Thank you thank you thank you! I realized on Friday that we did not receive a registration notice. I pulled out the old paperwork and the tags expired on July 8! Oh man! I went online to pay it but it told me I had to call in or email. I called in on Monday and after holding for over an hour I was told that my insurance information was not on file so I was not eligible to pay anything online and I had to come in. I called one other registration service closer to me in Costa Mesa and they said they could not do it if I was unable to do it myself online Since their computers connected straight with DMV. The parking is in the back or you can do street parking. The services they offer are limited, so call before you go to make sure they can assist you. This place is amazing! I'm so happy to have stumbled upon their listing while searching for nearby DMVs. I had barely slept the night before stressing about waking up early to stand in line at the DMV early enough to not miss too much work. Arranging for someone else to take my baby to daycare for me too! Oh, the stress! Luckily, I decided to give this place a try. I went during my lunch break and it literally took 5 minutes! I decided I had time to go grocery shopping right after! The service fee is $30 for replacement registration card and sticker - which you get on the spot! Came in today to do a Title Transfer and I was greeted by Jacky who happens to be Hot!! My brother was already there doing his Title Transfer as well with Jacky. I was later helped by Amanda who was friendly and Hot as well. Not sure why my favorite word of the day is Hot but it must of been the weather outside. Very unprofessional! I made an appoint ment for noon with Amanda. She told me come in between 10-noon because at 1 pm she had to go to dmv. I arrived at 11 waited for an hour and a half. Her sign said be back at 10:30am she never arrived I ended up driving. A few blocks and getting triple aaa and registration renewal. Quick and friendly service. Needed to get my out of state plate transferred asap. My CA D.M.V. service experience was not great therefore, wanted to try somewhere new even if I had to pay more. They were open until 6 p.m. which was perfect. Whole process took about 10 minutes no longer than 15. Transfer of out of state plate $55 & VIN verification was $25. They do charge a percentage (2 or 3%) of your total cost if paying by debit/credit card, so take cash to avoid the fee. read more
