I recently stopped by Canada Tire Company in Alpharetta and came away really impressed with the…read moreexperience. It's one of those local automotive shops that clearly values honesty and quality work over quick sales. The team was welcoming right away and took the time to listen to what was going on with my car before recommending anything. That alone made the visit feel more personal than the typical tire shop experience. They carry a wide range of well-known tire brands and also handle services like mounting, balancing, alignments, and general auto repairs, so it's a convenient place if your vehicle needs more than just a new set of tires. What stood out most was how clearly everything was explained. Instead of rushing through the process, they walked me through the options and helped me choose what actually made sense for my car and budget. The work itself was done efficiently, and the car felt noticeably smoother when I drove away. It's clear they take pride in doing things the right way rather than cutting corners. The shop also has a long-standing presence in the community and has been serving drivers in the area for decades, which says a lot about the trust they've built with local customers. Overall, Canada Tire Company feels like the kind of neighborhood shop you hope to find--knowledgeable mechanics, fair pricing, and a straightforward approach to automotive service. I'll definitely be returning the next time my car needs tires or maintenance.

Had such a good experience here! From the start, they were super patient and explained almost everything in a way that actually made sense without making me feel dumb or talked down to. They also helped guide me through the insurance process, which made everything feel way less overwhelming. These alone made a huge difference for me. They handled most of the communication with my insurance company, so I didn't have to go back and forth or try to figure everything alone. They would just keep me in the loop really, which I really appreciated because I always knew what was going on with my car. The whole process was way smoother than I expected. They kept me informed about timing, parts, and progress, and everything moved pretty quickly too. I never felt pressured into anything, which made me feel like I could actually trust them. One thing that really stood out was how convenient they made everything. They towed my car to shop, dropped my car back off to me when it was finished, and even returned my rental, for FREE! As a student with a busy work & school schedule, that helped me out SO SO much. When I got my car back, it honestly looked amazing, like nothing ever even happened. The paint was matching perfectly on both sides and everything looked super clean. They even cleaned the inside! Everyone I interacted with was really friendly and professional, you can tell they actually care about all customers and not just doing a job to get paid. Finding a place you can trust is huge, especially when you don't know a bunch about cars , this is definitely the best places. Super grateful for their help as I would 100% come back if I ever needed anything again (hopefully not anytime soon). I'd definitely recommend them to anyone, especially if you're not super familiar with car stuff like me! Thank you so much to their team!

Here is the details: I had an extended warranty that just expired so I had been bringing my car to GM dealer by work for any issues. About 6 months ago I brought it in when an engine light came up. They diagnosed the issue. They told me They had to do a fuel injection to fix the issue that wasn't covered by my warranty, even though I specifically asked them to replace the part that was sending the error message. 4 months later the engine light came back on and my car was having performance issue (diagnosed by GM again) and now I was out of warranty so of course they wanted to replace that part along with a bunch of other unrelated parts. I sent the specific question on what I wanted to get done to 6 different places from Yelp. Clay was the only one that sent me back a detailed response with around how much it was going to cost. I brought my car in yesterday morning, they got it done with the OEM part and called me right after lunch to let me know it was ready. The car runs great and the final price was lower that they originally quoted me! That's a first for me! From now on I will not take any of our vehicles anywhere else! Thank you Clay!!!
