I've been coming here for years and I highly recommend Auto Registration Express. They are always friendly and helpful. Much easier than dealing with the DMV! read more

I read the reviews on Yelp before I went in. Because I just got the Tesla Insurance and DMV was not familiar with working with that. I thought that I will have to explain and jump through hoops to get my renewal done. I walked in and show my Doc to Sandra, and after 5 min. I was done and got my sticker and on my way.....Definitely recommend this place to anyone that doesn't want to spend hours in line at DMV. read more

Registered my Motorcycle that I had bought private party. They corrected a bunch of things the seller and I screwed up (we didn't know) and prevented tons of DMV issues down the line. If it wasn't for their knowledge and expertise I'd be screwed! They don't charge a lot for their services, but worth every single penny and then some to keep you outta the DMV. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! read more

Since the majority of CA dmv field office are only taking appointments for Real ID and driving test I was not able to get my registration tags and RDF flags cleared up until I called Auto Registration Express, this TEAM definitely knows what they are doing, thank you Carol and staff for Awesome work, fast service , would definitely recommend as alternative option rather than DMV field offices read more

Allways a pleasure coming in here. Pretty and very nice women! They always seem to make me smile. Crazy right?! The dmv makes your life miserable . Not at this place. I promise they will take care of you. Do yourself a favor and visit! Thank you again read more

Amazing experience! The woman with the desk to the right upon entering was great and incredibly helpful.

This place is amazing! I walked in and was helped out with my registration needs quickly and correctly. The awesome thing was my new plates, tags and registration was ready for me the day. I couldn't believe it. I will never go to the DMV again for anything vehicle related as long as I can keep going here. I love this place. Honestly, I've gone to them twice now and both times have been the best experiences ever. They charged me a fee for the things I needed and when I picked up my plates, tags and registration they had a check for me for what they over charged me. I find that type of honesty refreshing these days. read more

These ladies are outstanding! If you enjoy frustration, delays and poor customer service - visit the DMV. I purchased a vehicle from another state and made the mistake of going to the DMV to complete my registration in CA. After 2 hours at the DMV, they told me that they couldn't verify my vehicle that day. This involves looking at the VIN on the paperwork and comparing it to the VIN on the vehicle. Not complicated at all but the DMV couldn't do it or tell me when they could. I heard about Auto Registration Express from a family member and gave them a shot. No appointment, friendly greeting, walked me through my options and completed my registration, handed me CA plates in about 25 minutes. Thanks again! read more

The money was well spent! Fast professional and competent. You have a choice, and if you are still going to the DMV......well, that's on you. read more

The ladies here are so friendly and offer great customer service ! Thank you for all your help

I've been here three times- in and out within a few minutes with my boat registration sticker in hand. Ladies are knowledgeable and kind. Avoid the crazy DMV lines and go here....so worth it! read more

I own a used car dealership and have been dealing with Auction Express title service for over eight years now! We love dealing with Carol because she is very knowledgeable about everything related to the California DMV.. whether its registration renewals, lost title replacements, title corrections, or even same day transfer and renewal of a registration! Dealing with Auction Express not only saves us so much time spent at the long and painful DMV lines but also takes away all the guess work with our title and registration needs! We are very thankful for all she does for us and we look forward for many more years of working with her and her company! Thank you Carol :) read more

This place will get what you need done, but please beware that the staff here does not wear masks. Contrary to the health and safety measures they listed on Yelp, no staff wears masks and no hand sanitizer was provided. read more

My boyfriend and I came in last week. Thought I would get stickers on the spot. They gave me a wrong month stickers and the lady directly in front is very rude. I'll never go there again. I live to far to go back I'd rather wait at DMV. She's loud with some stupid remarks. The only plus is the donut shop next door. read more

Carol and the rest of the team was so helpful in making my transaction pain free. I needed to change title of a car from Texas to California, register and all the other paperwork and Carol took care of everything for me. No need to go and wait at the DMV office with a bunch of people, you can get everything accomplished in one fell swoop here. Thanks Carol! read more

