Thank you thank you thank you! I realized on Friday that we did not receive a registration notice. I pulled out the old paperwork and the tags expired on July 8! Oh man! I went online to pay it but it told me I had to call in or email. I called in on Monday and after holding for over an hour I was told that my insurance information was not on file so I was not eligible to pay anything online and I had to come in. I called one other registration service closer to me in Costa Mesa and they said they could not do it if I was unable to do it myself online Since their computers connected straight with DMV. I decided to call and found it could be done. Great service and in less than 10 minutes I was done and on my way! read more

Omg! Had to get my reg. renewed quickly and was 2 min away from my daughter's ballet studio. Literally in and out in 10 min and walked out with my tags and new reg card. During the 10 min Iva was friendly and we had a nice conversation! Definitely amazing and quick service. And the hot pink envelope was a plus!!! To me they deserve 10 stars! read more

VIP Registration Services - In and out in 5 min - Registration Services Near Me - Fullerton, California

The reviews were right on how quick the visits were. If you want to avoid the long lines at DMV - this is the place to go. We got what we needed literally in 15 minutes and they were able to answer all our questions. If they do not know the answers, they are honest about it and not give false information. The parking is in the back or you can do street parking. The services they offer are limited, so call before you go to make sure they can assist you. It is a small office with few ladies working so if you visit during the weekends there could be a wait. read more

This place is amazing! I'm so happy to have stumbled upon their listing while searching for nearby DMVs. I had barely slept the night before stressing about waking up early to stand in line at the DMV early enough to not miss too much work. Arranging for someone else to take my baby to daycare for me too! Oh, the stress! Luckily, I decided to give this place a try. I went during my lunch break and it literally took 5 minutes! I decided I had time to go grocery shopping right after! The service fee is $30 for replacement registration card and sticker - which you get on the spot! Totally worth not having to pay a visit to the dreadful DMV. TIME IS MONEY PEOPLE! And the girl that helped me was the sweetest! I feel like I'm shouting this entire review, but it's because I'm so happpppy! Woohoo! read more

Came in today to do a Title Transfer and I was greeted by Jacky who happens to be Hot!! My brother was already there doing his Title Transfer as well with Jacky. I was later helped by Amanda who was friendly and Hot as well. Not sure why my favorite word of the day is Hot but it must of been the weather outside. Process was quick, efficient and service fee was reasonable. Will do future business at this establishment for any DMV related paperwork. read more

I've done several title transfers and other various dmv services through this place and every experience has been great. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They make the chore of dmv transactions almost enjoyable with fast and friendly service. Keep it up! read more

Ladies helped me renew my expired tags... Top professionals ..Thanks!! read more

Very unprofessional! I made an appoint ment for noon with Amanda. She told me come in between 10-noon because at 1 pm she had to go to dmv. I arrived at 11 waited for an hour and a half. Her sign said be back at 10:30am she never arrived I ended up driving. A few blocks and getting triple aaa and registration renewal. You should never have an employee stand you up and no show when you call an appointment in advance. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. PS fuck you amanda read more

Great service from Amanda. She was very helpful, after offering numerous drink options, lol, she was patient and answered every question I had. I recommend using VIP to anyone. Amanda was even happy to discuss previous reviews with me as I found some rather amusing on google, etc. read more

I was recommended to go here by a coworker. I was getting ready to go to the DMV and spend forever to renew my registration because I never got my notice. Not only was the process painless, it took 10 minutes, I got my new stickers, and she helped me change my address on my registration. I would 100% keep going here! read more

In and out with very minimal wait time even though there were two others ahead of me. Was able to complete my out of state registration with zero difficulty, and left with the plates on the same day. read more

So happy I found this place. I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. They helped me with getting a duplicate title for my car and registered my car from out of state. My situation was a little confusing but they were able to do everything I needed. I got my plates and tags and was on my way. It was so nice to get everything done quickly and not have to take time off of work to go to the DMV! read more

This place is quick! Christina helped me out with a basic registration renewal. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. I'll definitely be coming back for all my DMV needs. read more

I would give them eight stars if I could! A very honest and professional business, how refreshing! Amanda looked up the registration I was trying to attain a copy of and saw that it was unnecessary because my lease was over before it would come in. There's a lot of companies that would have just charged me the fee and "called it a day". There was a time when businesses operated with the motto "client first, profit second". It's nice to know that there are still businesses around that operate on this gold standard. Thanks VIP! read more

Quick and easy, close to home and helped me register a car I purchased out of state. Great local service, in and out in about 15 minutes. Avoid the DMV! This place is great! read more

Quick and friendly service. Needed to get my out of state plate transferred asap. My CA D.M.V. service experience was not great therefore, wanted to try somewhere new even if I had to pay more. They were open until 6 p.m. which was perfect. Whole process took about 10 minutes no longer than 15. Transfer of out of state plate $55 & VIN verification was $25. They do charge a percentage (2 or 3%) of your total cost if paying by debit/credit card, so take cash to avoid the fee. read more

Great service! Title change and registration done very quickly. Thank you for not loosing the art of customer service.

I came here to perform a title transfer because AAA was unable to do it for me because it was from a dealer and they couldn't have been more helpful. I was in and out in 15mins and they did all the paper work, way better than going to the DMV and they are open on Saturday. read more

This place is a hidden GEM! Amanda is so on point and got me in and out so fast! It's better than AAA! I highly recommend them if you need DMV services or insurance! A+++ read more

No appointment required. Got everything done in less than 15 minutes. The only thing they don't do is smog check so make sure to have it done before coming in. It was definitely worth the extra service fee as compared to waiting for 3 hours at the DMV! read more

I bought a new vehicle from Las Vegas and needed to have it registered in California. We were given VIP's information from the dealer. The dealership itself wasn't particularly helpful through much of the buying process, however this referral was great. Amanda, the owner, met me at the office after closing and helped me do all of the paperwork in a matter of minutes. She was professional and friendly, and had me out the door with plates and registration in probably less than 10 minutes. read more

This place is amazing! In addition to renewing my registration, I needed a smog check; I was referred to someone right around the corner - got it done. The staff here is extremely helpful, and VERY Professional. I'd rather wait hours here and get treated like a VIP, than to wait hours at the DMV and get handed a number. I got what I needed to get done in less than one hour. Can't beat that with a bat! Thank you so much. read more

I love that they have these type of places. It's fast and easy to get the registration done. No waiting in line forever at the dmv

Mary is great! She helped my husband get his tags renewed and walked us through the process. We had a little hiccup with the DMV and she told us how to take care of it so we could continue with his renewal. She's very helpful and knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend VIP to people who can't conform to the DMVs rigid hours of operation. Many thanks to Mary and VIP! You guys are a life saver! read more

When I managed a small dealership VIP was my go to company to handle the DMV paperwork on the sold vehicles. Years later, I still use them for my personal DMV needs because I can't stand going to the DMV. I hope the day comes when they can handle driver licenses as well. Thank you for many years of great service. read more
