his computer, I don't think he knew I could see the screen) and I was told he doesn't do "informational test drives." What kind of dealership doesn't offer test drives of their vehicles? On top of that all the vehicles on their lot are sold as-is so there is no form of dealer warranty on any vehicles sold here. I would suggest anyone to look somewhere more reputable that offers warranties and test drives for their cars because apparently there is a serious lack of confidence here in the cars they are selling.

I drove my parents up to Vancouver that weekend, and we wound up with a dead battery, and at one point, I noticed that they hadn't actually replaced the rear tail light. My confidence was shaken. And: When I discussed my displeasure with them, I didn't feel heard. Because I am still driving Hondas, I have had occasion to go back, and my experiences have been better-but I keep a close eye on whatever they say they are going to do.

Despite this being a brand-new flagship vehicle, the dealership has flatly refused to rectify the coating issue or address a manufacturing defect in the perforated leather upholstery. I am currently out $2,799 for unauthorized charges and failed services. I have already escalated this matter to the O'Brien Auto Group corporate office and the Washington State Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division.