Unbelievable! Do not pay extra money for this service. There is a serious lack of competence happening here. Sure they have access to a "side door" at the DMV, but there something severely lacking in the intelligence department. You will have to jump through unnecessary hoops to get things done. In addition, I don't appreciate being spoken to as if I'm an imbecile. There is just no excuse for that! Due to an error on their end, we were told we'd be better off walking into a DMV on our own and were told they would not return the extra money we had already paid. The two stars are simply because the girl who's desk is right in front of the door is very nice. If you must go this rout for registration, try to only deal with her! read more

I went to get my registration renewed and it was so easy and fast!!! Don't go waste your time at DMV. Sandra is so nice and all the girls working there are very fun. I really recommend. read more

Our experience with Carol and Priscilla was excellent. We had to register a trailer that had never been registered and was bought out of state. They were both very experienced and the process was painless to us. I hope to never go to a DMV again! Thank you Carol & Priscilla! M & L Hoppe read more

Great costumer service , and ladies are amazing! 10/10 will come back Forsure! If you guys have any registration need I highly recommend this spot! The ladies there will have you in and out as quickly as posible with no wait time! read more

I would rather drink gasoline and gargle with old razor blades than go to the DMV. Carol made things super-easy!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. My registration was a few months expired and I was unable to renew it online or at a DMV kiosk. I didn't know I had a problem with my insurance and my registration had actually been suspended. I came in expecting a long wait and process but in LITERALLY 7 minutes, Sandra had removed the suspension, renewed my registration, AND gotten me new tags right there on the spot. Everyone at Auto Registration Express was extremely pleasant even though I came in half an hour before closing. I couldn't recommend this place enough!!!! It's so worth paying the service fee for genuine, kind customer interactions along with super prompt service!!! I will ONLY be going here from now on!! Sandra is the best!!! read more

Emailed and never got a response. Seems odd with all the reviews but i guess we'll go elsewhere!

On a $50.00 renewal for a dirt bike, this company charged me $70!! Didn't even tell me that their fee was going to be $70. Only stated that the fees were $120.00. Only after I received my registration did I find that the the DMV charge was only $50.00. What a bunch of crooks! read more

Auto registration is the place to go very fast and very helpful I would recommend coming here for all your auto needs

These ladies are the best!! What an awesome service they provide at a minimal charge!!!! Be nice to them...this is not the DMV people! My situation was complicated and they worked it out. It took three of them to talk it through but they did it with smiles and wonderful attitudes. Carry on the great work ladies!! read more

I went there to get a new sticker for my car because it never showed up in the mail after paying my registration. They were very helpful and friendly and the service was fast. They were able to answer some other questions I had. Their services are very reasonably priced too. I am So glad I don't have to go to the DMV. read more

We have a small dealership and been doing business with them for over a year. They have saved me time and money not having to go to the Dmv. This is a true family run business and they treat you like family. This is my one stop shop for all my Dmv paperwork. Thanks again Steve McNamara read more

First time here I had to get vehicle registration renewal and I had a very good experience I got my stickers within 5 or 10 minutes staff is very nice . I totally recommend this place read more

I prayed and God answered. I was loosing sleep over a letter I received from the DMV stating that the registration for the car I had just purchased was incomplete and had unpaid posting fees. After I went to the DMV and the lien holder to my car and neither were able to help or provide answers as to what the issue with my registration was.. I yelped and saw the great reviews + no long lines or waiting time and my initial thought was "this might be to good to be true" but I prayed and drove. When I arrived and gave Sandra Zepeda a brief synopsis of the situation, she and the Ladies waisted no time and quickly started making calls on the spot, they informed me as to what the issue might be and put me at ease by assuring me they'd do all they could to get this resolved for me. I still have to follow up this coming Monday but I am extremely grateful I came here and highly recommend them, they are great! read more

Sandra is amazing, had my registration in less than 5 minutes with my stickers. It really was the best experience!!

Owner of this place needs to be trained how to treat costumers , horrible place I don't know why they still in business , they don't know how to take care of people, they tell you one thing and when you come back for paper work and stuff they change everything, and they want to charge you more. Bad business. read more

I was recommended here by the smog place down the street, even though I didn't need a smog. The ladies here are amazing! It was quick and not too bad price wise. They were able to help me to double transfer the vehicle. I would definitely be coming back here for future dmv services. They will go above and beyond. read more

Sandra was awesome and got me in and out within 15 minutes! I highly recommend them for registration services!
